Thank God for Chancey’s Wrecker Service today. I had a flat tire at the Walmart in Conyers went to the tire center in the store. They said they only take appointments so little did I plan on having a flat tire today to make an appointment? I wanted to say That they were very reliable nice and reasonable for my towing today. If you need anyone for towing needs Chancey’s Wrecker Service is the One to Call. And P.S. Walmart in Conyers Will Never Get Any if My Business Again. Thanks to The Driver Darryl

Tore up my truck and gave every excuse to not fix it the office manager Lori is rude yelling in my ear because I’m upset they messed up my car I will never recommend or use them again use at your own risk!

never even made it to the end of inquiring about a quote lady answers the phone rude. Asks questions but really means to ask something else as if I can read her mind. Needs to work on customer service and hospitality!

My tractor came off the trailer and crashed on the side of the road. We had Newton County Deputies call us a tow and got a rate. We agreed and waited over 30 minutes for Chanceys to arrive. The driver got here and saw we were black. He immediately doubled the price on the spot and claimed his boss man said to. He hadn't even talked to a anyone, he was lying and tried to rip us off. Newton County should not use these people who choose to prey on citizens. I wish I could giveess than one star but that isn't possible.

Being in an accident is one of the worst experiences one can go through. It's scary, it's emotional and filled with too many second guesses. The gentleman that serviced my call was prompt, compassionate and helpful as well. I regret not remembering his name. He even helped transfer my groceries to my Daughter's jeep. I could not have been more grateful and appreciative. He went above and beyond. My sincere thanks to him and the company smart enough to have hired him. He is one of the good ones. Great service from a great company.

I called Chancey's Towing to inquire about them picking up my SUV and taking it to a transmission repair shop in Covington, GA. I have never had to call a wrecker service before, but I can guarantee that I won't call anyone but Chancey's if I need help again. I didn't know what the cost would be, and was expecting to have to pay over $200 for a tow. Like I said, I've never experienced this before. The cost for them to tow my vehicle was no where close to the $200 that I thought it would be. I wasn't stranded thank goodness, but they had my SUV picked up and delivered to the shop within 3 hours of my original call. They called to let me know the driver was in route. The driver then called when he arrived and even blew the horn and waved to my 2.5 year old nephew that was on the porch watching my car ride away. Sometimes, it's the little things that matter the most. The driver made my nephews day!! Chancey's has been around for a long, long time and I certainly hope they are around for years to come. Please know that their business is a family owned business and they do take pride in their work. I've read other reviews and maybe those people were stressed to the max and left "not-so-nice" reviews. I will definitely be letting others know about my experience with Chancey's and hope that anyone reading this will also give them a chance!!! Have a great day! And THANKS AGAIN!!! I was disappointed in their response time. I toke them an hour to come from conyers to Covington to meet my wife who was broke down right off the square. I made 4 calls before they came to my wife’s aid. Unacceptable in my opinion!

Chancey was awsome my keys got lock in my car . And they came right out and unlocked my car. And the price was great! I would use them again i have also used them a few time to have my car tow. And great service. And prices are good. And everyone is very friendly!

STAY AWAY FROM THEM, THEY ARE A JOKE AND THIER DRIVERS ARE PANSYS. I wish I could give negative stars. I called them to come out to change a flat tire and the guy that came saw my driveway and said it was unsafe. They are a joke and very unprofessional. If I was really in trouble I'd still be on the side waiting. The guy never even called me all he did was drive by and call geico and said he felt unsafe, my driveway comes to flat ground at the top where my car is.
