Danny and Mo are awesome! I found a gem (at least to my eyes) and things didn't add up at first. Dan allowed me to put a down payment for a hold to figure things out. It took some time on my side but I was within the agreed time frame of the hold, that i had made with Dan. We'll, I left with MY gem! Alot of others wanted it but Dan, he kept his word! Those are men that work there & Men keep their word! Saying i appreciate them is an understatement. The world needs more of that! Thank you Danny and Mo!! I am very grateful & I cant stop smiling 😁

I recently purchased a car from here. I was told the car was safe and in great working condition, only to take to a shop 12 hours later and find out the care has a broken strut and is "unsafe to drive". I live an hour away, so finding this out was not ideal. Would not recommend.

We bought a 2011 Chevy Silverado 350 HD Dooley from this dealership and Eddie one of the guys was the ones that helped us through everything. I wish my experience was as good as other people on here. I purchased a pick up from Franfort car outlet and it was fine with no lights on dash when I test drove it so I purchased it and got less than a mile away and I got an engine light for a bad catalytic converter, everywhere I got an estimate to repair. told me they clear it off which is why it came back on later, I went back to them about it only to be told they didn't clear it and they didnt repair the problem but told me the warranty would cover it but they didnt either therefore I inherited a whole extra expensive problem that was hidden from me. In reply to your comment below im aware of when I purchased it and as I stated the light magically came on as soon as I left the lot and you said you sold it to me with 180k miles on it and if that's true then you also scammed me because I've barely driven it the whole time because of this issue so I currently have only 109k miles on it 3 years later
At first I gave this place 5 stars but now im at disbelief. It wasn't even a month in purchasing my chevrolet cruz. My check engine popped up and my car was making weird sounds everytime I put my foot on the gas. Even to the point where the car couldnt go higher that 10 mph. I had to drive that car from my college that is an hour away from where I live like that. I took it to the mechanic shop they told me that my transmission was giving out. The mechanic even said that I WAS LUCKY MAKING IT BACK HOME SAFELY. I tried calling them asking why this was happening and what they can do to fix this situation but no they decided to ignore me. They sold me a car that had a bad transmission. Please if your really desperate on buying a car please don't come here.
I purchased my latest vehicle from Frankfort Car Outlet. I had special video requests to see more of the vehicle before I drove 3 hours to do a test drive. Eddie sent me 3 videos with the exact details I asked for. They finished my financing pre-approval and made the process smooth. They also have a really amazing mascot named Turbo Kitty who loved wrestling with my sister.
