Ryan was awesome - quick and knowledgeable. He was actually the second driver AAA called, after the first one couldn't tow the car. Ryan had no trouble at all.
I have AAA and twice now I’ve called them and gotten a driver from Affordable Roadside Service. Both drivers were so nice, very helpful and explained everything. They arrived quickly and worked quickly to get me back on the road. I also felt very safe with them as a woman alone with a disabled vehicle, which is important to me as unfortunately you do end up in situations where you don’t feel so safe.
Car broke down on rt 100 around 8pm, came out within 20 minutes, took us to their shop and got us fixed and ready to go by noon the next day! Decent prices and knowledgeable staff.
I had a driver tow my 2015 ford escape from pikesville to my home Wednesday October 15 and I can't thank him enough for his professional and kind service. He arrived much quicker than I expected due to the rush hour traffic on the beltway and got me to my house quick and safe. Thanks again!
Traeling to DC on friday, had a ty rod pop off, lost all sterring, ARS came and towed my jeep, repaired it first thing Monday morning, they were really good people in a very dangerous and scary situation. Thanks again
AAA sent a guy out by the name of Tayya or Tazza they know who he is, to change my flat. For whatever reason he went under my hood and hooked something up to my battery talking about he needed it to put air in my tire (which I have never heard of) needless to say my car wouldn’t start after he was done. When I started questioning him he became very upset and loud. I contacted AAA back who contacted the company to figure out why he was under the hood of my car anyway. They sent out another guy that was very polite. He spent 1 1/2 trying to figure out what that other guy did and was not successful.
FAWAD NADIMI was awesome. Other Tow Truck drivers were unable to help me but he came and had my truck lifted and on his tow truck within minutes. Quick and very Resourceful! If you’re looking for someone that can get the job done, specifically ask for FAWAD NADIMI!
Very pleased with my experience! Chris towed my vehicle to my house from my job. He was very nice. A great driver!! I have a longish gravel driveway and he backed down it at night with no problem. Was very friendly! Highly recommend, upon reading other reviews I want to say I offered a tip and he respectfully declined and thanked me for the offer
The service was excellent. I was towed all the way to Virginia. The driver was a man named Amir, he provided amazing service and helped me get out of a difficult roadside situation. I can’t recommend this service enough!
I had to use Affordable roadside service last week due to some unfortunate problems. My vehicle was towed with care and the driver was very friendly. The price was also reasonable. Would recommend them to others.
My dad was driving and hit a curb and popped his tire. We were not able to make it to any locations to get it fixed in time so we called these people and they had us call one of their tow drivers. The guy who came and picked us up was awesome, and very respectful and patient. He drove us in the vehicle to a local car shop to get the tires fixed, and he actually recommended them.
We really appreciated his honesty and integrity. Highly recommend this company based on that experience.
This was the worse experience I have ever had with any company. I called for a tow at 10:54 pm. I spoke with the dispatcher and was told that the driver would be giving me a call. About 15 minutes when past and I never received a call. I called the dispatcher back and asked was the driver going to call. He put me on hold then came back to say the driver is getting ready to call. He called I gave him my location and he said he will be there in 20 minutes. I called a Lyft for my grandmother and my kids and me and my husband continued to wait for the driver. By now almost a hour had passed I called him to see how close he was. Now he tells me he’s 30 minutes away in traffic on 695. Really, traffic on 695 at 12 midnight. But, anyway I gave him the benefit of the doubt and continued to wait. At this point my phone is on 4% and we’re freezing. I called him a 3rd time to let him know that my phone was dying and it might be dead if he tried to call. But, I let him know that we will still be waiting. Well folks he never showed up. I ended up leaving my car and catching a Lyft home. When I call dispatch to tell them that their driver never showed up. They told me that he called them and said he talked to me and told me that he couldn’t pick my car up. That man never called me and said nothing like that. We sat in the cold car waiting for him. If he had told me he wasn’t coming I could have called another company. This driver is very inconsiderate and unprofessional. When your car breaks down and your stranded. The last thing you need is to be lied to.
