Came here for them to check out a used vehicle before we purchased it. They immediately got us in and took time to explain what they discovered. Impressed by their service!

Best car shop in the area by far! The business is family run but authentic, and helpful people who don’t aim to trick their customers. Prices are all broken down and explained. The owner Angel is very honest and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else with my vehicle. He has made my 2008 Buick feel like new without breaking the bank. He is super flexible and has fantastic customer service. If you want your car taken care of and have it done in the timely manner, A+ has got you.

10/10 would recommend this shop. Proficient, professional, and polite. I used to take my car to belle tire. I was taking it in over the course of months and they were not able to fix it. I brought it here and Angel explained to me what was wrong and worked with me on different levels of repairs and what they would cost. I was looking at a very expensive bill and I could tell it was an honest estimate (my car had 300k miles). He actually talked me out of repairing my vehicle as he said I would most likely need a new transmission in the next year. He recommended not doing any work to it and just getting a new car. He could’ve taken me to the bank but he actually objected to me asking him to fix it anyway. If you need your car fixed, bring it here and enjoy the peace of mind from a garage who can treat you well and get it right the first time.

I’m a bit late with this review but a few months back this shop helped me out in a difficult situation when my tire blew out as I was driving nearby. They kindly changed out the flat and put on the spare at no charge. Much appreciated.

The owner is wonderful. He fixed a flat tire on my daughter’s car. They took the car promptly and it was ready in no time I would highly recommend bringing your car here!

I cannot express how amazing the owner and his staff are. I was in a more emergent situation tonight and when I called multiple other businesses, none were willing to look at my car as it was nearer to closing time. A dear friend had been to A+ in the past and when he called, Angel was willing to help when no one else would. He safely got me back on the road with both skill and kindness. There are great shops and there are great people - A+ Auto has both. I would highly recommend this location and they have a customer in me for life.

The staff and owner are very knowledgeable and explain everything clearly. They work well with you to make necessary repairs in a very timely manner and make you aware of any other items that may need addressing soon. We have taken multiple cars here qith great success each time.

Went in to have A last minute oil change done on my vehicle and I was immediately impressed with the shop. Very polite staff and maybe seems like a minor detail but they even reset the oil light. I’ve mostly taken my vehicle to the dealer and they don’t even do it and that’s irritating since it’s the “dealer”. Very friendly staff and they actually care about you questions and needs. Definitely A return customer.

I stopped in today because I needed rear brake replacements. The owner was very helpful and explained exactly what my car needed. He was able to help me out the same day. Prices are fair and the work is great! I've been looking to find a reliable shop near my home, and I think I just found it. Definitely recommend if you need some car maintenance!

We had a thermostat go out while in town. We are from Wisconsin and had a 6 hour trip ahead of us. All of the other shops would not fit us in. Angel and his crew took good care of us. They gave us options on how we could proceed. We chose to have them fix all of what was needed. They are so great. If I lived close to Frankfort, IL, this would be our shop.

I couldn’t be more grateful for Angel and his team🩷. I called on a Monday and was able to get an appointment that week. My car was diagnosed the day I dropped it off with the suspected original problem and a few others that needed to be addressed. I really like how he was able to send me a pdf with recommendations and cost. Additionally, I really love the transparency and visual of the pictures as well. My car sounds and drives so smoothly. I will return for future services and recommend this location to friends and family. Lastly, everyone was professional and very knowledgeable that I talked to.

I brought in my 2016 Chevy Traverse with a check engine light on. Angel and his team were very thorough in figuring out the issues and working with my warranty company for approval on covering the cost. A Plus Auto puts customer service first. This shop was great! They were recommended to me by a friend as parents and they were definitely as good as advertised. Family owned business and they really care about the customer. I spoke with the owner who looked at my vehicle and he was informative and HONEST which is huge in the auto industry. He went over different options on how to handle the issue a d understood I was working on a budget. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking g for a good trustworthy shop to work on your vehicles. They did some routine maintenance along with some exhaust diagnostics for me. They even helped with a suspension issue by custom modifying a part for me. Great shop all around.

First time at A+. They did a rear brake job. It was a pleasure dealing with Angel. He was open and honest about the possible parts and repair options. What a great company, very inviting, awesome decor, friendliest service, and so thoughtful. I got very, very minor work done on my Jeep Wrangler and as l left was, as Jeep owners are familiar with, "ducked" by the owner of the company...see attached. Really cool additional touch.
