Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and worst manager I’ve ever seen. Ordered a bottle of oil online and went straight to the store. I got to the store and she employee kept bringing the wrong bottle. He’d look at the order then walk away. I was patient and just looked around and played on my phone. After like 15-20 minutes the manager walked up to me and handed me a receipt. I looked at him confused. He said “we processed a return”. And walked away. No “hey we don’t have what you ordered so let me make it right by giving you a better oil”. Maybe we can sell the better oil at a discount”. Not even a “sorry sir, we don’t have what you ordered and we’ve refunded your money”. No one told me they were doing a refund, just handed me a receipt and walked away. I only had like $12 in the bank before I ordered this bottle so I couldn’t even get another bottle. I asked how long it would take to get into my account and he said “we did our part”. That’s it. “We processed your refund” and “we did our part” was the entire conversation from the manage

About as unhelpful as you could imagine. I went in for some twilight repair tape. The spot on the shelf was empty so I asked if they might have any in back. The guy said maybe they did but it would be in boxes that hadn’t been unpacked yet. He wouldn’t go check and he told me he was the only one there even though I could see three other people working. Hard to imagine anyone lazier. I’ll go somewhere else or get it online.

This store does NOT offer battery installation service in winters even though their website claims that they offer free battery installation. The manager and the employees flat out refused to help with the battery installation.

Great experience at AutoZone. I went there to buy a battery for my Kia Sportage, and the staff member (whose name I wish I knew) was extremely helpful and very nice. They shared the tools with me and helped me replace the battery right there. Fast, friendly service, highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went in and asked if they could scan my car for a code since my check engine light came on. The man at the counter was very kind and walked me through how to use the tool and printed me a report on the issue talking me through what I needed to know acknowledging that it wasn’t an urgent issue which made me feel great as he clearly wasn’t trying to take my money. Overall very kind and quick and helpful

the employee named Joe (he wears a beanie with glasses and has a broken arm) he was giving me a hard time the whole time I was there (Purchased everything btw) with it was a socket that he said I can return as soon as I’m done doing my oil change. (Also btw I asked for a socket and he said that they don’t have it and he didn’t even look in the back I had to get somebody else to lend me a ratchet) So I was like ok I’m going to get this done fast so I can return this socket because it states in your loaner tool program they have 90 days to return it in good condition. But guess what. When I went in he changed his mind and the whole policy entirely stating that I cannot return it since it had a little oil on it which I wiped off. He also is very conniving and discriminatory. (The other employees let me use the tools) After that he stated that I’m broke and why can’t I just buy the socket and keep it but he kept saying you don’t have a policy for that. Hopefully someone gets this and he gets written up because I’m not allowed to even bring the oil in anymore. He also seems to hate his job as I was treated like a joke the entire time going through loops. His customer service sucks. He loves making jokes about people who dump money into their car and than says . Well you can’t return it and you’ll have it forever. HES very rude. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE THEY DONT HONOR THE RETURN POLICY HERE NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU TELL THEM. The Haitian man was very nice though

I went in for a set of wiper blades. The size guide was replaced with a QR code, which I don't use. When asked, the young man found the sizes that I needed. When I went to pay, there was a special that I wasn't aware of for a free gallon of washer fluid. He also offered to install the wiper blades, which he did, and did it more quickly than I would have. I'm sorry that I didn't get his name. It was nice to get good and helpful service. I have not been so lucky at other businesses lately.

I think that people do not want to pay the mechanics and even give them some tips because if they go where a mechanic would charge them more than they can tip, I think that employees do not want to be responsible for any problems that arise in an installation since they are not professional, so think if they buy a TV, they will last for the one who sold them, who installed it too? So they are not selfish.

The old man working the front desk, refused to let me buy a battery, because I asked about their free installation, he said "not unless I tipped him 20$" I talked about it being advertised as free installation, he said "I don't like you, I will not sell". Sad, miserable, and rude old man. The 2 younger dudes were nice tho, they tried.

This place is overpriced. Not sure why you would buy something here unless you REALLY needed it. Make sure you have your paper receipt if you ever want to return something, they can't just take your credit card.

