I took my 2015 Escape in for a state inspection because I’d recently moved into the area. Bryan and team found a couple of items that failed. They fixed one, but the other was beyond their scope. I ended up taking the car to a dealer for the fix. When I took it back to Mr Tire for the reinspection, it turned out the dealer had fixed the wrong thing, so I failed again. It was a safety item, so it needed to be fixed. Bryan even texted me a picture of the issue. So…I took it back to the dealer, with the picture, and they did it correctly this time. After taking it back to Mr Tire, my car passed. I appreciate Bryan’s attention to detail and willingness to work with me. I’ll be taking the car to his shop for its next servicing. Thank you!

The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the repairs needed to my vehicle (brakes, oil change, power steering work). They provided timely updates and were honest about all the required work. They went above and beyond to help me with price and work being done.

Great bunch of guys and they get the job done. Very efficient and meticulous to details. Be nice to these guys.

I've been pleased with the services from Mr Tire the past several years. They are professional and they make sure my car is safe.

The service manager was very helpful and got me in as soon as possible. The prices were fair and the turn around time on the service was very fast!

Will never come back to this store after watching house the little tattoo tough guys at the front talking to older customers. If you don't like your job simple.....quick

My experience at the store in Pasadena, MD. wasn't good at all. It started with my wife taking it in for an oil change & coming home with an estimate for Brakes, Rotors, Coolant Flush, etc. However the most essential component to making a decision on any of this was missing. The Specs relating to Tread Depth of the Tires, Thickness of the existing Brake Pads & Rotors. When I went there 1 month later to ask about this(because I naturally thought in this day & age perhaps the Specs were saved under my Vehicle's charts) that they may be able to print it out so I could see if it was in fact needed. Nope! I was told I'd have to leave the car to be looked over by their MD State Inspector to get that information. I already bought Akembo Pads from RockAuto.com. I didn't order Rotors because I was willing to bet they could be Turned. $60 difference pr/Rotor as opposed to buying new ones. I was told they don't do that there because their Lathe was busted. So in an effort to get my car in good shape for this Winter, I ordered new Power Stop Rotors from RockAuto.com. This is a Multi Million $ company folks & they won't pay to have their Lathe fixed or replaced to pass savings on to the customer. So after paying $300 for great parts they charged me $300 for my Brake job. Since when does a Brake job cost $300 when you've provided all of the parts? I'm also about to have a friend of mine pull my wheels off to make sure the parts I paid for went on my car & not in the mechanics trunk for his personal use. I also asked about 2 tires & was told that their Nexxen tires were buy 1 get 1 free but was quoted $380 & with an alignment would be &489. I used to work for Mr. Tire about 20 years ago & this is unacceptable. Conmen. It's time to look elsewhere for an honest mechanic. Sounds like an Oxymoron.

The gentleman at the service counter was friendly and polite. I was having 4 new tires mounted and aligned. I dropped my car off at the 8am appt time and was told it would be about 2 hrs. I called back twice when 2 hrs had passed. Finally, after 5, FIVE HOURS, I finally got my car back. I just think that's ricdiculous when you already have an appointment set-up.

Brought my 2018 Prius C in to get newer All Weather (3PMS Certified All Seasons) Falken Aklimates installed. They took me in very early and got the alignment and tires installed in under an hour, also gave me brand new tire stem caps. Alignment was fantastic and paperwork showing the exact measurements is provided. Huge bonus for not charging me a tire disposal fee and allowing me to donate my set of nearly brand new all seasons to someone in need. Appreciate everyone here, happy holidays!

I purchased new tires. The price was very reasonable. They were able to put them on the same day and it only took a couple hours. So far very pleased.

I came in because my windshield wipers were stuck ON and wouldn’t shut off. Instead of diagnosing the issue or even trying to look into it, I was told to “take it to the dealer because we can’t fix it.” Later, after doing my own research using ChatGPT, watching a couple YouTube videos, and getting help from a couple backyard mechanics, we were able to fix the problem ourselves. It’s pretty sad that a professional mechanic couldn’t figure out something that a few regular guys, YouTube, and AI were able to solve. Very disappointing experience.

Quick, friendly, competent service at a reasonable price. Would return there when I need tire service.

I called on 11/8 and asked if I needed to make an appointment to get a tire leak fixed. I was told that I did not need an appointment and could just bring it in. I brought it in on 11/11 at 10am and was given a rough estimate that they would look at my car in 2 hours. After 4 hours I had heard nothing and called and they said that my truck had not even been brought in and I was still 3rd in line. 4 hours to fix a tire is ridiculous. If I need an appointment then say that. If appointments don’t matter, then this place clearly needs to fix scheduling issues and time management. Unprofessional and horrible customer service by this establishment.

