We dispatched this company to tow our customer. Trailer was used and caused several thousand dollars worth of damage. Passenger vehicles and trailers are not tow trucks. Beware. Note: Go to Yelp and see photos that were added to my review there

It was 2 am and I went to repossess a car that was disabled. Pablo answered when no one else did and we set a time for pickup. I stay pretty far and he still towed it for a fair price, at the time we set. I had no issues with damages and he was courteous. Even stayed on the phone while I vented how my car was destroyed and police did nothing. I recommend his company.

Excellent experience with Driver Pablo Tinoco, real nice and professional Dude, I called another tow company to get my car out of a ditch and they couldn’t make it since excuse was there is no way to get it out without blocking the highway and then I call this company and He Get my car out in 10 minutes!!

Zero Stars, if i could. Pablo, the owner of Big Block Towing tore a wheel off of my vehicle and the brake line as well as other damages to my vehicle. He said he would handle the damages and now is not returning or answering my calls. Unprofessional, and very disrespectful. I guess I am left with no other option but to sue him for the damages and losses. Disgusted to say the least.

The owner is amazing. He came out at night to get my vehicle from the mud in our back yard and was very professional. His prices are amazing and would definitely use his services again.

Yesterday, I had the worse day with trying to get my vehicle towed from Conyers to Augusta. The worst prices then I found Big Block Towing. That was a saving grace very understanding with the best rates and his professionalism made me feel better. He went to get my car right as soon as we hung up, and had no issues delivering it. Real dude. Fair pricing, fast service. Very professional as well. I called 4 other tow services noone answered except one other place they said they didn’t have anyone to do it. Then i called big block towing and that man was otw in 20 minutes! Highly recommend

Big Block offered the best price around. Towed our car 17 miles for a flat rate that was a better price than any other service by far. No hidden cost. Gave the exact rate. While it wasn't an emergency, it needed to be taken care of quickly. Received a quick response 10pm and was able to setup service for the next day. He responded quickly to text throughout his busy day. He was also able to drop our car without a working transmission in precisely the right spot for us. Highly recommend. We would recommend for anyone and use again if needed.

Big Block is a very great business man. He arrived at at the pickup location in less then 30 minutes and loaded up my car in about 10. Not only is he very fast but he also is respectful and diligent. I was very pleased with his quickness, his care of the car, and his price. Highly recommended.
