Excellent service from start to finish. He came right to my home, made a new car key fob on the spot, and was honest, super friendly, and very fairly priced. It’s rare to find service this trustworthy. I would absolutely use him again!

The keys / remote of my car stopped working normally after I replaced the batteries. Even the physical metal key would not unlock the door. I called a few places to inquire, and ended up going to this place in Waltham (open on Sunday!) They also have full mobile labs in their vans so they can meet people where they are. The technician Davit worked on it for more than an hour. He checked the car and the keys with electronic diagnostic tools, and did not give up until he figured it out and created new keys with remotes that work well. The business owner, Ashi, also helped fix the physical door lock. They are knowledgeable, experienced, equipped and competent. Good service, good value, good professionals, good people 👍🙏

It's when something doesn't go as planned that service providers really show what they are made of. I hired Lockwiz to come to my house and make a replacement spare key fob for my Subaru Outback. When they ran into some problems (due to a faulty new replacement key fob from their provider), the owner drove right down and, without going into details went way above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and I was treated more than fairly. It is reassuring to find small business owners who are so dead honest, responsive, and works hard to make sure a customer is happy. Truly exceptional. You can't go wrong here.

Super pleased with Lockwiz! Davit came to our house and created two new working keys/fobs for our 2003 3 Series BMW for $350. We lost one of the original fobs, the batteries in them aren't replaceable, and I've had such a hard time tracking down OEM fobs (constantly out of stock from the dealer and other sources online). It was great to have someone do this job so completely and expertly. Highly recommended.

Incredible Value. Asher came out within 30 min to begin working on remaking key and programming it. The guys were efficient and charged $400 vs taking the car to a dealership and getting charged $600 without a tow included. Would recommend 10/10 times.

Excellent, knowledgeable local shop. Came in to purchase and program a new key FOB for an older vehicle, they didn't have the exact FOB on hand but Asher said they could get it from another location within about an hour. Left them my number and got a call shortly after saying it was ready. Took only a few minutes to program the new fob, showed me how to do it and what information I would need if I were to need to replace it again on my own, and even how I might be able to salvage my old broken FOB. In my book there's no surer sign of an honest, customer focused business than one that is willing to share knowledge and educate customers, and I will be using and recommending this shop for all future needs.

We had attempted to change our very old deadbolt w a new smart lock & messed it up. David came & fixed our mess up & installed the new lock and also updated the other door lock too. Excellent and attentive service! I came Lockwiz at 6:00pm on a Wednesday to program my new Ford Mustang key fob.