Came in with a blown tire, left with a huge dent in the back of my car. Was on my way home after picking it up when my friend behind me called and told me there was a big dent. I can assure there was no dent when I dropped the car off, I had just bought it in perfect condition not too long before this incident.I turned around and confronted the workers, where they continuously refused to show any camera footage of when they were fixing my car, not even a short clip of my car when it first came in (because they knew there was no dent.). They refused to help me in any way shape or form. Not that it makes any difference because I can see now they do not care for their customers and only money, but I will not be going there again, and if you do, I recommend taking pictures of your car before going to get your car fixed there. Attached are images of the damage they caused.

Scheduled an appointment online for 5:30 for tire install, took off work to make it there. Showed up and was told they close at 6 and acted like it was my fault that the online tool let me schedule an appointment so late. Guy there is oviously overworked and overwhelmed, literally throwing stuff and cussing. I ended up agreeing to leave the car there overnight and it would be done "first thing in the morning". Next day I don't hear anything, finally at 3pm I drive in and the car hadn't been touched and was told that "no info was left for the tech in what to do to the car". Was told that "there's 8 people in front of me and it won't get done". Finally take the car and bring it back at 5 the next day, once again have to leave work early to come back and get it done. Overall very poorly managed location and unprofessional experience.

My engine light has been on since I left. I was charged for oil change but yet no new sticker showing the next appointment/milage. So I dont think I even got the oil change. My tires were not rotated yet slip says they were. Last time I go too Mr Tire.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went in for what I was hoping would be a quick safety inspection on a 2020 car, came back and told me I needed $1200 worth of parts and labor on 1 wheel and told me it was extremely dangerous to even drive on. Had to take time to get parts and everyone told me to get another opinion becuase it didn’t sound right - took it to another mechanic and turns out nothing was wrong. I guess that’s what happens if you’re a young female and go there for work. Wasted $125 on a safety inspection and I’ll never be back, thank god I didn’t have the time to have the job done the same day or I would have lost all that money.

Nice waiting room. Had a good experience with the 2 gentleman that were there on Sunday. I had made an appointment and they were very informative. Didn’t pressure me to purchase anything. I can definitely feel that my car drives better after the alignment. In and out very quickly.

I had a tire that hit a large nail and needed a patch. I tried a plug but it would not hold air. Since there have been a heavy increase in wheel thefts on Camry's I added a second set of wheel locks a few months ago. I took both wheel locks off of that wheel and put stock lug nuts on so it would be less of a hassle for the person doing the work. Although I checked the rim when I got home from work the day my wife brought it home I did not notice until today that the valve cap was missing. Nearly 60 bux charged and I'm missing a valve cap. It's irritating me that now I've got to get 4 to replace one.

These clowns called the police on me and I didn’t do nothing. I took them a tore and a rim to fry put on. They did it. I was in a rush and they had a line of people that wasn’t moving so I could pay. So I went back and put the tire on my car. Took less than an hour to do and come back to pay. And when I got back. The police were outside for me. And they charged me sixty three dollars to put I’m tire on. I suggest every one to boycott this terrible place. Please.

I made an appointment online on Monday to have 2 Tires replaced for my vehicle. When you make selections it gives you a quote for the tires, a rotation fee and a disposal fee and a subtotal. The tire were ordered and received and installed with no issue and the staff is pretty cool. However when it’s time to pay there was an additional labor charge that I was unaware of bumping up the transaction another almost $112-115 dollars. As a consumer it feels like you’re being robbed or taken advantage of when there are additional fees added in that were not included when I made the initial selection on your website. Had I known the potential full price I may have went with another option and got the tires elsewhere but that ability was taken from me.

Appreciate how fast the service was. Just make sure to look over the itemized print out before they do the work. I was charged for tire sensors but wasn’t asked if I wanted them or made aware that that would be a charge. I was also asked about alignment twice even though I said I didn’t want one. They had a nice sale of buy one get one free (I purchased four) it still came out to a high amount but I’m pleased with the work.

Due to am almost blowout of a tire noticed during an oil change somewhere that didn't service tires I found a local Mr. Tire and even though it was a walk in on a Saturday afternoon they were able to accommodate me. The guy that helped me was very informative, helpful and patient as I contemplated my options of just 1 tire vs all 4 as it was an expense I wasn't expecting. Overall between him checking the tread on the other 3 and them being pretty worn and the deal on tires they had, the best option was getting all 4 replaced with rotation. They had it done within a couple hours. It was a great experience and will definitely be going there with any future tire needs I have.

I was really disappointed in my service had new tires put on and the tech scratched my aluminum rims up on all 4 rims not happy at all about my service. After 2 months still haven’t taken care of the problem and will not call me back I have made multiple phone calls and left messages with Mr. tire also will not respond to my emails..

Great service and got the job done for plugging my tire. Only issue was there was damage done to my steering wheel. Tried to call, but they were closed. Will try again when they're open and update the review afterwards. Update: 14 DEC 24 Attempted to call back number provided by the owner, but had no response. Will be trying again Sunday and Monday.
