Blew out 2 tires at Red Top Mtn exit off I75- Wilson was there in 30 minutes- he helped me climb in to his truck to sit in the A/C while he got my vehicle on the truck (95 degrees that day so I was very grateful) he then drove me up to the Sunoco station where my ride was waiting and we were able to follow him to Discount Tires in Cartersville - I would definitely recommend this company. They are quick courteous, and the price was more than fair.
My car would not run. I thought the motor was gone. I called Wilson's about 9am They had a tow driver out here in about 30 minutes. He was so professional, I was impressed. I got a call from Wilson's to let me know it was just my spark plugs ,What a relief. They had my car ready the same day. Wilson's has worked on my car's for over 20 years ,there prices and services so much better than any of there competitors. And they are honest folks.
I am very impressed with Wilson Auto & Towing! My truck broke down making Fuel/Restroom break off I l-75 right before lunch. They answered the phone on the second ring. I explained my problems and express the need to get out of town before the snow storm hit. They gave me a tow(My truck and trailer), they cleared a rack so they could do suspension work on my truck. They got all the parts needed and replaced the bad parts. All this was done at an extremely reasonable rate!! I am back home and so happy the Wilson's were there to help!! A++++
Yes , I had terrible experience with Wilson's Auto & Towing . I brought the car ( Chevrolet Corvette ) I would like to buy for pre-purchase inspection and I was told that the car has nothing major issue except the horn , but the next day the car did not pass emission test and from Chevrolet dealer told me the car had many issues, which need to fixed . Those guys from Wilson's lied to me so the owner could sell the car . They are probably friends with the owner and don't care of other costumers .Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else .
Charge me 600$ I. Under 12 hrs. Damaged my car. Tow was no more than 4 miles all together.
Just an update to your response. Teach you guys how to tow. You are lucky that I did not sue for all the damage you all caused. And you try to be a productive member of business. I productively paid my tow in less than 8 hours. Have a great one $+&/#

My battery went dead on Sunday afternoon four miles from home. I called at 245 and the tow truck was there at 310. Very fast service. The price for tow was under $100 which is way more than reasonable. Justin was the tow truck driver, and he was very nice and professional. I will be using these guys for tows from here on. Thank you, Wilson's Auto and Towing, for providing great service in a time of need.
They've helped myself and loved ones with frustrating situations, faster than expected service, professional, succinct, and clear in their operations. I take my car to three places in three counties, this is my number one choice in Cartersville and Bartow overall.
Also getting to say high to Kirby always adds a silver lining to any car troubles I have.
Took my van to in for an oil leak I told them it was leaking oil, they said it wasn’t leaking oil. And it was the power steering pump leaking. After I replaced the 700$ power steering pump it was still leaking at the same spot, so I took it back had them look at it again. And guess what they said it’s leaking oil.. this was misdiagnosed and they were no help trying to help me on it. BAD SHOP! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!
Before my daughter was to move back to college, a coolant leak was noticed on the car that she drives. Although it was short notice, the crew at Wilson's acted very quickly and replaced the coolant reservoir. I appreciate that they were so helpful in such a situation.
Wilson’s has helped my teenage son on more than one occasion with vehicle repairs. They have been super-dependable. The repair costs they have charged have always been better than we expected. They also stand by the work they have performed. They are are #1 go to when we have questions.
This is Mr. and Mrs. Johnson and we used Wilsons towing and repair shop very recently. The service we received was outstanding both for the towing and repair shop. The tow service was on top of everything showed up to get our vehicle when they said they would be there to get care of my vehicle and took it to the repair shop . After our vehicles are arrived, the service was done within a tImply manner, and the prices were very fair as well. We had some general maintenance done and some brake work. Thank you Wilson’s towing and Repair shop.
One of the best towing and automotive company’s in Cartersville .. The owners are very very good people . Polite and fair . They make having a bad day better. There pricing they offer is very reasonable and they take great care with your car .. Dosen’t matter if it’s towing or mechanical repair they are great. They treat you like family
We had to be towed after the battery died and it was only 6 months old to, but this nice young man came to our rescue. Dane was so sweet and very caring got us on our way in no time. I will definitely call them again.
