Y.A.R.Z. is the only mechanic shop I will go to now, I won't go anywhere else. The owner Jose always explains the work that needs to be done in depth including pictures of the parts. He makes sure I understand fully and also does not try to sell me extra work. His prices are fair and his service is excellent!

These guys were amazing. I had a blown out a light socket and they were able to fix it in about an hour for me. They even gave me $10 off. I will definitely come back.

Great experience, they know their work. I went for a preventive maintenance. It was quick, professional and prices were reasonable.

Friendly and helpful staff. Made a last minute (day-of) appointment for a tire change after getting a flat. They had it fixed up in less than two hours, and checked out the rest of the car for any other damage. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Went to two other Lexington St car / auto body shops before I found myself at YARZ and I’m so glad I did. The other places told me a few hours wait. YARZ told me in 15 mins they could diagnose my tire deflating issue and they did it in under. They found the culprit (a screw) and fixed it in 15 mins. 30 total mins and I was out of there. Friendly service and transparent, honest diagnosis and fee, which was low. Definitely recommend!! My husband went here too and had similar feedback

My starter went out on a one-day business trip to the Boston area. I thought I was going to be in a major bind and unable to get home. These guys hustled hard, found the needed part, drove across town to get it, and had it installed, all within about 3 hours. They saved my day. I've never worked with such an efficient and helpful group of mechanics.

I recently had some major work completed on my Jaguar. I am beyond pleased with this company. So very knowledgeable and professional. I cannot recommend them enough. Jose really cares about his clients and the work he performs. Totally top notch. If I could give ten stars ⭐️ I would but rating only goes to five. Jose is better than I imagined any car mechanic could be. Seriously. Not only is the work always excellent, fairly priced, and fast - he also takes the time to consult me on everything I ask, comprehensively, be it car insurance claims or ways to sell a car.

I wish I could give this auto repair 10 stars! If you want a mechanic that will get it done right and give you pricing options of what repairs are needed and what can wait this is the place. All the mechanics are friendly and honest. The owner Jose has really established his business as your go to repair shop in Waltham. You can tell by all the cars in the lot. I can’t express how beyond helpful the people at YARZ have been to me. They always have a smile on there face.I have an Audi and if you know a Audi you know they have a lot of problems and are expensive to fix. They have always helped me anytime my car needs a big job or little job. They go above and beyond to help me and explain what is wrong with my car and they explain it so well and don’t make me feel dump for not knowing. I don’t know much about cars and in the past mechanics have taking advantage of me not knowing and charging me a lot of money and either not fix the problem or making it worse. If you are looking for a mechanic I strongly suggest you go here you want be unsatisfied and will wish you found them years ago. I would travel far to come to this place!! Please trust me and try it you won’t regret it!

Flat tire on Rt95 north. 1 hr from home. They towed me within 1/2 hr and changed 2 tires for me. Amazing and friendly staff who made sure I was back on the road as soon as possible and safely. From calling to back on the rode was 2.5 hrs. Amazing. The garage identified additional issues with my car and wrote them down so I could get them repaired at my garage. I couldn't believe how they made me feel and they took care of me like I was family.

Friendly and professional service. Had a problem with my car’s exhaust making loud noises and I was able to make appointment to come in and get my car checked and inspected the next couple of days. They found the problem, showed me and got it fixed without a couple of hours. Pricing was reasonable (I guess) but the work fixed the problem. They also have 1-year warranty for the work they did which is great! The team were friendly, kind and professional. Thanks Jose and his team for getting this done quickly! Highly recommended.

I waited to write this review so I could drive my car and make sure it was fixed. So over a week ago I got my car serviced here. Jose was great at letting me know what the car needs, how much it would cost, and even explained all the work he did on the car. Even showed me what the old parts looked like that he changed. By far the best mechanic shop I have even been too. I will always and forever be a YARZ customer!

Previously came here for an oil change and their prices are reasonable. My brother also took a chunk off the tire of his luxury vehicle and I brought the car here for the team to take a look at it. Jose (owner) spoke with me and looked at the tire himself and told me it really didn't need any work. I appreciated his honesty and he took the time to explain to me how the newer luxury vehicles work. I booked an appointment on the spot to bring my other car back for another oil change.

Jose has been my mechanic since day 1 of his opening. I actually met him before he opened. Over 2 years ago I pulled in to ask a mechanical question and although his business hadn't opened yet, he still had me open the hood to take a look at what was going on. He has made several repairs for me on my Honda Accord. He is always so thorough wth explaining exactly what he's fixing and even has showed me the parts and explained how things work. I really trust him with my cars and recently had him do a complete inspection on a newer car I was interested in purchasing. I wanted to get his opinion on whether it was a good car that will last and be reliable. He spent more time with me than he had to and even showed me all of the features inside the car of which I had no idea what they were! He always goes above and beyond and is very reasonable with repair costs. He even helped me with a couple of additional repairs that were needed that I couldn't quite have done at the time by surprising me with making the repairs anyway! I was really happy and appreciate for that favor. I decided to buy the newer car and won't take it anywhere else when I need services. Jose is the first business owner and mechanic I've had who has really been transparent with the issues I've had with the Honda and I appreciate his honesty.