I was very pleased with this company. They were great! They got to me quickly for my tow. They were very friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. They had my car towed, looked at, fixed, tested, and ready for pick up within 48 hrs. Plus they didn't try to take advantage with the billing and finding "extra problems". Also, a special shout out to Chris, who I found extra helpful, and who towed my car; as well as Everett, who I was told was the one that actually worked on my vehicle. I will be back for any future needs and will continue to recommend them.
On the day I called AAA, I felt overwhelmed and was on the verge of losing my sanity as problems continued to pile up. The tow truck driver, Ashgar, quickly sensed my emotional distress, even though I thought I was hiding it well. His compassionate approach lifted my spirits, and he even provided me with the expert advice I needed about my car. I am incredibly grateful for his support that day. He truly represents what customer service should be, and I wholeheartedly recommend this company. If you have call AAA, you an ask for him directly and no problem at all! Thank you!
Destroyed my truck while trying to tow it. Refused to negotiate or meet in middle. Then claimed he popped two cables on his trucks(which the very next morning there was 3 trucks at his yard all with good cables bc he lied) and charged me 2000 dollars to get my car back. He knew I was from out of town and working construction so he took advantage of me. I’ve dealt w it many times. Not good people. If you are ok with your car being damaged or being held hostage for money, yeah use em.
We broke down on the side of Mountain Road a month back. We called ARS because they were close. They dispatched a tow right away. Chris was fantastic. He offered to tow it back to ARS and explained that if the issue was what we thought, they'd even have it fixed the next morning. When we arrived, ARS immediately started diagnosing the issue and had a new alternator on order before we left. As promised, they called us early the next morning to come pick up our vehicle. The cost even came in under the estimate. We could not have asked for better service. They were fast, true to their word and affordable. Thank goodness for ARS that weekend.

Had my battery replaced at my residence. Was charged $265 for the battery and a $60 labor charge. When I thought I was paying a flat $325. Was told “Please apply your tip amount” [Tip
Amounts $40/$60/$80] as the mechanic is holding the phone. Seriously?! $60 labor charge for 15 minutes of service then asking for an additional tip.
Tipping is getting way out of hand!
Judging by the other reviews Chris likes to scam so he gets extra pay. Which I can say it’s indeed true , he’s a scam artist at its finest. Very upset with this establishment. Seems like nice guys for the most part while they try to find ways to scam you out of more money. Number one my car on July 4th broke down on the side of the road and I had to pay to get it towed to a car shop that was trying to scam me out of 2500 for labor for a 600 fix. I brought the car to that shop from a very helpful and awesome tow guy the first time at 6am in the morning. (The shop did not open until 8am) when it did I gave them the keys and everything to service on my car. But when they tried charging me an arm and leg, I decided to go to someone at a better price. AAA sends Christopher from ARS to come get the car. Christopher took it upon himself to walk into the dealership to talk to the people about my car and upon them being mad I wasn't going to them they tell him that and he starts to go on about how he has to charge additional 95. Because AAA won't pay him for the service because it's being towed from another shop. Mind you, upon speaking to the first AAA rep they was able to work with me. what Chris then does is call AAA to speak with an entirely different rep that i did not talk to who said something Entirely different because they did not talk to me. And then goes nope have to charge you because they wont pay me. Number one if he would've been quiet instead of snitching he would've still got paid Because i turned those keys in myself and discussed with AAA that it was just at that location. It wasn't until Chris snitched that they did all of that. Number too he caused problems with my AAA afterwards. So upon me going to my car, to meet him after he screwed me over. The first thing he says out his mouth is "oh this is the mean one." After that I went off on him and he wanted to say "you taking money out of my pocket, I gotta eat." called me nasty and rude and was doing the most. then tried to charge me 210 for the service because "it says it's 23 miles but time was adding so it's 25 miles so that's $210." he had me so mad from his nasty behavior I couldn't trust my car would get there safe and relayed to him if it's anything that happens to the car other than what's already wrong with it I'll be giving him a call. He then states "oh I see what type she is." and tells his crew to take pics of my car. He then tries to change tune and say he will charge me 200 for transporting the car. which is still robbery cause had he shut his mouth, he would've still gotten it from AAA in the first place. So you still took money out my pocket!!!! He then was asked upon delivery of the car to call me so I can make sure it's in the right spot. He never does it , he drops it off to the mechanic and leaves. Very rude. Will never recommend or use him again.
