Jose was amazing came in bc my tire was low and had them look for a nail, turns out my plug was leaking so they patched it for me quick and painless. no wait
I must say, the customer service here is superb. Huge thanks to Jose and the team for their speedy service and genuine willingness to help. Their professionalism and attention to customers are truly outstanding.
This is a great shop! I have been coming here for 5yrs. I own a framing company and have 6 vehicles. Always take care of me and keep my vehicles on the road. Jose and team are great! always there when I need them 👍🏼
It was the worse service ever went in to have a simple oil pressure switch put in. I ended up leaving with stripped threads on the block a dangling starter and dead battery. My car was not put back together after they told me they were not able to fix it. Worse experience ever
Had such a great experience here! I had a couple lights out on my Prius and dreaded the thought of going to Kennesaw Toyota. I called Advanced Auto Parts and they said nope, can't help you! I called Pep Boys and TJ answered saying I could come right over. From there he handled everything politely, efficiently and professionally. Will be back again, thanks TJ and Pep Boys!!
I called in on Christmas eve for tires. Jose was awesome to work with. When I arrived he go my vehicle right in and I was back out in 35 minutes. The crew did an excellent job and the price was the best in town on the tires I wanted.
Stopped by for an oil change and ended up costing me $1000 replacing the entire oil pan on my Honda.
They slapped a second crush washer on an already short drain plug and overtightened it - ripping out the threads on the pan, and wouldn't do anything to help because another mechanic discovered the issue, and "we don't know that they didn't cause it"
Called at 430 on a Sunday due to a nail in the tire. They were nice enough to stick around and fix it for me before closing time. Definitely will be remembered for future business.
Awesome staff! Their prices are about average but their service is well above average! Super respectful staff and they’ll get you in and out in no time! I didn’t catch their names but the guy at the front desk with the long beard is awesome! There was another tech that worked on my tires. I didn’t catch his name but he had glasses on, was also awesome! Can’t thank them enough! :)
Above and beyond service with a smile. Just stopped in to request a taillight repair. Not five minutes passed before the smiling employee returned having fixed us all up.
These guys are the best, they fixed my cabin air flow, wasn’t working after having it checked all week, they located the issue and within a couple of hours I had my truck back again.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this shop deserves 5 stars. Shout out to the manager Mr. Ramirez and his team. They were very knowledgeable and got my suspension issue diagnosed and repaired fast. I had a bad clunking noise and now it’s gone.
Jose is an absolute superstar! The whole team is very well led. This has become my go-to shop because of the trustworthiness and the great work on my two vehicles. I can’t get over how great the service is. The very epitome of small but mighty! I would absolutely recommend you to trust Jose and his team with your business!
People,timing,short wait, and customer service overall were great. The only negative was that the cost was more than I expected the labor to be. The Service Manager was helpful and stayed in constant communication with me.

Shopping for tires via the Pep Boys website, we decided on four tires and scheduled an appointment. The website indicated the tires were “ in-stock” at the store, and we were given a receipt for the services we wanted. Pep Boys even texted a confirmation for the time and services for the job. Well—we drove across town to be told the tires were not in stock 🤦♂️. I don’t know if this a general corporate issue with a disconnect between the scheduling online and the individual franchises or if this particular branch of Pep Boys is the issue. Point of the story, call this branch before assuming they have what you need. Either way—it was annoying.
My a/c went out in my car. I called around for quotes to get it looked at and pep boys was the best price. Other places also wouldn't be able to fix it in a timely manner. They looked at my car in a timely manner and were able to tell me what was wrong. They were even able to fix my a/c same day and got it back to me within a few hours. They had awesome customer service! They are convenient, fast, friendly, great prices! I definitely recommend them.
I went to Pep Boys, located in Cartersville, GA, on a Sunday morning for a punctured tire on my vehicle. Many businesses are closed on Sundays, but thank goodness Pep Boys was open. The staff removed the foreign object and plugged the tire completely FREE OF CHARGE. The staff were extremely friendly and they got me in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. Great service and I highly recommend them for your tire needs and any other service you might need completed on your vehicle.
TJ & the team were spot on, highly attentive to my concerns and requests. The wait was not bad either for the amount of work being conducted, and the waiting room chairs were extremely plush and comfortable.
I have been going to Pep Boys for years and they have always been on top of their game. Even when they are super busy they find a way to squeeze me in and get it done! Their hours are convenient and appointment system on their site is very user friendly. They a customer for life right here.
Quick and friendly service! I had to get my car towed on a Sunday for a flat tire and they were one of the few places open. They finished in 10 minutes, I was very impressed! I highly recommend them, great staff ☺️
The entire experience went very well. I made an appointment. They were able to take me early. Told me my brake pads were worn down a bit, but they were ok for a while longer. I was not pushed for any services that I did not need. They rotated my tires and changed my oil in a timely manner. The desk tech was thorough and professional, and there were no surprises on the bill.
I have never used this business before, but I will again.
They're always helpful and never blow smoke up my butt. If they can't do something they let me know. Excellent customer service; they even kept my cup safe. ☺️ I'll always have them service my vehicle.
Went in on a Sunday for a flat tire . The staff was friendly , kind and super quick! We were in and out in 15 minutes and they didn’t even charge us! We left and got our tire fixed for free ! We were completely surprised and blessed by the staff at Pep boys. Awesome folks! If I could give 10 stars , I would!
Had a great experience here! They had the tires I ordered from tirebuyer and were able to install them no questions asked. They even gave me a huge discount just because! Totally would come back here!
