They charged us way too much. They didn’t fix the problem. I had to take it to another mechanic to actually get the actual problem fixed. I had it for two days and I had to take it somewhere else in this mechanic is fixing the actual problem not what they did they charge us way too much for labor. I had to pay for the parts before it was even put on so he can go get it I suggest do not take your vehicle there.
Eric and his mechanic were fabulous putting my transmission in despite a slight delay. Eric gave me a deal on my front brakes and brake hoses as he found the problem while I was there and installed them looking out for me. Little things go a long way. Eric even gave me a ride back home when he had to order the brake hoses and couldn't get my vehicle done the same day. I would definitely recommend him if you're in Franklin County or Williamson County in the Johnston City area.
Terrible. He tried to charge me for double labor, and I called him out on it. Then, after I left, I spoke to a good friend of mine who is a reputable mechanic and he said he tells people to stay away from that place. He tried to say it’s a price we agreed on but the work wasn’t done according to the agreement. It took half the time and he had to buy no parts. I bought all the parts myself. I still ended up paying him more than I owed him to be nice.
Very good mechanics helped me and my GF out with our cars and for them running and back on the road quickly and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.
They did a motor and transmission swap for me and I'm more than pleased with there services I'm thankful for the work and how they'd call me if anything came up and let us decide what we wanted to do instead of lying and the dog is a sweet heart thanks to EP auto for all ur hard work and getting me on the road again
Nice guys. I'm good at getting lemon cars so they will be seeing a lot of me most likely. The dog Burt is a big sweetie! Got my ball joints fixed because the steering wheel was creaking really bad. There's no noise at all. Now onto fix my next problem.
E.P. Automotive just did some work on my wife's car, and I am extremely happy with the results. The car hasn't ran this well in years. In the future E.P. automotive will be my first choice for my automotive repair needs. Thanks!
took my car here and they took way too long to fix my radiator they said they were working on it but I drove by and it was still outside in the lot. a radiator doesn't take more than two hours to fix. NOT TRUST WORTHY. They didn't even fix the problem it was a blown head gasket the whole time. 700 down the drain. its been a month since and I'm with a new mechanic and they said 700 is overpriced for that slow of service.