As a former autozoner I must say I’m impressed with their service. I came in for some bulbs, quart of oil and a hotwheel. I was provided with a set of latex gloves when ask so that I did not contaminate the bulb. Would stop here again.

TL;DR: Mikhail P. at AutoZone lied to me to sell a new windshield wiper I didn’t need. He barely looked at my old one before claiming it was broken, then made up a fake story about a missing plastic to convince me to buy a new one. When I compared the old wiper to the new one, they looked identical. Total scam, I feel completely taken advantage of. Stay away from this guy. I had an absolutely awful experience at AutoZone with a sales associate named Mikhail P. I went in to get a new windshield wiper and asked him if my old one was broken. Without even looking at it, this guy straight-up told me he couldn’t fix it. I was confused, but then he immediately tried to sell me a brand new wiper. At that point, I was skeptical but decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake. Mikhail didn’t waste a second getting me to pay for the new wiper and then proceeded to throw away all the packaging and parts like they were trash. He even tried to install it for me without giving me a chance to even look at it! I wanted to see the new wiper before he slapped it on, but no—he went straight to trying to put it on my car. That’s when I saw the part he claimed was broken was still sitting perfectly fine on my old wiper. I immediately started questioning him, and this guy literally made up some fake story about a plastic missing from the hinge. I wasn’t buying it, but he kept insisting. He told me my old wiper was dangerous and would “break at any time,” yet when I got home, I compared the old wiper to the new one, and they looked exactly the same. It’s clear this guy lied to me just to make a quick sale. He tried to push me into buying something I didn’t need and even told me my perfectly fine wiper was unsafe. I feel completely taken advantage of and disgusted by the way he lied right to my face. I won’t be coming back to this AutoZone again, and I suggest you stay far away from Mikhail P. if you value your time and money.

Ordered this for same day delivery in an emergency. Paid extra, even. The email I received suggested it wouldn't come for for 3 days. I called to confirm it wasn't a glitch etc. The guy who answered said they don't do same day delivery........ Sigh... Please, please, please train people better. No one wants more stress when dealing with car issues in late December and spending time to properly train your crew is bare minimum.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at an Autozone! Joe W. was a complete life saver, literally! He helped me troubleshoot why my headlights weren’t working and went above and beyond by helping me install the replacement bulbs and fuse I needed! Without Joe, I would’ve had to drive an hour with only my high beams. He was beyond helpful and kind!

11/12/23 4:30PM Used this shop for years. Ordered battery for my car. They refused to install it. Why? Because they wanted to make sure all customers are well served. There were ZERO customers and TWO of those lazy bums. It was around 5pm on Sun. I don't even blame them. I blame the management that hires such "dedicated" employees. Bye bye autozone hello O'Reilly Auto Parts across the street. Oh... and they deserve 0 stars. But google would throw a one star review out so I am giving 2 - Enjoy!

Had an issue with Honda CRV starting. Wasnt sure if it was a Battery issue or Alternator! What a great service Autuzone offers, when most of the are garages wants the car to be dropped off and leave it with them. Spoke with Matt over the phone before walking in. He was polite & professional. When I arrived at the location, he assisted me right away. Checked the battery temperature but since the Alternator wasnt charging, he asked me to drive a bit more and come back after 10 to 15 min. When I returned, he was busy but the Store Manager Brian helped me right away. He was also quite corteous and I didnt have to wait much. Greatly appreciated the quick service.

Matthew was excellent! I called in ahead to see if they could change my headlight. Within less than 5 mins, they changed it, checked out and I was done. Super efficient. Just call ahead to make sure they have what you need in stock.. and know that they can only change it themselves for cars that dont need to be disassembled so they can take a look at it before you buy the bulb

I had 3 previous PLEASANT experiences/interactions up until today!! Mikael (spelling) was hesitant to help me with bulb replacement which was understandable because it was raining. He met me outside & when unscrewing the bulb got difficult he yelled at me a few times!! That's my fault? I felt belittled as a customer & a woman. For him to yell at me was inappropriate. The assistant manager had no clue as to what to do once I complained to her. I asked for corporate so that I could complain. I was given the district manager's number & am hoping for a call back. This should not happen to anyone!!
