I dropped off my Explorer with air conditioning problems. I was told about a week. 6 days later, my Explorer hadn't even been looked at... I get that Jeff has had some health problems, and probably needs to slow business down a bit.. but don't take a man's vehicle for 6 days without even looking at it

Assaulted... I'm surprised this place is still in business as Jeff has a bad temper and should not be dealing with the public. He was not happy where my truck was dropped off at his shop to be fixed for something he may have done poor work on, so he stormed around the office counter and physically attacked my cousin and me. My Cousin is just a kid and at first trying to defend himself from Jeff's verbal harassment. Jeff finally stopped the assault when my Cousin's Father stormed in to put a stop to Jeff. It was a very violent and weird experience, and the police were called out and everyone filed assault charges. REPLY TO OWNER RESPONCE: Jeff, yes you did install the breathalyzer and then the truck started to perform poorly then died which is why it was toed back to your shop, and you threw a fit like some outraged spoiled little girl. The date on the police reports will show I was there on the date that the assault went down. I hope the Anger Managment classes helped you man I really do.

Had an appointment set up a week ago they haven't had time to look at my car it's been there for 2 days not cool they don't seem to care

After coming back from vacation I had a dead battery. Went and had it tested at O’Reilly’s and auto-zone to be told my alternator is bad. Came to Marshall and they told me and showed me it was just a junk battery. These gentlemen saved me $700 by giving me accurate and correct information. Needless to say I will be back if I have any other vehicle needs! Great customer service, the owner is hands on, and every employee is a genuine friendly person.

We brought our car in after a parts failure from a recent repair at another mechanic. At no fault of the mechanic. Jeff recognized the failure followed recent work and advised us to return to the mechanic for the repair. He could have easily charged us for the repair again, but he told us he wouldn't feel right charging for the work. This action by Jeff guaranteed we will return for future work. Jeff is a stand up guy. Thank you!

Waited 4 hours at another tire store to fix a leak on a tire that was not on the car. Finally, I went to Marshall's, and they fixed the leaking valve stem in 10 minutes. Very fast, friendly and great price.

A couple months back my cousin went here and got work done for a fuel pump and supposed to be fuel filter but when she drove it away it messed up the nexted day now that she is just done with the car she is trying to sell it but she wants the receipt for the work that was done and they want to be agreementive and say they have a conflict with her mom so they won't give her a receipt. But her mom has been dead for years now so unless you have new beef with someone who has been dead that kind of ridiculous

A friend of mine recommended Jeff to me. I took my car in first thing in the morning today. Jeff was there to greet me, he was so nice and looked at my car immediately. I had been previously quoted a way higher price. He quickly told me what he thought it would be, and then told me he would let me know if it changed. He called me in a few hours after my car was fixed. I went to pick it up, and he even fixed another thing on my car that had been broken forever! He was so awesome, affordable and quick! I will HIGHLY recommend Jeff to ANYONE I know who needs auto repairs!

My wife and I have been using Marshalls over the last year or so . We have never had an issue with there service, and there pricing does not gouge our wallet. Incredibal group, and I highly recommend.

I have had to unfortunately use a repair shop a few times recently. After headaches and outrageous pricing with other shops around town it was amazing to find a place like Marshall's. The lady up front was super nice, the gentleman in the back working on my issue also did something I've never seen and came to ask me questions to make sure everyone was on the same page and that he was doing exactly what I wanted. They got a customer for life in me.

Had to get new brakes and starter put on my 2008 Honda Civic. Once they got everything diagnosed the repairs were cheaper than expected and done within 24 hours. Would recommend this repair shop to anyone!

Not a very good place for suspension issues. Pretty sure they ripped me off by re-greasing my sway bar link zerks and then charged me for parts and labor that were not done.

I was on my way to California when my check engine light came on in my vehicle. Called around in Leavenworth and all repair shops were booked two weeks out. Finally was referred to Marshall Auto Repair. I walked in and explained the situation to the lady. She asked me to wait while she checked with Jeff. She came back and said he could take a look at it right after he finished with another vehicle. Ten minutes later he asked me to pull my car up and did a diagnostic test. It was nothing major, Jeff reset the check engine light and told me I was set. I asked him what I owed him and he said no charge. I thanked him again and told him how much I appreciated him making time for me. He said he gets several people a day that have similar problems and if he can't find time to help them out he shouldn't be in the business. Very memorable experience. Thanks Jeff

Bought a car from this place that they were selling for a friend the owner knew the car had problems he didn't fix the owner kept telling me to bring the car in so he could fix them and every time I would he told to me to bring in next day well the next day never got here. If it would let me I would give them zero stars

10 stars if i could!!!!!The owner is amazing. This is the only place I trust to take both of my vehicles in all of kansas. Fair prices and they do a great job of explaining what needs to be fixed.

They was very polite to me and the mechanic told me my spark plug wires was not in the right order and he fixed them so now my car isn't stalling anymore. There very much recommend in my opinion.

Brought my truck in to get a plug fixed on the transmission. The incompetent service tech replaced it with the wrong plug then when I brought it back to get it fixed AGAIN they still charged for the price of parts and labor for both visits. This shop has horrible service even the front desk woman was rude completely unprofessional it's clear she needs customer service training.

DO NOT USE!!! This business will try and steal your vehicle. All the vehicles for sale in front of this shop are stolen from hard working people in and around Leavenworth, KS. Using the minimum amount of time to file an "abandoned" vehicle law. The shop will say they try and call you but they just call and hang up before it rings when they mail you notice they will make no attempt to be sure you get it. Even if you tell them you're going to pick it up a certain day they will still file the claim. This is the worst most untrustworthy mechanic shop I've ever seen or dealt with in my entire life.

I called about my steering leaking and turn signals not working. They said to bring it in the following morning. I took it in and Jeff immediately brought it in and put it on the rack. In about 10 minutes he knew what was wrong and how much it was going to cost to repair. Jeff said it would be ready by noon Due to the parts house not delivering the parts on time the car was not ready until 2:30pm but still the same day. I would highly recommend this to anyone needing your vehicle repaired.

I needed my a/c repaired in my vehicle. They were fast to get me in, repaired it quickly and for a great price. They also found the source of the smell from my a/c that I have had looked at by the dealership that I bought my vehicle from who could not fix it. That smell was an issue for the 3+years that I have owned my vehicle and Marshall’s looked at it in one visit and fixed it. Additionally, they aired my tires up-this was not upon my request they just have great service. Thumbs up!!!! Five Stars!

Needed an estimate so called before I went. Jeff was busy but took time out to take a look at my truck gave me a quick rundown of what he would check. Definitely going for the repairs when I have time. Friendly and professional.
