I went to Scott’s muffler and car repair to have my air condition and tires serviced. I have been so satisfied with his work . Scott never tries to oversell and take advantage of his customers. He is patient , kind and very reasonable with his prices. Brian works for him and he is so polite -great work ethic. I would recommend Scott to everyone looking for great service and reasonable prices!

Scott and his crew are top Tier mechanics. They are one of the only shops I trust to work on my vehicles. They have worked on my vehicles for well over a decade now. Scott is Trustworthy, knowledgeable, pays arrention to details and also has great communication skills. All this and fair prices too.
This shop is a lifesaver! Scott went above and beyond to get us back on the road. He even work on a weekend for us. Excellent pricing too. I did not expect that he just charge this little and wide array of job for my truck. If you are nearby Leavenworth Kansas, and if you need car repair, this is the “place”.
We broke down while traveling with our trailer. It was Thanksgiving week. He told us he could’nt get to it for several days. He called us 3 days earlier than expected AND went the extra mile! Meaning thst he worked extra hours to help us get on our way.

Scott's had been fantastic. They managed to squeeze me in on an already busy day when i needed something done last minute. They are super friendly and honest. There are no pushy sales tactics here trying to get you to buy something you don't need. I also feel like they are very reasonably priced.

Scott, Mike and the 3rd tech there forgive me, all great guys - always have me fixed up asap, his communication is awesome and I've taken my vehicles to his shop for years. I had a great experience with Scott’s from the ease of making an appointment all the way to pick up of my vehicle. I really appreciated the communication throughout the process. When I initially dropped off my car, I was asked if I had a ride home. That is extremely meaningful considering I haven’t had that positive experience at many other places. After my vehicle was diagnosed I was given a call to explain everything and asked if I approved before they moved on further with the plan. Once the vehicle was finished I was promptly given a detailed call back. Everyone in the shop was friendly, honest, and went above and beyond. They seem eager to help if I have any other issues. Highly recommend!
Scott is very personable and his team is highly professional. We had been experiencing a leak in one of our tires. Scott easily worked me into his schedule and was able to easily find the fault and repair it for a reasonable price. Highly recommend this team for their work.
Gone here twice for issues with 2 different cars. Scott and his crew were amazing both times. Not only do they do efficient, high quality work, I have never experienced a shop as thoroughly communicative as this one. For both issues, they called me to talk me through what was going on and helped me understand the possible outcomes. They were clearly interested in my well being as a customer, and not about driving up the price point or making a quick buck.

This is the shop you’ve been looking for! HONEST!!! Reliable, fair, and a step above the rest. I have several friends who are mechanics and I use to follow them from shop to shop because I trusted their honest opinions. When they moved or moved too far out, I’ve jumped from shop to shop, until I found this location.
From the start they were upfront, honest and actually do their inspections before they start just trying to add parts hoping to fix a problem. I’ve been here a few times and each time I was treated with respect and honest answers and suggestions. If you’re looking for a shop because you need something fixed or looked at, just know they looked it over and will suggest just what is needed vs other shops that teach people to oversell and under promise.
Please keep in mind this is a very busy shop, but there is a reason for that. You can tell they earn their clients and know how to take care of them. My Jeep has me concerned and they did a very thorough job at looking it over and corrected the problem another larger name shop could figure out. Trust you gut and take your vehicle here if you want honest reliable work. Thank you guys for all you have done, I know I found my place for our vehicles.
