Missing items from our car after being towed … way overpriced for local tow less than 5 miles … theft of property is unacceptable .. avoid if at all possible .. honesty is not a policy obviously

If I could give these con artist a zero I would they stole my stuff out of my car wouldn't give me my personal belongings out my car they are theives low life's if you want honest people they aren't the people to call .
Total scam operation. My husband was in an accident and evidently police called these people. He kept asking how much it would cost and was ignored until the guy hooked his car up to tow truck and then told him it be 350 CASH only or he would tow it to his lot and charge even more. My husband asked to just release the car and we would call someone else but this guy said no.. pretty much held the car hostage unless we paid. I consider them criminals.
The rudest and raciest business! DO NOT CALL THEM FOR SERVICES. I had proof of insurance on my vehicle and the owner Keith still towed my car and drove it to his house/ impound where there was old confederate flags throughout the neighborhood. When he arrived he didn’t take my car off his truck until I paid him $350 in CASH. How is it that much?? when he only had my car for 30mins. So he basically OVERCHARGED me for the whole entire day plus weekend lol. They are ripping customers off and pocketing the money because his prices aren’t even listed on website.

This tow company was my pleasure to call. Courtesy. very Reliable Polite owner/operator. Contacted on different occasions for my 2 vehicles.I highly recommend 2 👍 up.
My friend also contacted them for a lockout. The owner /operator handled that quick 👏
Mr. Keith from Bulldog Towing was very patient, kind, and courteous as he provided services in a timely manner. Pricing was very fair and we felt at peace knowing that he was providing excellent service in the time we needed it! I'd def recommend his services and would use it again if needed

My car wouldn’t start and I needed someone to help me try to jump the battery. I gave this company a call and he came in about 30 minutes. Really nice guy that tried to troubleshoot the problem, it ended up needing to be towed so he got it to the shop I use and then got me home safely. Great guy to call when you’re in a jam like I was!
Bulldog Towing towed my vehicle. I’ve been trying to call them for 2 days to pick up my vehicle (at least 15 times) and cannot get anyone to pick up the phone. The number on their website is not even a working number. Their website says they’re 24 hours but they don’t even pick up during regular business hours.
I would highly recommend this towing service for your needs. Very affordable, honest and treats you and others with respect. They will continue to get my business in the future!

I've tried to call for 3 days to find out how much to get my car out of impound & can't get anyone to answer the phone to tell me anything..now I'm sure they will want me to pay the $30 per day storage fee even though I was trying to come get it 3 days ago. Website says open 24/7 but I can't get an answer between 8am-5pm
It was horrible when he told me that my tow bill was $700 I asked the question of how come it's $700 to tow bike 4 miles 8 am on a weekday counted my money I had $490 he said ill keep the bikebefore i take that.. i told him sir I pay your bill you can't keep my bike he started yelling at me ran me off his property... told him ill get the rest his money and come back and get my bike... 30 mins later he calls me told me his invoice was wrong he made mistake it was $585... I went and paid him he gave me my bike...
Best in towmn awsome guy and good rates i will be using bulldog for now on waited on martins for 2 hours called bulldog he showed un in 10 minutes and beat the price by alot.

He gave me all the details of where the vehicle was located on car lot and also gave the service tech at dealership the keys and information on vehicle. Very courteous and thoughtful!
