The service was excellent It is a very professional shop I live in Baltimore city it was very well worth the distance my grandmother used to say the further the better. Will definitely recommend this shop to anyone and everyone.

Spoke to the owner Mr. Ed about replacing my brakes. He explained his services & how I could bring my vehicle in to be repaired. I was very happy to get an appointment the same day. The gentleman that greeted me at the shop & worked on my vehicle very professional & nice. Kept me updated on my vehicle the entire time I was there. I was charged the same price he quoted to me over the phone, all & all I am a very happy customer will tell others & recommend this shop.

I went to All Tune & Lube for the first time even through they are 40 miles away to get a clutch installed in my wife's Jeep because their price was the best and they could take it right away. The Work was done right and their service was EXCELLENT! I was stuck in Traffic on Ritchie HWY and called at 4:45 to tell him (Lee) that I might be a few minutes late, He said No problem. I got there after 5:30, sure they would be closed. But Lee was still there waiting. He saved me and my brother another 4 hours and 80 miles. (+ aggravation.) Thank you Lee & All Tune and Lube. The owner Ed, and his manager Lee are amazing. They both worked with me and I was scheduled quickly. The mechanics in the shop are very well experienced and thorough. The customer service of the entire staff is very friendly, respectful, inviting, impressive, and professional. The waiting room and rest room are very well designed and clean. Not to mention that the Keurig coffee machine and television are great added bonuses for their customers. My family has been utilizing their services for over 20 years and I highly recommend their services to everyone. Please support this business with any vehicle repairs. We were driving through on our way back to NJ and had an issue with a brake caliper bolt that loosened up and fell out on the highway. We got off the highway and called this shop and spoke to Lee. He figured out where we were and were able to drive the car to his shop. They took it right in and Lee was able to talk the parts supplier into delivering the part to his shop since it was after 3 pm.

Worst shop I have ever dealt with. Do not take your vehicle to this location. Either the mechanics have absolutely no clue or the shop manager is lying about the work being done. Multiple trips back and still not properly repaired.

Great place to get great quality auto service completed in a realistic manner with competitive prices they will beat if someone can do it for a cheaper price. I will continue taking my vehicles here for anything I need servicing

I have went to the location in Glen Burnie before and so when my daughter's car needed full breaks and calipers, I took it to Pasadena location. The job was completed in just a couple hours. I was treated fairly and according to family I got a great price. Then my grandsons car needed work and finally when my daughter's car needed additional work we went back. I will continue using this place for myself and family.

Lee & Ed do a great job in taking care of our car. They never try and upsell and are upfront and honest with their pricing and they guarantee their work. I had brake work done there and was experiencing noises and of course the noise wasn't there usually when I brought it back. Lee was just going to replace the new hardware they put on but I was able to get it there when the noise was happening and they took care of it. Also told me my battery wasn't.going to last much longer but let me know it would be cheaper to change myself. No complaints here. 😊

I love this place they are the only place I have taken my BMW to this year and I am definitely impressed with their level of work. They work with you they are up front and each time I have picked up my car and drove it home I have been amazed at how much it seemed like a totally different car. I definitely recommend this place for price, quality of work and quick turnaround time. They have been life savers for me.

Great prices! Great customer service! Went for a fully-synthetic oil change for my car, also turned out I needed the turbo cleaned. The owner gave me a very good deal and he was great to talk to! I recommend this shop or his other location in Glen Burnie-they did a brake bleed for me at a very reasonable price a few months ago, which is why I brought my car back for the other services. I will be bringing my car to them for all my future maintenance needs! Thanks, guys!

Excellent service and prices you can't beat. When you pull up it can be a little frustrating. Parking is non existent which is good since that means they have a full work load. Going into the office you'll see a small place to sit and the service desk. Again not the most impressive looking space; however a flashy looking waiting room doesn't mean you'll get great service. For me I recommend dropping your car off and letting them do what they do. You will not be disappointed.

If I could give them 10 starts I would. They are fantastic. Very professional and they walk you threw everything. I will never go anywhere else. I will recommend them to everyone! !!!

