Been coming her for a while. Quite a few years, actually. I refered everyone I know and meet to cagles. That all changes today. I didn't bring the correct tools to get a part off so I had to pay for it. I was mad at myself for not being prepared. That isn't why I won't be coming back or referring anyone else here. I'll admit I was mad about paying double what I originally went in there expecting to pay after looking at the online prices, but that's my fault no one elses. But an employee, one I've never seen there before, notices I'm unhappy and decided to add to it and starts yelling at me because I didn't acknowledge him before walking out the door. He did this twice. Older looking dude with curly, wannabe surfer hair. A customer who walked out after me said they were talking really bad about me after I left. I've been hearing stories from others about the same type of behavior over the last year or so, but I've just been a victim of it myself. I won't be coming back here and I won't be referring anyone here from now on.
Very helpful courteous staff. Very organized lot. Reasonably priced parts. Two dollar entry fee at the time of this post. I will definitely revisit as needed.
**SCAM ALERT** There’s a scam going on with the Facebook ads where they try to sell you a truck shell and will even ship it for 90 bucks. Total scam thanks to Casey’s review I didn’t get scammed, but I did report this to Facebook.
Large inventory with plenty of vehicles and parts to choose from. I was able to get everything that I needed very easily. The most organized set of vehicles I've seen at a parts yard. Great prices as well, along with fantastic service and management!
I wont trust again, just got scam, i bought a camper shell paid for shipping as well, and then they start charging extra for shipping insurance and i ask for my refound and no answer and still are calling so I send them money in order to release pacage.
I just got scammed by this business. They have a Facebook account and took payment for a truck shell and then tried to bill me double for "insurance deposit" on the shipping. Shipping company does not exist. Won't return my money.
I usually don’t leave bad reviews when I do business somewhere. But this one bothered me. I Use to come here a lot back in the day. It’s definitely not that same anymore. These guys are very rude to people of color, and honestly I wouldn’t recommend to any out of town mechanics!
I have been here before. Service was friendly. Tried to call again to confirm color on a vehicle, because it is not listed on the site. NOBODY ANSWERS. It just plays the same recording over and over.
I got there told the girl up front I was looking for fog lights and went and pulled 3 sets. I know before I gave 10 dollars a set at Cagle's.. But dude with the belly and no chest said $96 and some change I was like "What?..." He said "Yeah 10 dollars per light" I said "Nah I'll just get this one set then" Now dude said 32 dollars and some change I said "What?" he said "Yeah 10 dollars for the wire harness too" So I set the harness to the side told him I'll just get the one set of lights and he gets a very bad attitude, gives my money back and tells me that he doesn't have to do business with me I'm like alright see ya. So I won't be back. Went to another junkyard and pulled a nice set for 10 bucks.
Excellent customer service and value! Friendly, helpful folks with an ever cycling inventory of high quality and surprisingly unique vehicles. This place is a gem, been coming for years and it has only gotten better. A far cry from other places I've visited near the metro.
Dont expect to get your money back if a part does not work. Does not matter if you have the receipt, only getting store credit! if you ask why that is then they are very rude and just plain ugly.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Went to get cup holder inserts for older Expedition and found them in a few of the ones they had on site. They also had a good condition one that I'll be coming to later for doors. Found some tow hooks I wasn't even looking for already removed with hardware. Go to spot for most parts I need.
Came to pull an engine was told I could not compression test the engine I was wanting to buy claimed that my battery was a fire hazard no where on the rules does it say no batteries. Wasted lots of my time on my only off day don’t let these guys waste your time they do not allow you to test your parts on site.
Place don't put pictures of their stuff online so you just got to take a chance. After driving an hour I get there and they tell me it's on row 10 I walk every row only to find one car that was the wrong year and the wrong body style. After going back to the entrance two of the guys argue with me about it's the correct year and I actually own one I'm pretty familiar with the car I was looking for but they continue to argue so I left. I will never go back by the way all of their stuff needs to be crushed it is old and picked to death don't waste your time
Lots of used cars, trucks, whatever you were looking for. Outside was very clean and organized. Each row was numbered, and the desk service was great. You were to straight to cars you were looking for to see if they had what you needed. If you find what you need, you take it off ( you had to bring your own tools), bring the part to customer service, and pay for it. They also provided a small wheelbarrow for you to put the parts in.
Huge, huge thanks to Cagle's. After such a longtime without a tailgate, Cagle's rescued me by having one. I also wish to thank you for honoring us military veterans! I appreciate all that you done for me on last week and I shall look forwards to traveling back to Cagle's for all of my truck needs. Again, thank you! ec1
Very nice and kind service. Definitely a cool experience. They’re even allowing us to exchange a radio we purchased (if it doesn’t work) for another part, impressive exchange offer. We will continue to do business with them!
These guys have a great selection of older model year vehicles. Not very many newer models with in the last 5 years or so. 2022 review. The prices are really fair and they have a good return policy with receipt. Military/veterans get in free. They have wagons to pull around so you don't have to lug around your tools and parts.
Super customer service and wonderful place to find some jewels for your auto parts you can have fun finding and pulling off yourself...Find all I needed and more with very affordable prices
This place is awesome, the staff were so helpful. I told them what i was looking for and they printed up a list of where the cars were located. They have carts and wheelbarrows for you use, this allows you to bring your tools & parts back& forth. They also have a place to wash up, just a great business. Oh yeah , military get in free, if not its $2. Thanks guys keep it up
Not very courteous employee. Someone driving this truck on Saturday May 13th at 10:05am blocked us in at the ChickFilA in Emerson by creating his own parking space directly behind our car. Not a good reflection on this company!
