Tim did a great job helping me. I needed a good replacement battery to replace the cheap one I bought from the competition 2 years ago. This new Sears Diehard Platinum fit perfectly. Fingers crossed that it lasts for a while

Very helpful gentle.an behind the counter. I asked if the since sold key fobs he was so helpful I have 2 different vehicles that I need them for. He had 1 on stock which I promptly bought the other one he ordered and will b in sometime this evening or tomorrow morning.

Quick, courteous battery test and replacement. Staff were patient and answered all questions professionally. I could hear them assisting others in a similar fashion. Highly recommend this location.

Don't buy car battery from this place ! let's start my story: brought the battery like six months ago and got trouble for starting the car, because battery down so quickly and need jump start. Went there because they said they have 2 year warranty. They check the battery and said everything is okay, but the problem was still same, Battery is not observing the charge. They recommended me to charge battery full and did at home. While fully charge battery said 12.5V which good but it dies so quickly. I went Honda service center, they said need to replace the battery (you can see the report) went back this place because they have to replace it under the warranty. They tested again twice and said battery is good(also see their report) (they recommended me how to drive too, like don't use headlights etc!) but still need jumper to start the car. They blame that Honda want to up-sell the battery. To make sure I went Severna Park's auto zone same day and they also tested there said battery has problems and I have to buy new battery there. To replace one battery I spent my whole day. Now two places said replace the battery, this place tasted it 3 times said no need to replace it. The owner of this store is not helpful at all. I use this place because this is my nearest store but they are worthless. Look like they sell used batteries which they don't want to replace under the warranty. Just wasted my day and money here. And if you thinking to buy anything under warranty from this place think twice. I will never be this store even within 500ft from this store. This is so frustrating.

Good variety of car parts, as well as accessories. When I walked in I was greeted by two employees. When I told them what I was looking for, they told me the isle and another employee came from behind the counter to walk me to the item. Definitely the best customer service I've received at an auto part store. The store was organized and clean.

I had a great first experience at this location, but unfortunately I had to go back and make a return…. The young guy was very rude and accused me of not returning all the screws that were in the package. He then threw the package on the counter and resounded “ I get I can’t sell these…it’s not my fault you hate your job. Find a new one

Bought a new battery for my daughters vehicle and asked for free installation because I didn't have the tools to install it myself. Within a few minutes, a very nice man installed the battery, replaced a rusted out bolt that broke and cleaned the terminals. A great neighborhood auto parts store.

Needed replacement pneumatic pistons for the rear window of my Leer F-22 cap. Young lady hooked me right up. Price was quite reasonable too!

I would never buy ever from this store again , tried to return 2 items lost recent offered to bring in credit card statement to prove purchase and they said no read our policy. Believe me they could care less . I have been in Buisness 20 years if I treated customers like them I would be out of Buisness , too many other good auto stores out there to fool with them.

Terrible store i purchased a refrigerant R134a for $40 and i did not used it coz the mechanic said that the compressor is shut so i went back to the store try to return it the cashier said i couldn't coz thats their policy in the 1st place why did the cashier that sold me the product did not tell me its not refundable 2nd theres nothing stating on the receipt that its not returnable now im out $40 oh well i gave the R134a to the cashier that told me i could not return it and he said Thank you have a nice day in a sarcastic way i hope that hes car broke in the middle of the road and when he needs help nobody would help him well thats just me

Put in an online order for oil, filter and gasket for the drain plug. I get there an they say they cannot find the plug even though it says it is in the store. They say they don't know where it is. I am a little disappointed that they do not know what is in stock in their own store. I end up finding a generic crush washer in the aisle and pay more money for that. I ask if they can make sure the other crush washer is refunded. They tell me oh yes it is, don't worry. I get home and check my emails and receipts and the phantom crush washer was never refunded. I will now be taking my business to autozone.

Stopped going here. Horrible customer service. Counter workers are not knowledgeable and act like you are burdening them with work. Go somewhere else. UPDATE 8 MONTHS LATER: Just as bad. Counter workers are not helpful. Half have no idea about cars. And "acting managers" lack basic problem solving or customer service skills. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, seriously.

Like many chain parts stores, they usually only have one register open. I had to wait several minutes to check out because another customer was ordering parts and checking other stores for availability. I like their product line but the service could improve.

One of the better auto parts stores. Most of the members are very helpful and listen to what you need. They will even try help you understand why they recommend one thing over another. They don't push the higher priced items or sales. They do their best to accommodate you. This is a small store compared to others so sometimes they don't have special parts, but I rather deal with friendly helpful people and wait a day than fo somewhere else.

VERY Helpful Staff. Went into the store with my Grandmother to purchase some Rain-X, not having been in an AAP Store before, I was searching around for the glass cleaners. The man and woman there helped me find what I was looking for, and gave me some tips on how to apply it properly. Definitely a great place, recommended.

They have always had parts that I have needed. The store is very organized and the staff is very friendly. The only thing I could not find this time was different options of windshield washer fluid. They only had one brand on the floor and of course I was looking for another.

Great location, My brother was visiting from Delaware and his 2005 Nissan Murano wouldnt turn on, a mechanic came to the house, fixed the Alternator, and at the same time he suggested he put on a new radiator and replace belts, needless to say THIS Advance Auto Parts had both! Belt and Radiator! Awesome!

Great selection of parts. Service is great, prices are solid, and overall great place for most car needs. Good deals if signing up with your phone number, and I would recommend it since it translates directly into money off. Can't go wrong with this place!