I would not recommend this shop, they did not stand behind their brake service and instead of replacing their faulty parts, they kept coming up with different parts of my brake system that went bad, after servicing and replacing brake parts 3 times. Cost for a 16 month period was over $2000. They never once told me that something else needed repair, my brakes went out completely in rush hour highway traffic. Had the car towed to their shop, they told me it was a different part of my brake system, funny though after charging me for a brake line , they also replaced the bad part without telling me. Called the shop to ask why it was replaced if it wasn't bad, and was told they replaced it because I was upset. I also had 60,000 and 90,000 services done here, and after going to another shop all the bolts on my manifold are missing, it was just laying there. Can only wonder if any of the repairs and services I paid for were actually done.If you are a woman and have no knowledge of car repairs stay away from this shop.

I can't speak highly enough for the service I received from these people. I have an older vehicle that infrequently needs some TLC. They provide it and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them to you.

I'm fairly inexperinced when it comes to cars so I've always been really wary about the shops I take it to. When I heard about All Tune and Lube I decided to drop by when I had some issues that could not be avoided any longer. They took the time to explain to me the problems, and even show me. When it came to pricing as well they were willing to do a "bundle deal" and it saved me quite a lot of money. Fantastic people, I'd recommend them to friends and family.

I have been a customer for over 10 years and have always gotten the lowest rates and honest diagnoses of what was wrong and what my options are. Love these guys. One time they called me to say that when I approved them buying a part for my repair that was $450, it turned out to only cost $250 and my bill was $200 less than the estimate. Today I am having them do the timing belt and water pump replacement at 100,000 miles for my Acura TL and it will be well below what another mechanic would charge. I recommend them to all my friends.

I've been a regular here for years. The team at ATL always does a quality job at a highly competitive price. The management is very responsive, you just have to let them know if there's an issue. BEWARE ALL TUNE and LUBE AUTO REPAIR 8201 Ritchie Hwy Pasadena Md Thursday evening 11/13...I took my car to All Tune and Lube Auto Repair in Pasadena MD for a free estimate for a noise I was hearing after a transmission install. My car always started every time and ran just fine. I started my car when I left my home for the free estimate and again when we went for the test drive the few miles with the mechanic on the highway then started again to drive it into the bay to put on lift where the 3 All Tune and Lube mechanics were looking at my car from underneath as the car was on a lift when one reached his arm up toward my battery from under the car and probably didnt realize i was watching them as I peered out the 12" x 6" window on the door at leads to the garage. I was then asked me to come out so they could explain what they thought was wrong with my car not really knowing what the problem was. And they drove my car out once more. Well when I got in to drive away now my car went click click click. And I had to go looking for one of them as they scrambled as soon as i got in my car parked directly in front of their bldg. I got a jump start from lee the same person who told me to bring my car in. Saying he thought it may be my alternator but my alternator was new! Hummmm. Then as i got up to the light my brake light came on a sure indication my alternator wasnt working all of a sudden. Just made it into my driveway approximatey 5 miles away when my car died. Next day I had another mechanic look at the alternator issue and as I expected my car had been vandalized by the one mechanic who had reached up and ripped all my alternator wires out on purpose just to get me to leave my car and spend money. It took the mechanic 3.5 hrs to fix what they had done.

This is the place to go! Finding a reliable mechanic who won't try to overcharge you or add unnecessary services to your bill is difficult. I have a Prius that had some strange stuff going on and was in bad need of a bunch of maintenance. I didn't have a mechanic in the area that I visited regularly, so I was calling around and being rejected by other places that said they didn't have any appointments open for me. I spoke with Lee at All Tune and he told me to just bring the car by right away if I wanted. He had his guys take a look at it as soon as I arrived (even though they already had other cars to work on in addition to mine), and then he called around to other local shops to get their quotes for the things that needed to be done. He even prioritized everything for me and told me which things I could put off until later if I needed to. He worked with me on the price and was very, very reasonable especially in comparison to the other guys. In difficult times, this was a really great thing to have someone who cared about my personal situation and didn't want to take advantage of me. Lee and his guys really are great. I will be come back here forever and I will recommend this place to everyone I know.

This shop was excellent. I was having a problem with my Volvo and the Volvo dealer insisted that my engine needed to be replaced. My neighbor recommended this shop to get a second opinion since she has used All Tune and Lube for years. When I arrived they were very nice and professional and found the problem was a sensor and not the engine. They ordered the part while I waited and fixed the car and now it runs perfectly! These guys are excellent and their prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for an honest shop that won't take advantage of you.

I recently moved to the area and was recommended to try this repair shop. This place is great and I was very pleased with the service and the excellent price I got.
