Maddie and the crew at Car Worx & Trucks were fantastic and did a great job with my Ram truck. They installed Bilstein 5100 shocks, new coil springs, new struts, new sway bars, and a 2 inch suspension spacers. I could not be more satisfied. I’ve have had 4 remote starters but in 4 different vechiles and I’ve never had any issues or problems whatsoever. I’ve even had 2 remotes that I have a drone feature where I can start my vehicle up from anywhere. The staff that works there are very helpful people and very knowledgeable and friendly a great team of people.

Car Worx has taken care of my tires and rims for years. Chris set a high standard, and Maddie is doing an excellent job running the business now—it honestly feels like Chris never left. Consistently solid technical work and great customer service. I’ve always been satisfied and will continue to come back.

They have done it all for me on every vehicle I own…. I had a complete sound system installed in my car, car starters , tints , lift kits … they do it all… most with a lifetime warranty…. If you’re in the area and looking to trick your ride there is nobody better!!!

Purchased our first minivan and as soon as we drove it off the lot we called CarWorx to make an appt to get the front windshield (50%) and front windows (15%) tinted! We are extremely happy with the outcome and will be bringing all future cars here for tint!

They installed FOX 2.0 struts and shocks and did an alignment on my 2012 Tacoma. There were some challenges do to the rust on a 13 yr old Toyota that they overcame. Jose stayed in constant communication with me. They did a great job. Truck rides better than new.

Install went great, Hornblaster sounds amazing! Maddie solved the only issue that came up. High professionalism and excellent customer service!

After arriving to Maryland because we are a military family, I wanted to install a radio with a back up camera. I provide my own product. They originally offered one of there products to me a Sony which quote “It’s $800.00 but there was a scratch on it so they said they would sell it to me for $500.00. I declined because I told them I’m just trying to save money… I think that was my first mistake. I asked them to remove the old radio and wiring and replace it with the new one. For 3 hours of work with $12.99 of there “Special materials, supplies and general supply charge” the total came out to be $362.99. I thought I found a decent place to get work done to my vehicle… I didn’t even mind that they left all the wiring from the old radio but my back up camera was point upwards and could even see my ball hitch so I can back it up to attach my trailer. When asked if they could just fix the angle of the back up cam the reply was there’s nothing we can do. Your radio and back up camera doesn’t fit your vehicle. I ordered my radio off of Amazon and made sure it was compatible with my vehicle. Then asked about the left over wiring from the old radio they said that “We never agreed to that and it would cost even more for them to do that. I normally don’t write reviews on line because I want people to make their own decisions. However, I just wanted to see how this business operated. I had plans in the future to come back and also tell friends and family about this place.

Jose did a great job helping me order Bilstein 6112 and 5100 heavy duty shock suspension kit. I showed up for my appointment at 9am and job completed at 3pm. Owner Chris and daughter Maddie kept me informed during process which turned out to be a tough job as the front cap was all rusted and took 2 hours to remove. Maddie showed me the pics. They stuck with the quoted price $1800 which included alignment and tax, way under the price quoted by the Ford dealer. It was well worth the wait, as my 2016 F150 rides great now after OEM shocks replaced. I’ve only tested on the road. I will update my review after off-roading/overlanding in W. I brought in a car that had paint, and dye all over the inside of the windows, I made it much more difficult for them to complete the tints that I wanted. They got all the residue, paint and even finished all my tints within 3 hours! Not only that but the whole staff there is absolutely amazing, great customer service, very welcoming and overall best experience you could find at any store! They have you covered no matter what, if you haven’t been here before I highly recommend!

Car Worx consistently delivers with great service and a quality product. Ive had multiple vehicles get their windows tinted here and purchased audio equipment in the past and have never been disappointed, even when they’re running behind. I genuinely don’t care how long it takes because I know they’re exercising care and not rushing to complete the job. If you value quality of work over anything else, I could not recommend them more. They went above and beyond to accommodate me after it was discovered that my vehicle actually needed a window replacement before they completed the job. I continue to recommend them to friends and family, and will only come here for services in their scope of work as long as they’re in business.

