My car was towed out of my apartments. I contacted Sellars & the accommodation was very satisfying. Mr.Phillip the manager made it quick & easy for me even though i was parked illegally. The amount of respect & empathy i was shown, i couldn’t even be upset that i had got my van towed. Very nice people & very understanding. 10/10. Customer service was very great. Thank you guys at Sellars so much.
Was told my car was drivable. It wasn’t. Didn’t know which lot my car was on. Had us wait on someone, follow that person to a different lot only to find our car wasn’t there. Went back to the other lot and, tada, there was my car.
My x son in-law but still is family father and almost the greatest daddy anyway was taking my granddaughter to school and they had got in an accident nobody was hurt just my car not even the other vehicle it was a heavy duty diesel truck lay down with heavy equipment oh freaking thing is I'm talking about sellers towing I called him up to see what I needed to come get my stuff out of the car I was told I was to have full coverage insurance $100 and the title and I didn't think it sounde illegal so I told the girl to answer the phone and told me that I had to have all that I told her I was just going to call the police because it didn't even sound legal to me in it the accident report and didn't get to talk to her and I talked to him and she she said she called me back and she did she told me I didn't need none of that but I need to go get my stuff and now they sent me a bill for like 595 for the most ridiculous can you lie to you that they wanted me to bring my title pay $100 just to get my things out of my car and I had to have full coverage insurance I thought as long as it had insurance I don't know how they can make me have full coverage I wonder how many people they did that to and and did it that they ripped off and all this BS I'm going to bring you my title what for it's still lying just to get my stuff out of it my husband's beautiful phone was in it well anyway please tell me go up there all I needed was my ID so it wasn't legal what they were saying so just beware of people don't let people do that to you me us. I feel sorry for some people they're so terribly selfish

One of the most crooked places to do business with. RUN from this place. If you're in a wreck and the police call them for a tow, tell them you'll call your own tow. Never deal with these people.
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The girl who answers the phone, Kylie is probably the most unprofessional, rude person I’ve ever spoken to. Definitely shouldn’t be used if you can help it. City needs to use someone else.
Horrible. Bunch of scammers. They wouldn't let us see the vehicle and stated that it was locked up. After paying impound fees over $1400 and hiring a locksmith to unlock the vehicle, later found out the passenger window was broken and car vandalized. Wouldn't give us money back and threatened to call the law on us. They'll be hearing from my attorney.

Daughter was in an accident, glad I showed up before cookie tried to rip us off, when I told him we had our own driver coming he became a complete jacka** to my 18 year old daughter and myself. Like I didn't have a choice of who hauled her car.

This company is a FRAUD.. my daughter had to avoid a deer in the road and went into a shallow average ditch.. the officee that showed up on scene called them without her knowledge she's never been in this situation so didn't know what to do.. they show up and put it on the truck and told her it was a $$330 dollar minimum even if he put it ba k down... included in that was a fuel charge she only needed it towed 3 miles away.. now instead bc she doesn't have the $330 hes towing it to their shop where she will get a impound fee daily until she can get it and it still has to get towed to her house which is now much further bc of where their shop is... it's a shame what these people are doing with their business. When I called to fins out why so much for the tow the lady told me it was because it was called in theo8police dispatch.. meaning they prey on people having a hard time..

Bunch of incompetents. Tried to call for a solid day with no answer till almost 4 o'clock. Went to get the car next day and incompetents failed to tell us they only take cash after driving over 2 hours to pick a vehicle up.....pretty shady operation. Take your business elsewhere.
I had an accident and didn’t have a preferred tower, so their people came and took my car. I wanted it taken to my house, but they took it into storage instead. I went up to get the car, and only then did they decide to tell me that in order for me to take the car, it has to be in my name... but the car is in my mother’s name, so instead of having my mother call them or verifying my identity, they tell me that she HAS to come get it herself, and we have no other option.
I now have only have one preference next time I need a tower, and that will be NOT Sellars.
If I could give zero stars I would!!! All of the staff are unprofessional and should not be employed. And the owner shouldn’t even be able to run a business. Work on your customer skills and treat people the way you would want to be treated.
Absolutely no customer service provided here! After being involved in a motor vehicle accident this morning my vehicle was towed to this place of business. I stopped by around 1pm to remove my personal belongings from the vehicle. I went into the office and told the lady that I was there to remove my personal belongings from my vehicle. She asked me what kind of vehicle it was and then searched her computer system and incorrectly informed me that my vehicle was not there. I told her it was in fact there because I had already seen it sitting on the lot. She asked another employee who also said that my vehicle was not there. I said ok but i need to get my personal belongings out of my vehicle that you say is not here so since you don't have my vehicle here then don't worry about any possible liability as I go to remove my items from the vehicle that you don't have here. I proceeded to drive around and remove my personal items from my vehicle and upon exiting my vehicle my items were forcefully jerked from my hands and the man doing so accused me of stealing things from a vehicle. I told him that I was not stealing and that I was removing things from my vehicle and that I had the keys to the vehicle and ID to prove that it was my vehicle but that since my vehicle was "not here" he couldn't prove that this was or was not my vehicle and that he need not worry about it. He proceeded to yell at me and accuse me of stealing. I asked to speak to the owner and he said "I am the owner". When I asked for his name he proudly told me "I'M JOE SELLARS!" Well, Joe Sellars, that's not the level of customer service that I expect when going to a place of business and I would think that anyone else reading these reviews would expect a higher level of professionalism and customer service as well. You can't harass your customers and then expect to excel in your business.
I recently got my car out of the towing service and found out that somebody stuffed gravel and mud in my cars tail pipes. It was purposely put there because nothing else was dirty. It is the winter months and I could’ve have died from carbon monoxide poisoning if i didn’t discover it as soon as i did. I filed a police report because they acted as if they didn’t know who did it. If I were you I wouldn’t NEVER call them for any of their services . That is extremely dangerous.
