They've always got what I need in stock from brakes, batteries, and spark plugs. They've also got a crazy KC Chiefs fan behind the counter, so go in there with a Packers shirt on to get the store rilled up!
Great place to get auto parts but don't put a lot of merit in some of the advice.....depends on who's working. Went again today and had a conversation with a young man (stalker guy with blonde hair) pretty knowledgeable and didn't treat me like a clueless female.
Needed a driver's side windshield wiper blade, I was able to find the correct blade and received a little assistance to get the correct connector installed on the blade to fit on my car
Always gets my parts on time and staff is mostly helpful every time, new staff of course should learn a little better instead of constantly skipping ahead when I keep saying I have an account because they don't listen.
Every time I call I get put on hold for an extended period of time drive by the store and there are no customers there try to find parts they say they don't have them and can't get them like brake line nuts went to advanced had no problem getting any parts that I need if I could give a zero star I would I will be taking my business elsewhere personal and work
Went in needing a battery and a jump to get back home with it. Allen sold me the battery and installed it. Super professional and very kind. I think he needs a raise. Keep up the great work!

My friend Nick recommended that I use this store an location as my go to place for my 99 Lumina, Becky immediately greeted us an knew Nick by name. She was able to offer suggestions an insight to help me find the radiator I had been looking for at a great price with the option to have it overnighted to this store or my home.

My battery was lagging so I thought I would stop by (2-13-21) and get it checked and buy a new one. Walked in and the lady working said it was too cold and she didn’t want to get sick from the cold weather while taking the few minutes to check it. I left and went down the street and my battery was checked and purchased a new one in 5 minutes. This was frustrating, if you don’t like your job then quit.
The guys who work there are very helpful. We were looking for wheels. They could order them for us. We will keep looking around but will go back if we dont find less expensive ones. Their prices are good.
Such a gentleman who helped me he definitely made my day and made my visit a memorable one. I had to return something without the original packaging he remembered me and didn't give me an issue at all. Very helpful and informative.
I never write reviews..... but I'm so disappointed. They ordered the wrong axle for my car 3 times. Then ordered the wrong side..... when I was very clear on what I needed all 3 times... I will never be going back to this store... so upset!!!
Ive shopped at this location since I started driving decades ago.
They've always had knowledgeable and friendly staff. Their customer service has been much better than any of the others auto part stores in town. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because their prices tend to be just a tiny bit higher than the other places, but they are usually better about helping me with what I need and having things in stock.
They have/get what you need and are helpful when helping you but some spend too much time chatting with paid customers.....move on and don't make the next one wait.