I have used Wilson’s for auto servicing and towing for over ten years. I recently brought my car in because I needed new tires, a tune up, and some electrical repair work to one of the windows. They needed two days to complete the electrical work, which is to be expected with that amount of labor. My last tow from them was reasonably priced. The owner has a sign in the front of his store that reads “Good, Fast, and Cheap. You can have two of the three.”
Work took too long and communication was terrible. Took over a week to do basic tune up/oil change. Kept hearing tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. If your shop is overloaded, let your customer know. First and last time using. Also you should know they charge 3.5% to use your credit card.
The best towing service I have ever used. RD, Sr. and RD, Jr. provided rapid, professional, courteous service, and went above and beyond the call of duty. Having a car break-down and needing a tow is always frustrating and filled with anxiety. The "RD's" and their boss on the telephone were reassuring, super competent, friendly, and of enormous help. They took great care with my car, made a lengthy trip to my home (with me as an added passenger - they obligingly waived policy of my insurance to do that), and worked hard to deposit my car exactly where I needed it to be. Although Wilson was selected by my insurance company, they are now my "GO TO" guys for towing and automotive needs. They work very hard to do a terrific job - and it shows! THANKS "RD's" for your first-class service!
Do not call this business when you’re stuck and need a tow, the owner will most definitely take advantage of the situation. His driver towed my car maybe 10 miles and after unloading my car he told me that he had to call the owner to find out how much he is going to charge. $150, $150 to tow my car 10 miles up the road. They don’t take checks, and had to “write” my card number down on paper to process the payment when he got back to the shop. I am beyond stressed already and now this. Thanks Wilsons towing
Absolutely atrocious company and customer service. Broke down and was forced to tow the vehicle to their lot because they had somewhere else to be. Then they charged me $600 for the tow and 3 day storage. Absolutely unreal to be charged whatever they deem fit after being forced to store it at their location. For your own sake do not use this company.
Absolutely the worst, I got into an accident on temessee st. They charged $150 for the tow. I left it there over the weekend till I found a safe place to store it. So they ofcourse charged $125 for four and a half days not a problem. But when I called to tow it to Buford St. They said it would be $565 total bc they had to fill out admin papers bc they were gonna scrap my car.... Luckily I didn't lose my cool and got the total down to $340 $150 initial tow $125 storage and $65 for the final tow
The worst shop to ever take anything too. If you want to get absolutely screwed for your hard earned money take it to this place. They are nothing but a bunch of crooks that will cuss you out if you try to buck them on anything. They have stolen money from me that I pre paid for a repair and they did not complete the repair and refuse to remburst any of it. The list goes on and on of people they have screwed. Should have never let them work on my 40,000 dollar diesel truck. Worst mistake ending up costing me over 20,000 from their misdiagnoistics.
My car recently had to be towed after a tire went flat on the interstate. It was at their business for a while due to travel difficulties on my end, but they really worked with me all throughout the process! If I ever have car trouble in the area again, I definitely know where I'm going.
Took my expedition in for a PCV valve installation because it was running rough and going dead. They installed the valve and said it needed the oil changed to fix the problem. We did the oil change. I asked if the check engine light was still on and if it was running smooth. They said yes. I paid them but when I started the car the check engine light was still on and its running even more rough now. So I wouldn't recommend using them unless you are in the mood for wasting time and money.
Took my car in on Monday, they said they could take care of it Tuesday. Great right? No. Didn't here anything from them until Wednesday, about forty minutes before they close, telling me they are fixing to get started on it should be ready by the end of the day, said they would call me back when it was. They are now closed and I guess I'm going to get my car back eventually. Meanwhile my wife has to cram four kids into a Kia Rio. Thanks for the "speedy" service.
Office guy was great. Knew the location and sent someone quick. Actual tow guy didn't want to get out in the rain while my oil pan was busted sitting in a puddle. Sat there for 25 min before he even got out of the truck while we were trying to get to the repair shop before it closed.
Absolutely horrible customer service!!! My young son was stranded on the side of the road. We called Wilson's for a tow. We told exactly what town we needed towed to and was quoted a price. Then we we called back, he changed the price to $50.00 more. He was extremely rude and very ugly. No way to do business. I extremely reccomend NEVER even calling Wilson's towing!!!!!
