Love this place , it’s always clean and fully stocked they have plenty of things other oreillys don’t have and the staff is always so enthusiastic and ready to help. The manager here always comes out to help me when I have a question about my vehicle, she always goes above and beyond for customer service. The staff at night always finds what I’m looking for even when I have come in fore a few complicated items, definitely recommend.
I went in for a rear wiper blade. I was greeted right away. Abby verified my wiper size, got the wiper and offered to install it for me. Excellent customer service!! Would highly recommend!
I went in to ask some questions about the dim headlight problem I was having. I talked with Frank. He was very knowledgeable and ended up selling me LED lights. I wasn't sure if they would fit. He assisted me by installing one to make sure they fit before selling them to me. After I purchased them he then installed the other one. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you for the excellent service.

Both of my head lights were out 2 months ago while I was out driving and this location happened to be right near by. Lauren who works there helped me changed the the bulbs for me. Thank you Lauren!!!!! You saved my day that day. Please go here for your car parts. The staff here are nice and helpful and professional.

Great service. Spot on hellos as I walked in the store. Greetings are very important aspect in any business. Very clean space and organized. Of course no one is in a great mood when coming to a repair shop or a parts store let alone not be helped. That was not the case here. Very helpful employee named Lauren. I don’t even know why it’s still shop at this location. I’ve been there multiple times this past couple weeks! Two Mondays ago I came in trying to get help with some products and with both of the employees, it was like pulling teeth just to help me. When I stand at the counter, I literally have to ask them directly after staring at them for about a minute for help is pretty terrible to me. The one kid was sitting down on a ladder and couldn’t even be bothered to stand up or say "hi" or ask "do you need help with anything?". He just played on his phone when I needed help. The one guy, Clarence, ended up helping me. I wish I could have got the other kids name. That's super disrespectful and shows the attitude of management at this place! Also, yesterday I stopped in after I got off work at 8:05, and they were already closed. The door says open until 9 o’clock. There were no signs on the door explaining why they closed early and I even called in earlier to ask what time they are open til after confirming the parts I needed for a job I was doing that night were available! I feel like nobody should have a job at this store, from the lowest employee to the highest management that is in charge of location!
Such a great store with great service! Everyone there is so welcoming and helpful. I love that it was a woman manager. It made me feel comfortable to ask questions and she was super friendly!
Never do business with this store! Lauren the store manager is a liar and one of the most incompetent people I’ve ever dealt with! Not ordering my parts then blatantly lying to me about shipping when later on I called and the a man that picked up said the order was only place today around the same time I called to check on my order I have had problems with her ordering my parts before but this lie was the last straw! Also reached out to people above her and no response at all. Everyone else is amazing but Lauren ruined this store. I will never buy from O’Reily again!
Came with my daughter to get windshield wipers for the car that I just bought he was helping to tell us what we needed after paying I asked if he would Be able to help to install them and he said no because he was alone in the store I understand, but it’s 7:30 at night we parked upfront really you couldn’t help us because it was off and on raining and we needed them

I love the prices here and normally service is excellent. Went in to buy two front rotors for my truck. The manager left the heavy two front rotors for me to carry out by myself at 74 years old. Could’ve used a little help.
If coming from the North… turn East on St Francis rd and then an immediate right into the bank on the southwest corner then south to the store.
Clean and extremely organized store with very knowledgeable staff that are always willing to help. This has been the case on every visit so far. I highly recommend trying them out.
I can not say enough good things about Jim at the Frankfort location. He goes above and beyond every time I need something. I actually know when he works now, so I can deal strictly with him. He is eager to help people, double checks on things for me, calls me back when he says he's going to....He truly cares about their customers and people in general. Thank you Jim at Frankfort!!!! Needed a battery desperately. After going online and being matched with the wrong battery, Joliet store was unable to rectify the situation. I was now stuck with a bad battery and one to return. I saw the Mokena store as I drove up 45. Walked in and explained the situation. Thank goodness Jim was there to not only take a look under my hood and match me with the correct battery, he didnt hesitate to go out in the rain and swap them out. No charge! Store was spotlesson top of it Thanks again Jim!!
The staff here is wonderful every time I have stopped in! They are knowledgeable, honest, and never push to sell unnecessary items. I just had them test my battery, alternator, and starter. They advised me that my battery is at the last quarter and will need replacing in about 3 months. They did not tell me know or push now...I am very appreciative for the honest service!!
I had a great experience here. I came in at 855 on a Sunday (right before they closed) for a replacement part. I got excellent service from the assistant manager (Amanda I think.) She even took extra time to help me replace the part, again, right before they closed on a sunday. I have been in sales management for over 15 years and this was an excellent customer service experience.
I was an Auto Zone customer for years until the Frankfort O'Reilly's opened up. I can never go back. The best customer service you can ask for. Amanda will literally do all the wrenching for you! Keep up all the great work at this location.
Came in for some wipers, Cesar was very helpful choosing the correct set for our vehicle. He even installed them for us!! I'll definitely be back, great service!! Thank you!!
