Very rude staff, not helpful at all, and very demeaning. After following suggestion by the police dept to get a car released (not mine), the main guy (don't know his name) told me I was trying to get his license taken away, I had no reason to be calling him, and he thought I was setting him up. VERY RUDE and actually called me back to complain and raise his voice at me after previously telling me he didn't know why I called (when I was just trying to help someone understand what they had to do). I don't recommend this business to ANYONE!!! It's like he got his jollies being as nasty as he could be.
I was in a bad place with my Car and needed a tow had called several places around our area and was having a really hard time finding a Towing service within my budget! I called Mann's Towing and a very pleasant voice answered the phone I asked my necessary questions and was given a quote WAY within my budget for the short distance we had to travel. The Tow Driver showed up He was very Patient & Kind to me. Considering I was an emotional mess! He loaded up my car hooked it up and even gave me a ride! My long Story Short WONDERFUL COMPANY WONDERFUL WORKERS ABOVE & BEYOND the Drivers Job! My Blessings THANK YOU ???
One of the front office ladies is rude and disrespectful. She didn't know I was in the parking lot at the time we were on the phone, she said she was putting me on hold to find someone but what she did was check the freaking mail an left me on hold!!
USAA used Mann's to tow our jeep. The owner is very kind and he keeps cars behind a locked fence. Nothing was stolen from our vehicle. Highly recommend.
I got into a car accident back in June and this company took my car without my consent to their shop and when we went to get it back they wanted us to pay money to them in order to get ownership back on my car, plus a fee to get it out of the shop. They literally stole my car and got away with it all with the help of Leavenworth police department. Very bad place to ever call to get your car towed and if they do try towing your car DO NOT let them! It will no longer be your car!
