My car stopped due to battery 😫 post loose. Ms. Carolyn offered me a loan battery charger. And a parts rep tight my post when I came back! I will be back due to the excellent service they provided!
Cannot stand the attitude from the white girl that works there.. have better customer service skills. Like a job cannot be that hard All you do is stand around like come on
The manager helped me out, along with an employee/ team member. They knew what I was looking for and it was priced just right and will come again for my automotive needs. Keep up the great work.
Would be great if yall could just answer the phone. Have called and called for over an hour. Also your website is crap too. You cant scroll through the choices. And who th knows how many ci their engine is?!?!?
For the most part this location is good. Sometimes they can be slow.
There's this one older balding white guy that pretty much refuses to assist me when I walk in, not sure why, we've never had any run-ins. However, every time I come in, he will look at me and if he's helping a customer, once he's done he will go to the back, if he's not helping a customer he will turn around and go to the back, he then resurfaces once someone else is assisting me. Lol I don't know what the problem is.
Excellent selection of auto related goods. Can usually shop here and find what I need. From batteries to large repair items and small tools and car oils.
It's not local to me, but I go out of my way to come here as it's always been the best O'Reilly's around. My opinion of that changed when an employee called Bobby was harassing another employee, a young African American. Right out where customers can see!! Even to the point of telling a police officer who came in, that he quote "had someone he was looking for in the back". Outrageous. This happened maybe a month ago and Bobby somehow still works there. Everyone else has been great, but I advise everyone to avoid Bobby!
My daughter came here to purchase and install a battery. After purchasing the battery the employee told her it was too complicated to install and recommended she go somewhere else. It's a 2001 Buick Regal. I could have googled it and figured out how to do it and I'm not car-savvy. They need to quit advertising this service if they're not capable of doing it.
Sad when you send your daughter and boyfriend to get a battery at O Reilly's with your credit card and they won't put it in for a 16yr old kid. If i gave that kind of service at my job I would be fired. I trusted she would be taken care of but obviously not. Will find somewhere else to take my misc auto business.
Placed an order online and I was waiting for an email to tell me my order was ready for pickup but I never received one. I called the store and no one answered. So I took it upon myself to just go up to the store on Highway 278 in Covington Ga not even knowing if they had the part or not. When I got there the guy Nafari hadn’t even pulled my order. When I place an order with Advance Autoparts I don’t have this issue. I like O’reilly Autoparts because they have decent prices and quality parts but this was a big disappointment.
I visited the Covington store today to purchase some windshield wiper blades for my car. I just want to say that Crystal, is very knowledgeable when it comes to parts! Very impressed! And she is the sweetest parts salesperson. We all know this world is full of people that are too busy to help. She deserves a BIG SHOUT OUT and she also needs a BIG FAT RAISE to go with it! When you get good help, you need to take care of them!! J/S :]

Best auto parts around is this covington location they’ve helped me more than any other location around in a 25 mile radius. It is still difficult to deal with them sometimes because they’re busy and I don’t know why I have to tell them if I have a 4 x 4 or not for my windshield wipers but as long as I get the right piece.
I visited this store at 8:10 pm to purchase windshield wipers that cost over $100. The Grown Adult Male Cashier tells me that because only two of them were working, they could not install my wipers. It was still light outside and both men were up front. I was the only customer. I could see if only one person was working. It wasn't even raining.
I went for a battery check on my car and the person that came out to check it would not open the hood and would not remove the cover on the battery. I'm not even sure they knew how to use the testing equipment. Sad to say I went to another auto parts store and got the battery checked and now have an appointment with my garage to get my car repaired with what was recommended by the other store. Sad that things have changed so much at this store, I have been a regular customer for several years.
Very helpful and pleasant staff. Everyone was polite and ready to help with all of my automotive parts/needs without an issue. Even helped me find parts at larger manufacturers if it was needed as well. 10/10 would recommend a visit.
