They committed to looking at my car and calling me with the results. This happened over a month ago. Never called. I’ve called three times, and always get an excuse that the person I need to speak to isn’t there. They will have him call me. It’s never happened. Or I’m put on hold for 6-8 minutes and they never pick up.
This is a very poor way to treat a customer.
Ok so when I called the first person I talked to was completely rude and disrespectful. I told him I needed a blower motor for a 1999 Chevy S 10 and I guess cause I didn’t say Chevrolet I had to call back because he needed to know what kind of vehicle I had completely rude. Tried to make me feel stupid when in reality he’s the one that looks stupid. When I called back, it was a different person was completely nice and respectful. Other than that it was quick service. It’s just people and Ness world have become so rude and disrespectful.
I have purchased parts for 2 vehicles and I definitely approve Shelby for my to go place . They are helpful and their service is very good . My parts were delivered on time
Make sure the part you need you can actually use. NO REFUNDS, STORE CREDIT ONLY. so now I'm out $350 on parts for a car that I didn't realize had a bent frame.
They are really nice people. I called everywhere for a used tire and nothing. I called they had one put it on in and out. Will come back when I need parts
They changed the time of my uhaul reservation without my permission, made the rental process take over an hour because they wouldn't process it on-site, lied about the gas in the truck giving me an empty truck. After all that they set the fuel amount high in the system. Please avoid for your own sake.
Been trying to get a hubcap from them for a month and a half. Talked to probably every person that works there and literally everytime "let me look into it and I'll call you back". Guess who has to call them back everyday? Been doing business with them for over 30 years now but I'll take my business to junior sin. Much better service there.
Terrible service. I'll never spend a dollar with this place. Spoke to me like I didn't have a clue what I was talking about what I needed or wanted. Highly rude.
These guys are so nice and helpful. They even aired up my tire and noticed it was flat one day when I was picking up parts . you don't get that kinda service just anywhere nowadays!

And reasonable prices. I think that a lot of people go into the place with a bad attitude so it would benefit them to smile and be nice to good staff at Shelby's.
These people are THIEVES!!! They gave me the wrong part and swore to me that it would work because it came off of a 4.0 motor like mine. Except I needed a starter for a 2000 ford explorer and the pulled a part off of a 2001 ford ranger. Charged me almost $50 altogether, and then since it didn't work (Exactly what we said from the beginning) I had to go to oreillys and spend another $145 to get a brand new one. When I took the part back to shelbys to get my money back WITH PROOF they gave me the wrong part, the told me it wasn't their problem and they refused to give my money back. Just store credit. If they can't pull their heads out of their asses and give the RIGHT parts off of the RIGHT VEHICLES in the first place, why would anyone continue to do business and keep going back for the wrong parts?!?! Shelby and sons are thieves and downright con artists.
Looked for a part at the dealer and other places, called Shelby & Sons they had it and it was on the counter waiting for me when I got there, will call them first next time I need a part, great going guys
Literally just went to this place this morning and they gave me the best experience. I called a week ago about some parts I needed for my car. They told me they had them and that they would hold them for me until I was able to get there. Got there today they had my parts ready to be picked up. These guys are great! They were very reasonably priced. Highly recommended you come here for what you need.
Good people bought stuff from them a few times about to again very trust worthy and good people the ones leaving the bad feed back just mad it isn't free thanks guys see u in soon
I was looking for a hub cap for a buddy's car and finding one was surprisingly difficult and expensive. I called Shelby & Sons and not only was the part I got brand new, it was half the cost of what the Toyota dealership was charging for it. The gentleman who helped me on the phone was polite, courteous, and fast. I asked if they could ship it to my house. He said yes, but that it might get stolen and that he would rather have the courier delivery it to me at work. He was very considerate and I had the part in just a couple of days. 10/10, would call again for great parts pricing and wonderful service.
I will go back if I need another part. Very polite and very helpful. Part looked like it was new. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to replace a part.
