I went to Steven's to get a car battery. I was greeted as soon as soon as I walked in the door. I do believe the owner Steven was there and another gentleman im sorry I didn't get his name, but both were so friendly and helpful. From the time I walked in and was done was no more then 30mins. They installed the battery for me. While I was waiting Steven answered a few questions I had regarding batteries. I definitely recommend this place off of the customer service alone but also the prices are so reasonable and affordable. I would definitely visit this location again.

Stevens Battery Warehouse provided exceptional service. When I initially took my car to a repair shop, I was informed that a special-order battery would take a week to arrive, and scheduling an appointment would require at least another week due to high demand. I went to Stevenson Battery Warehouse. I wanted a battery with at least 800 cold-cranking amps. At Stevens Battery Warehouse, they had an 850-cold-cranking-amp battery in stock immediately. The staff replaced my battery and completed the transaction in about 10 minutes. I told my immediate family, and they all brought their cars here to get the battery replaced. I was thoroughly impressed by the speed and efficiency of their service. I recommend this company; it's my go-to for all my battery needs.

My dad has sworn by this place for forever. A year ago an oil change place tried to strong arm me into buying a battery in my 2012 corolla. I got the battery from here came back they scanned it and they assured me the battery was fine (car still hasn’t issues) Today, my 2020 Jeep compass was having a lot of issues we used our code reader saw some stuff indicating the battery. Took it on over they did load tests and proved both batteries failed. No hard sales pressure no upselling just HELP. It’s refreshing to be able to trust a business. If you need batteries or are concerned with yours, I highly recommend coming here. As long as I live in the area this is the only place I’ll be getting batteries from.

Everyone was super nice and helpful. In the few minutes it took to pay ,the battery was already installed in my car. The best part was the price. It was considerably less than the first place I went to.

Driving through the area this past weekend. I had a trailer issue on the highway where I lost my battery. After three stops at auto parts and outdoor stores, I tried here. First off, unlike previous stores, the team at Stevens knew what they were talking about. Secondly, they were the only ones to actually have the battery necessary for the trailer. Third, they took the time to walk me through what I needed to do back at the trailer to make sure it was properly installed. These guys were great. 5 star service all the way.

I panicked slightly when my car remote stopped working. I wasn't sure how complicated or expensive it was gping to be to replace the battery in it. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes for less than $5. They have the mother load of batteries. All shapes and sizes. Super friendly staff.

Golf cart battery dead ( real dead). Called pasedna talked to eric. Eric called david in annapolis. Get this david was at my home in round bay severna park in 60 minutes. I was charged a very reasonable amount and everything was perfect! He even wiped off the nasty pollen on a scale of 1 thru 5. I rate the entire crew from both location a 10. Can't say enough about Battery Warehouse, Pasadena. My old (2001) car battery died primarily from sitting. It's my second car, which I hadn't driven in a few months. BW checked it and advised it may only need charging. They charged it overnight and then confirmed their diagnosis. And they only charged me $10. They could easily have charged me more or told me I needed a new battery. Honesty and reliability are values sadly missing in many business today, but not at Battery Warehouse! For this reason, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

Matt provided great warranty service. No hesitation to swap out the battery after testing. This location hires staff well and all the guys working Saturday were helpful, kind and quick. I'll use them for my family vehicles, company fleet and recommend to other businesses.

Matt helped me replace my key remote for my truck. He was very professional and knew what he was talking about and even explained the differences between the batteries and why I needed the correct one for my situation. I highly recommend this place.

Big ups to the men that work here.. I pulled up stating i need a battery cause mines kept dying..they went right to work , Alex was taking my battery out while I told this other young looking man about a wire that didn’t have a nut on it…as the nut was found and replaced it seemed to fix my problem so they put everything back together and didn’t try to sell me on a battery beings that is what’s wrong also..(writing this Sunday evening the day after this visit and the evening before I go back to get my battery😂🤣) So Alex another teenage looking kid looked like he was training and the young man that grabbed the replacement nut for the bolt under the hood were outstanding help.. I will always go back.. Shhhh..the young man didn’t even charge me for the $50 nut that he found for under my hood..🫢 Will 100% recommend them..

Wish you were able to rate higher than 5. The most honest and positive business owner i’ve ever met. Came in for a new battery and could have easily sold me a brand new battery at a great price but instead they chose not to because the terminal was simply loose on my originally battery, which was still good. They do a great job! If you’re in need of a battery, It’s a no brainer to go to Steven’s.

Truly excellent service and prices. I was in and out and less than 10 minutes, and paid probably only 60% of the price I would have paid at a national chain auto shop. Extremely efficient service—as I was paying inside with the owner, an assistant was already outside installing the new battery I had just purchased. This will be the only place I come to for battery purchases in this area going forward.

Went to Nissan very expensive so I came to Steven‘s battery warehouse better prices very fast very friendly. Came to check my car battery, of course free. 3 gentleman helped me very pleased. Kept me busy while the other guy was installing my new battery. I will recommend to others.

To top it off, they even loaned me a charger and gave clear instructions on how to use it, with the promise to re-test my battery once it had been charged. My wife’s car battery died and I wasn’t home, so I told her to check this place out because their reviews were good and they seemed trustworthy. Glad I did because the staff here took great care of her. They tested and recommended a new battery and were very friendly, not condescending at all. They installed it for free and right on the spot. Battery comes with a great warranty too. I really appreciate them helping her out, thank you! Will definitely be back to give them more business.