No one wants to need a towing company, but if you do have a need, I recommend Affordable Roadside Service. The driver was friendly and helpful. The staff was considerate and friendly. We met with them three times and each time was a positive experience.
Rather than Affordable Roadside's driver, John C. pulling into my driveway, he parked along the shoulder of the highway, causing me to repeatedly call AAA as to his whereabouts. I went down to the highway and told him to come up the driveway. He said he preferred letting the "car roll down to him". He had a little truck (not a flatbed) and he went SPEEDING off with my car to a shop that was only 20 minutes away. One hour and a half later, the mechanic called inquiring about the whereabouts of the car! Called Affordable Roadside and its spokesperson kept insisting the car was at the mechanic's. I had given this John C. an envelope with large lettered instructions to call the mechanic upon his arrival so he could be directed as to where to park the car. Its a very large shop, side by side with various dealerships. Instead he just walks into the front office and "drops the keys on a desk". It took them an hour to find where the car was parked and another hour to locate the keys. Never will I deal with Affordable Roadside again and I will encourage AAA not to do so either.
I went to a birthday party last night at my brothers house and my car broke down so I left it and got an Uber back home! Today I requested a AAA tow service and they send me Crist from ARS Towing but when he arrived he asked me for my license and my AAA card when I wasn’t with the car anymore so I asked my brother to provide the key to the tow truck driver but Crist actually REFUSED to tow my car trough AAA membership and want it to charge me $250 cash for towing my car which I declined because of my AAA membership coverage so they left and did not provide the tow service. Very Disappointed and I would NOT recommend anyone to use this company
I needed my car towed to a specialty shop. Gave affordable roadside service a call. The person that answered the phone was very professional. And was able to get a truck out toe within 30 minutes.
About 30 minutes later the truck arrived. Chris and his partner were very friendly and also professional. Chatting with them I felt like I was leaving my car in good hands. The whole process took maybe 5 minutes. Overall a great experience and I will use them again if I need towing services
These guys are great. They sent a tow truck but realized they needed a different one to tow mine. They sent a second truck out within 20 minutes. Due to the problems I had with my truck, it took a while longer to get it hooked up, but the guy was patient and knowledgeable. I rode with him to where I was towing to, but we had a hiccup on the drive. He kept me safe and worked diligently to get us back on the road. I'd recommend them for any towing need you have! They're also reasonably priced and stuck to the quoted price I received over the phone even after the issues we had.

My car is disabled (tie rod) and i asked for a flatbed because it has all wheel drive system.
Driver showed up almost 2 hours later and said he couldnt help unless i had a tow hook. So he glanced around the car and didnt see any hook at sight and said he couldnt help me. So i started looking and found it. i quickly approched him showing the hook. He said he couldnt help me and didnt want to explain again. And he already call someone else to come out.
Well i called the office and no one was coming out and now im calling AAA for a different tow company.
The managers at the office were not helpful and this was my experience.
I hope they improve. And hopefully this review helps.

Yes, you were hired to do the towing job. Yes its through AAA. But you were hired to do the job. Its not like a different company was hired and showed up late and couldnt tow an car like this. See picture.
If you are not able to tow car car in this condition, maybe you should let your customer know in advance. Dont call you if car has any accident damage like this? You are welcome to use this picture and post on your website as an example that you wont tow cars in this condition.
Shame on you.
