My car was stolen and they recovered it for me, unfortunately it's a very tough situation but they handled everything so professionally especially since I was extremely rude. They still helped me and everything worked out but I really appreciate them, they really are a great place and company.
If I could i would give 0 stars because you schedule appointment then they don't come and get your car until 2:30 in afternoon then the tow truck driver say it shouldn't take long to fix your car because you had did the hard part then i had to find a ride to work for 3 days then call me at 10 on Monday to finally to say it is done so i will not be back
Finally I have found my go-to auto repair shop in Leavenworth. Logans on 2nd Street. Shauna and team of knowledgeable mechanics were great. Despite of inclement weather they were accommodating, kind and professional. They fixed my Rover in speedy time. Thank you Rick Smith for recommending them. Honest shops are hard to find nowadays. I'm glad I found Logans.
Roadside assistance assigned another tow company to tow my car. They didn't show after 2hrs they dispached Logan and Rick was there in minutes towed my car. Fast, friendly and professional. Will reccomend to anyone needing this service.
I don't live in Leavenworth, locked my keys in my car and it was cold and the gentleman had a great response time, was super friendly and didn't break the bank! Awesome service in today's world. Highly recommend!

Fordpass App set me up with a tire change from this company, they arrived and wouldn't do it, told me to lift the truck myself so they could strictly only do the tire change itself, and told me to do the rest, which was impossible as I was home with my child and disabled father by myself. This company should not be answering roadside assistance calls.
My insurance company allstate called them for my roadside assistance. They were very quick to get to me which was earlier than the app said they would called me in minutes giving me an expected arrival to my location and even told me where they were at currently. Extremely helpful and very friendly. Keeping this number in my phone for future use.
