I had a very nice gentleman come and tow my car from Social Circle to Grovetown. He was knowledgeable and quick. But while backing my car off his truck he wasn’t paying attention and almost hit my friend’s car and also ran over my work bag damaging my computer and computer charger. I called the owner asking for a slight refund, he said he would help me out but never heard back. So unfortunately that to me is the reason for the low rating. If the owner can’t provide good customer service then the business isn’t reputable.
