Accutune and Break is the One Shop in town you can trust for a reasonable price, an honest inspection, and the work done right the first time. I have never had to return a vehicle for a repair in the 15 years I have Patroned this Shop. Jim and his Mechanics will talk to you like you are a person and not just another job. The home town feel of going to an old school mechanic with the trust and workmanship that have been lost in the dealerships we used to trust with the work 20 years ago. Accutune and break is the only shop I go to when I need repairs and don't want to spend a mortgage to get it done.
Accutune did a fabulous job on my car. Not only that, the people there were so nice. I will definitely be taking my car there for maintenance in the future.
Well yesterday was yet another great experience with the great team at Accutune and Brake. I have been using Accutune and Brake for all my vehicle services to include new tires, and all scheduled oil changes, brake replacement and transmission services since I moved to Leavenworth ten years ago. I am extremely pleased with all of the work they have done and feel that Jim and his mechanics truly care about ensuring the work done is done well. I always feel welcomed when I go there. I cannot speak highly enough about my experiences with them. You can trust that they know what they are doing and can trust their recommendations.
Very professional and even more helpful and courteous. I was given a ride back home and then picked me up when the job was completed. Explained what was done, passed on new parts sale price savings , a heads up on an issue he saw. No pressure. Great to business with and I will , as long it’s not my diesel engine. Thanks a bunch!

Accutane and Brake was a God send. They were able to get us in and out in under a day and at a great price. They asked questions to recommend the correct parts and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need and at a great price. After asking questions recommend a different product that was less expensive based off our driving style. Will be going back and highly recommend anyone need work done to call them and give them.a shot.
I took my vehicle in because it was shaking and stalling after recently taking it in to another facility for an oil change. Within a 3 hour span, I took my car here, got it diagnosed, repaired and was back on the road. The pricing was very reasonable as well. I truly appreciated the confidence and knowledge they carry to successfully repair my car and help me resolve my dilemma. I will entrust them with my future car maintenance and needs. We had front brakes/rotors installed, 4 new tires and scheduled oil/filter maintenance done. The prices were good and the work exceptional. We trust Accutune & Brake totally with our car!!
Jim is the owner. He's a super good guy. I talked with him for a few hours the other day while his technician fixed my brakes. While I went there to get my front brakes fixed, they quickly informed me that I needed ALL of my brakes fixed. I was quoted a very reasonable price. However, once they really got into my car, the price more than doubled. I am not complaining one bit. Most places would've fixed the bare minimum, but these guys went above and beyond to make sure the car was safe For my family to drive. They did an incredible job and just by fixing the brakes the ride is so much smoother. All their parts have a warranty. You will be getting a quality service and you will definitely get your moneys worth and peace of mind. Very refreshing to find someone so knowledgeable and also looking out for your best interest. I would definitely recommend, and I will be taking them all of my business from now on.
I would recommend this auto shop to anyone for anything car-related. Had a substantial amount of intensive work completed (clutch, suspension, alignment, bushings, master cylinder etc.) that I decided not to do myself. It was a fair price and the parts/labor is warranted for 2 years/24K miles at any TechNet shop in the U.S.A. but most importantly, the communication was outstanding, and they were able to complete the work on the timeline they gave me. For those of you like myself, who tend to work on their own cars because it's easier to do it right once, than find a trustworthy repair shop, I would recommend this shop! The owner is a true 'car guy', honest, and they've had the same hard-working, awesome technicians working there for years. Highly recommend if you're in Leavenworth and need some auto work done! This is the place I would send my mother if I couldn't be there with her, if that says anything!
I took a chance on looking up auto repair places in Leavenworth online and found Accutune, called them and from the very first call to the end result was nothing but excellent customer service. Jim was the very best to work with kept me in the loop of what was going on with my vehicle and the estimated cost of it and was very far for his time and cost. I will be taking all my vehicles here if and when they need it. Everyone should go see Jim.
The staff was very helpful. My only concern was that I did not ask about how much my battery would cost me to replace it. And after talking with a few individuals found out that I paid too much. . I have learned from my experience, to always ask before receiving any services rendered. I believe they are a good at what services they do perform.
My car wouldn't start before work and had it towed to their shop. They were very responsive, transparent with the issue (just needed a new battery which is what I had assumed was the issue), and had my car fixed that very day! That was a couple of days ago and I have had no issues with my car! 10/10 highly recommend!!!

As a woman you get scammed when it comes to car repair.. but Accutane was polite and they listened to what was happening to my suv.. price was reasonable they checked up on me to see how my suv was running.. when it started acting up again they looked at it again and fixed it with no charge. I am very pleased with their service and will continue use them in the future.
My van left me stranded when my starter went out without any warning. I was going to schedule an appointment to have my brakes worked on due to hearing a rotor grinding.. my insurance had road side assist tow my van & chose to have it towed to Accutune knowing he wouldn't be able to even look at it for another week. But knowing that I work quite a distance out of town, he fixed my van right away! He put a new starter in, new brake pads & either new rotors or shaved & turned them.. whatever you do in that case. Regardless, he was speedy, I'm sure cheaper than most charge these days..I couldn't be happier. He made my heart smile! I definitely recommend this guy! Very busy but in my opinion, the BEST!
Took my 99 Buick Lesabre Limited in for an engine diagnostic due to my check engine light coming on. Jim was transparent with me about what the issue was (Mass Air Flow sensor) and made sure to get the best part for the best price. Got my car back the same day I took it in and am very pleased with how it’s been running since!
They took good care of my car and did an all wheel alignment. What was awesome was they contacted me later in the week and asked how my car was and their service and wanted to know if I was happy with the service. To me that is someone who takes pride in their service and customer satisfaction is important to them. I would/will refer others to them and I will return for other automotive needs.

Fast. Friendly. Fair! New to the area and found Accutune on google search. My Audi SUV was making a terrible noise from front wheel. They took my car on in the worst of the weather, diagnosed and repaired it in 24 hours! Price seemed fair for what I had researched. They also gave me a ride from shop and home for drop off and pickup which was very helpful. Small town shops with family like atmosphere will always get my repeat business. I will definitely use them in the future for any of my auto repairs!

I had been having trouble with my Jeep that I love but was thinking about trading her in because of her age. I took it to Jim at Accutune and she really is running better than when I bought her! Jim was kind enough to take me to work and pick me up to bring me back to pick up my Jeep. I had the oil changed, tires rotated, a tuneup done, and a burned out fog lamp replaced. My husband felt it was a very reasonable price. Thank you Jim and everyone that worked on my baby. I will be back!