I went here and got my 2024 F150 tinted. They did great work. They are knowledgeable about tint. Good work isn’t cheap and cheap work isn’t good. My truck looks perfect!

Man! All I can say is these guys KNOW their work! When I saw my truck. Which they put a Rough Country 3.5 lift on with "22" inch offset rims and tires. It look like a brand new truck. It rides like new. And when I'm out it gets lots of looks! This has been a great experience

I had my two cars tinted recently. Everyone is very friendly and Professional. Place is nice a clean. Waiting are is clean. Parking is easy and enough. I made appointment for both car. I don’t think they take walk in. They must be busy. Price: I will post the picture from their wall.

Worked with Tom to get what I wanted at what I believe is a good price. No blowing sunshine anywhere. They will tell you like it is. I personally prefer that. They did a good job and timely on my 6” lift on my 2019 RAM Rebel. I needed to upgrade my tires too which they took care of too. We had a slight problem getting the TPMS to check in but they stayed on it and got it squared away. I’d definitely send friends and family there.

I started using Chris and the team about 2 years ago for my projects and each time they earn my earn my future business. I’ve used them to: Purchase and install Leveling kit + Wheels - 2021 F250 Purchase and install full stereo upgrade, amps speakers, subs 2021 F250 Purchase and install lowering kit 2022 X5 Purchase and install 4 link coilover lift on made to order Forces 2021 F250 Ceramic tint the above and a couple others. I’m meticulous, the key here isn’t just what they do well but if I needed an adjustment or had anything that needed attention, there was no question just a simple solution. Bring it in I’ll take care of it.

Had a phenomenal experience at Car Worx & Trucks! Got tint to match the back windows and it looks beautiful, great quality of work done. As well as had a sub installation in my truck and they were informative and friendly throughout the whole process of shipping and installation! I highly recommend getting all car/truck modifications done here, you get treated like family.

I've gotten quite a few things done here from headlights to radio and now lift, tires, and wheels. Each time has been a great experience with great work done. Couldn't recommend a better place.

I had them doing an automatic starter for me on my tundra and I'm going to come back and let them do my backup camera. The owner has been in business for about 20 years they run an honest business with good employees. American made company. Hardworking clean shop with honest prices. It is well worth the drive from Annapolis or Baltimore to go and have these people work on your vehicle.

I was not going to write a review since I received a full refund but I have been asked via email and text message several times. After the window tint was installed I noticed white residue on a black plastic trim piece. The owner said it was there when I brought the car in. It was not but he offered to replace it. I fortunately was able to remove it with several different cleaners. After about 2-3 weeks I noticed the rear window had multiple crease marks and bubbles across the top. The front passenger window was applied crooked and another windows had bubbles as well. I returned to see if the mistakes could be corrected. I was met with the window tinter himself. He was very unprofessional and told me it is what it is and said I was too meticulous. I paid roughly $250 for something that had several mistakes. However, he did put me down for removal and replacement on the rear window tint and time allotted for side windows. The rear window tint was replaced and one side window. This does not include the front passenger that is crooked. I was told that they are computer cut and it is what it is. A few days later I noticed that some of the rear defrosters are no longer working after the removal and replacement of the tint. I once again went back to speak with the owner. I expressed my concerns and was told the defrosters are installed only as good as they are from factory. If the tint was installed without mistakes initially there would have been a problem. He said they would replace my back window. I opted for a full refund. If they can not put tint on correctly I definitely did not want a window replaced by them. Fortunately I talked myself out of getting lights installed as well. I can not imagine what could have went wrong during that installation. It seems they rush their jobs and would rather fix the problems they make rather than preventing them in the first place. I have learned to take my future business else where.

These guys did a tremendous job on my 2020 f150, installing a 2 inch leveling kit, new wheels and tires and ceramic tint all around. They worked with me to find the perfect wheels and tire combo, got the work done very quickly and did a co plate, and professional job. I had done a ton of research and their pricing was on par with many others and their craftsmanship was perfect and clean

Got a leveling lift installed as well as rims, tires and the running boards. Chris's crew did an outstanding job!! Absolutely love the new look of my truck!!
