The staff here is incredibly helpful and patient. Alex recently helped me find the right windshield wipers after I purchased the incorrect ones (tricky situation with a Subaru Outback's system). Highly recommend this store and Alex!
The front counter was very kind and helpful. I came in with a new 2014 Prius because the headlights weren't working and we thought the relay was missing. He went above and beyond - after he saw that they had no relay in their system, he took out both bulbs and showed us that they were burned out. After I purchased new ones, he installed them very quickly at no additional cost. I'm very thankful that they helped us figure it out!
This store closes way earlier than listed. This is now the 5th time I’ve came here within last 20-30 min of closing (8:30-8:40pm), with doors locked and told that they’re closed even though they have posted on door and online that they close at 9pm. This most recent time, whoever was working saw me, ignored me for first 5 min, then signaled they were closed with a nod and then hid in the back for the final 10 minutes until they officially closed at 9pm. (Short Heavy set kid with medium length luke skywalker hair).
I recently purchased a headlight from O’Reilly Auto Parts (Order ID: K40718737R18268) and was quite disappointed with my experience. When I asked the gentleman at the counter for help with the installation, he flatly refused, saying, “We don’t do that here.”
What frustrated me even more was that I had checked their official website beforehand, which indicated that this store offers installation services. I chose to buy the headlight from them specifically because of that assurance. If I had known they wouldn’t assist me, I would have taken my business elsewhere.
I hope they can improve their customer service and clarify their installation policies.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great in-store selection. I like that you are also able to order from their website and pick up, almost everything, the following day. Name brands at reasonable prices. Locations seem like they're everywhere! I rate them higher than the other well known and commercial parts stores for knowledge and courtesy, alone.
friggen hate when the guy at pats desk tells me that my truck doesn't have a rear sway bar and end links! especially when I have the rear end in the bed of my cousins truck and ask him to step outside and take a look at my factory OE 10.5" sterling rear axle with the OE factory installed rear sway bar and end links!! he refused to walk out and have a look because it was raining..AUTOZONE HOOKED ME RIGHT UP!
Stopped in today to get a headlight changed. The manager Matthew was extremely efficient and helpful. He even installed the new light despite the 90 degree heat! Great experience!
My go-to for car parts. The guys working there are entertaining and explain everything thoroughly. I also appreciate when parts shops give you ALL the choices, and explain why some might be better than others- which this shop does.
I came in looking for some bondo and guidance to repairing holes in cars. The guy at the counter did not answer ANY of my questions, treated me rudely, and then walked off while I was talking him to take a call on his cellphone. This specific O'Reillys is TERRIBLE. I will never go again. I will tell all of my friends to stay away. Stranger reading this, emplore you not to perpetuate the existence of this store by doing business with them. There happens to be a hardware store literally on the other side of the street with all the same products and infinately better customer service.
Stopped in today to have my battery checked and Bernardo was EXTREMELY helpful! He took the time to not only check my battery, but also check the alternator, starter and lube up my hood latch so the hood would shut more easily! I would HIGHLY recommend taking your car here. Very well run shop!
Found the hard-to-find Bi-Xenon headlight bulb for our aging Volvo here at O'Reilly's. Neal, on the phone, very pleasantly found the bulb and let me know details about it. Picked it up this morning, returned to my old Honda in their lot, and lo & behold the battery was dead. Five years old, it did not owe me much.
Well, no better place for this to happen! Not only was I able to buy the replacement here, but Tom, Mike, and Bernardo installed it for me! Quickly and assuredly, they had me running and on my way. You could not meet nicer guys. Thanks, gentlemen!
