Douglas and the team at Waltham Auto Service did excellent work on my Genesis G80, replacing a faulty oil pressure sensor and cleaning the fuel valves! The prices were fair and transparent, with no hidden fees or extra charges. Douglas was communicative and kept me informed throughout the process, including sending pictures of the repair.

You know everybody's has to make a living today! I could have gone with a friend's friend who does this in Lunenburg, and what's going to happen when I'm on the side of the road. I have to have it towed to Lunenburg for him to fix it. I'm staying right here in good old Waltham! Also... Informative! Clean and tidy garage! Very important in my eyes. This is my first time using Waltham Auto Service Center and it was a good experience. I needed a new radiator and wanted that done ASAP. Booking an appointment was easy and Douglas was very professional and friendly.

I got amazing service at Waltham Auto Service. My car had a rattling sound due to heat shield and they were able to take it off and also check my fluids all within 20 minutes. Yesterday Douglas and his two guys fixed my mazda 2018 which had a rusted out fuel pump which was leaking gas. I called last Thur for Monday AM appt. Needed urgent replacement and it was done within 6 hours yesterday. Sent me fotos and got my approval on quote before doing the job. Douglas went to pick up the Mazda part on his own because he knew I was in a hurry to get the car roadsafe again and otherwise part would have been delivered next day. I will be coming here from now on with my family's Mazda, Toyota or Subaru. They specialize in Japanese and American cars. I am very very impressed! Doug and the team here were great. They diagnosed and replaced my broken radiator and leaky coolant problem in 24 hours. I also really appreciated that they looked at my whole car beyond just the main concern, and let me know of other maintenance I should consider for the near future.

This is my first time going to a local mechanic after using dealership mechanics for years. Heard great reviews about this place from Reddit and through word of mouth. This place lived up to the expectations. Douglas and the service team were very prompt and texted me pictures regarding the required fixes. Would go back again as it’s also very convenient to where I live as well.

I’ve taken my vehicles to several shops over the years, but Douglas and his team have truly set a new standard. He’s exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. I called late in the day expecting to leave a message, but Douglas picked up right away. Throughout the service, he kept me updated with clear communication and even sent photos of the work in progress, which I’ve never experienced with any other shop. I challenge you to find an auto body shop with a clean office. This one is clean and organized. I brought my Jeep in for a belt repair and general assessment. The work was completed before the end of day along with detailed photos of things that may pose problems in the future with estimates of the repair costs. This auto body shop is very honest and professional. I would highly recommend to anyone needing service!

I’ve had two great experiences with Waltham Auto Service Center and I hope to have many more! Douglas is super helpful and easy to talk to, and does an awesome job communicating while your car is in his shop. He answers calls promptly and has even sent pictures of the before and after of a job so that I could see what was changed. Today they worked hard to get my repair done by the end of the day despite a delayed part and I appreciated that extra effort when many people would have just told me to come back tomorrow. I can’t say enough good things about this shop. I started going for oil changes but have been a few times when I have issues. They’ve both been simple fixes/great advice - they refused to charge me for these assessments even when I offered to pay! Highly recommend for amazing customer service.

When I tell you that this is the best repair shop I have been to, I mean it. I’ve been to a lot f repair shops (thanks to my poor luck with cars), and Doug was truly the kindest and fairest man I’ve worked with for a major car repair. Called them based on posotive reviews. I live out of state but my daughter lives in Waltham. They inspected her car, called me with photos and details. Gave an estimate and were less at the end of the day. I can confirm the price quote was more than reasonable and from the after work photos, they did a good job replacing a rotted subframe. Douglass kept me informed the entire process.

I have never had such a good experience at a car mechanic shop ever before. I brought my car in for a regular oil & checks needed at 10000 mileage. Douglas at the shop was super professional, communicated very clearly what needed to be done to the car. He sent me photos of the work and updated me as they did the work. I highly recommended these guys to anyone!

Douglas was absolutely wonderful. Professional, courteous, kind, and straightforward. He did not push any extra services and was extremely trustworthy. He went above and beyond with old school details like a vacuum and putting air in my tires. You don’t find that many places anymore. The shop was extremely clean and welcoming as well.
