After verting a tow my reverse lockout was no longer functional and no one will do anything about it so im left to fix the damages because at 65k miles it's considered a "worn" part

Hands down Best Tow Service around GUARANTEED and I’ll tell you why,like anyone that’s had to call a tow truck when in route to work as I was it’s unexpected. However unexpected it may be you never think that need a tow and look up from inspecting the problem and there goes Oh Shelton towing empty rig and everything. Call him up he answers and tells me he just dropped a vehicle up the road from me is where I seen him pass me BUT he isn’t from Johnston City why don’t I call Ecit 59 towing. Confused as why an empty rig does not want the $$$$ to tow my truck but I guess there are people that don’t like helping others or working or whatever it’s was he didn’t bother to say so I’m free to make my own assumptions. Got to much money, hates helping others ,,Lazy ,Tired ,Had another call he would have said that probably. So mad I take his advice and I called Ecit 59 I guess those 2 fellas know each other or atleast have the same work ethic because Exit 59 Towing gave me every reason why he couldn’t do it and never bothered to come the 4 or 5 miles from his chair to determine if he could or not but since I could not provide the exact distance from the outside of my driver tire to the outside of my passenger side front then it’s A.) To late for him to be bothered B.) He would have to take the sides off his trailer to haul my truck because I have offsets rims and well C.) it would have to be tomorrow sometime because he’s already home and it was almost 9:00 pm . I’m sorry I trot you worked from home being EXIT 59.
So now idk what to do well that was until I was introduced to Jordan’s Towing LLC The man answered the phone asked where I was sitting was it safe for me to wait there with the truck he was leaving his place soon as we hung up the phone and he didn’t live in the Sane town I was broke down in and I didn’t see him drive past. Me just to be told no . I told Jordan 🇯🇴 didn’t have any can but I have money And I have every platform if I could send him the money Using cash app or another app i would send it right away . Jordan tells me to hang tight he will be right there and we get that taken care of once we are off the side of the road and safe . The man was coming from another town but was there in a snap had my truck offsets and all pulled up locked on and ready for transport like a real owner operator should . The nicest guy I’ve ever met dealing with situations like this. I’m use to the Sheltons Tiwing and Exit 59 type of guys that are rude disrespectful and to busy or to ruch. YOU FIND YOURSELF NEEDING A HAND DONT WASTE A DIME OR YOUR TIME CALLING ANYONE ELSE . REAL 24:/7 service satisfaction guaranteed don’t take my word for it look at theb5 star rating yourself. Excellent service! Called them and explained where I was at and they came way quicker than any other service I have ever used in West Frankfort. They were professional and amazing. Will use them again if the need ever arises.

Jordan & his partner were amazing! Towed my car from my place to a mechanic (about 20ish miles) because I didn't want to cause more damage to my SUV. They carefully loaded it up. I called him the day before needing the tow to make sure that he would be available. They were both so polite on the phone & in person as well. My mechanic even asked for Jordan's business card! I know if my spare car ever breaks down while I'm driving it to & from work or anywhere they'll be the ones that I call from now on! Thank you so much Jordan!
