My insurance dispatch called this company to help me with a tow. My insurance gave me an ETA of an hour. I called personally to confirm with towing company. He assured me it will be an hour. 2 hours later he was no show, called him several times no answer. When I called my insurance company I was informed the job was complete.I was on the side of the with my 9 month old baby for several hours. He lied to my insurance company. Please choose a reliable company for your towing needs.

Unprofessional towing company. Don’t ever use them you will be sorely disappointed. you have been warned. This makeshift of a business never showed up to tow my car after they had initially said they would tow car in an hour. They didn’t even have the decency to even let me know they will not be able to show up. I ended up wasting 2 + hours of my time waiting for them to tow my car.

My insurance Dispatch me to them. They said 90mins when my ETA time came around i called them to see whats going on and he said your the one in covington let me see whats their ETA and will call back instead of calling i get a text message saying it will be another 45 mins. I called the number that texted no response, called the office number no response. Reached back out to my insurance and was told he been texting me their ETA which i only got 1 text message after i had to call then they cancelled. Poor communication would not recommend. Especially if your your ineed of a tow asap

Great service from Lady Dana. She gave a courtesy call to let us know that she was on her way. Great personality and demeanor .

Stones got us off the side of I-20 in 30 minutes like they said they would do. Nice Job guys!

Our car was half in the road and they not only got to it quickly they sent someone to sit with the car until the tow truck arrived. I could not have asked for better service. They also kept me updated with photos and information. Thank you thank you

I have been waiting three hours for a tow driver and they are not answering their phones for me or my insurance company. The arrival times kept changing first it was 30 mins, then another 15 (I gave them 30), the. The guy is 24 mins out but still nothing after over 3hrs of waiting. I trust the airline companies now more than this company with arrival times……….

I just purchased a classic car, and thought that I would have it delivered unharmed.. well I was wrong .. car was delivered with gas pouring out the rear of gas tank!!! Drivers said he new nothing about it

November 12 approximately 9:45-10:00 p.m.I was driving from Columbus towards Atlanta when I encountered one of these Stones towing services vehicles on the road on interstate 185. They had come into my lane (number 2 lane), narrowly missing me. They were doing over 90 miles an hour because I was doing 80 and they passed me pretty quickly. I sped up to match speed to make sure I got a good look at the business name. They continued to drift back and forth across both lanes. I approached to pass and they maintained their position in the left lane so I had to end up passing them on the right. We maintained a good distance from one another while I observed them still not maintaining their lane. Once we merged on to 85 North, they got trapped behind some traffic and ended up slowing down. I'm not sure why the business vehicle was that far away from its home location, but they really should try to be safer on the roadway.

I reached out to the company via insurance company because my key would not turn in the ignition and steering wheel lock. The insurance app gave the option of lock out. The Gentleman Lee, showed up in a fast time. He attempted to unlock steering wheel and was unsuccessful. As a result I added a tow to the bill. The guy did not have the right equipment to pull my car on the truck because my car could not go into neutral. We both agreed for him to drop me off, he would go get the needed “slider” to pull the car and call me when he arrives to my job. After 2 hours of no contact, I phoned him several times without a answer, I called the main number and it also went to voicemail. I waited another 30 mins without a call back. Finally I text the gentleman, asking for a update. He responded with “who is this” and the. Text me that he dropped my car off and left the keys in the Center with my doors unlocked. With my items that I just purchased in there. Poor customer service. Just not cool. !!! If you are seeking customer service,,,, Look else where

I’ve been waiting for 3 hours when the estimated wait time was 90 minutes. They are very unprofessional by not returning or answering calls from both customers and warranty companies. They literally just wasted my time, I’m currently on hold while my warranty company tries to find another towing company

Cortez came to save the day. He was very friendly and professional during the service. I was out getting some shots with the drone when the belt broke on my vehicle. Stone's Towing came out and got me and my vehicle safely home so I could get on with my day...

Awful Company and Customer Service. Scheduled a tow through AAA at 9:00am yesterday morning 9/22/2021 with an eta of 11:30 and Stone's Towing never showed up. No phone call from dispatcher or text to update the status. Called Stone's Towing at 12:00pm and recieved new eta of 2:00pm and again a no show. Driver texted me at 5:00pm to say he could not locate my address on his GPS??? When I called Stone's Towing at 5:15pm, the dispatcher said she would call the driver to find out his location and I asked for a call back. 20 minutes later after no call back, dispatcher would not answer the phone. Terrible Business!!! Do Not Use Them!!! Call Another Towing Service!!!

Stone's Towing Service never showed. I called Esurance at 1:00 p.m. letting them know that my car would not start and I had an important appointment. They contacted Stone's Towing Service who never showed up but continuously sent text messages stating that they were minutes away. Every time I tried to call back I either got sent to voicemail or the driver answered the phone and said he had to talk to the dispatcher. We called the dispatcher and she put us on hold and never came back to the phone. When I called the dispatcher again I was sent to voicemail and the mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message. I literally waited from 1:00 p.m. until 6 pm when an Allstate tower came after I called Esurance to complain

Our (Chevy Venture) van was dropped at the wrong business (same parking lot but wrong place - left at Sky Collision rather than West Walton Automotive) and the keys were left in the floorboard rather than the drop box. When the mechanic arrived the next morning, the keys were nowhere to be found. Unfortunately, in the process of getting the van towed, we didn’t think to take the house key off the keychain. Since the keys were left in the floorboard and are now missing, we had to rekey the house for safety sake. So, the towing bill cost over double the original price when you add the cost of the locksmith in.

Don't waste your time with these people. Completely unprofessional. Never picked up my car. There is a woman answering the phone whom is totally unprofessional. They wasted my whole entire day and never picked up my car. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. They don't get any stars at all.

This company is a joke. Unprofessional they were 2 hours late picking up the car they were 4 hours delivering the car when the destination spot was only one hour away. The guy that was driving the tow truck was very rude. He told us that he did not have to answer to us when he was asked where he was for 4 hours during that time he made three different stops while he was already on the call to tow my car. He couldn't find the address when it was not a hard place to find off the main highway. I had to call the cops and report the car stolen. Before he had made it to our house to finally drop the car off. I do not recommend this business to anyone. And I have no clue how these people are still in business. When they are unprofessional disrespectful late rude and the worst towing company I've ever dealt with. If you're looking for a professional company this is not who you need to call. If you're looking for a friendly company this is not who you need to call. If you're looking for a respectful company this is not who you need to call. These people are a joke horrible service.

These guys are super hard working, professional, courteous, and friendly to boot. Helped me with my work truck in a very odd spot with all kinds of difficulties and they were fantastic. I'm going use these guys every time forever and you should too.

The dispatcher was professional fast and efficient. The driver was on time reliable and very helpful. 5 stars services and a great price. I will definitely be referring this company to other people and using them in the future. We called them and they picked us up within 45 minutes. This was after AAA failed to help us after 3 hours of us calling and getting no help. These guys earned these 5 stars.

Cortez showed at our house today to tow our 2015 Tahoe to a brake shop so they could fix a mistake they made...he was respectful, professional, and had an infectiously joyful attitude. He made my son’s day by letting him flip some of the levers to get our vehicle on the tow-bed. His demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable and I would DEFINITELY recommend him to anyone looking for a tow and will use them next time I need a tow!! - Jason C
