service was pretty fast but unfortunately when i totaled my truck, forgot to get everything out of it. they took some little stuff that was in the truck and took my tow hitch. vehicle had only been there for about a day or two. no biggie. just disappointed
Worthless employees driving the loaders. I try to help the kid who clearly doesn’t know what he is doing not doing it safely. And he gets an attitude. Threatened to not unload me lol… children running the equipment
totaled my car it ended up at copart. the title has a lien hold on it. copart has harrassed me nonstop about the title. i have no access to the title. to the point they threatened to take it out of my insurance but me nor my insurance has access to the title. tried to call them to tell them that and was meet with a woman who was to busy thinking about leaving work to help correctly. most unprofessional business i’ve ever came in contact with.
Went there to get valuables out of my car that I know were in there when picked up by tow truck. All our personal items were stolen out of our sealed totaled car. Not even an apology.
In the middle of nowhere it seems but very friendly staff. Timely with pickups and no hassle. The needs some kind of background music in there though it’s literally dead quiet.
There is one lady at the front desk with spacks don’t know how to deal with the drivers. She wasted my 18 hrs just for one car. I was there at 4:40pm and she refused to load and I waited until next day till 11am.
I gave it 2 stars because of the deal but the forklift driver was the problem. He said he could not put the truck on the trailer. That only became a problem when he put the same kind of truck on a trailer for a Caucasian male. I definitely feel away about his actions. So beware of foolishness. Come prepared not to ask for help. Bring everything you need so you don't have to spend 2 hours doing what could have been done in seconds.
they teach employees how to take glam photos hiding damages, misrepresent what the damages actually are, then tell you "you shoulda looked at it in person". Oh I'm sorry, I was actually trusting you to be an honest ethical business and not commit FRAUD when listing vehicles just to jack prices up so you can collect more of your absurdly high fees!
Took advantage of my accident situation. when in a accident & under stress, I did not remember many of the little things about my property. So after property retrieval & sign paper that I got everything. I had call them back.
I got my license plate but they keep...STOLE the clear plastic rhinestoned rain protection AND my 12” mini Louis Vuttion umbrella. Then told me to claim it on my home insurance as a loss because I already signed the papers.

Absolutely abysmal customer service. I had to get rude in order to get help after waiting for about 15 minutes with 7 ppl just looking at me. Zero stars!
Unwilling to help me after I paid for my car. I can't get in touch with someone who can help me solve a simple problem. Seems like after they got their money they don't really care.
Was able to pay for the vehicle at my local branch in Minneapolis, MN. I flew down to Atlanta and caught a ride to Cartersville. They drove the "run and drive" vehicle up to the parking lot and I was on my way. I know every car can't be driven away but the pictures and auction information were very accurate and it worked out for me! Thanks Copart!

Oscar the loader deserves a raise! Everyone else however was rude and office staff didn't want to dispatch my car to the loaders (even through I got there well before closing time) until Oscar stepped in and helped. Would give 1 star if it wasn't for Oscar.
I have visited this location a couple of times. It’s easy to find, quiet location, good cars but the best part of it will have to be their office staff. A young lady by the name of Sam has attended to me a couple of times and she welcomes you with a big smile and always willing to help you. And on a couple of occasions I have been attended to by other members of staff and they are equally pleasant and professional. The only small drawback is the yard needs to be better organized so the cars can be easily found. Looking forward to seeing you guys again.
Forklift operator cost me $3,000 in damages.
Those big forks are sure handy when you use them to pick up a car, however when you HOOK AND PULL THEY CAN CAUSE DAMAGE. And that is how they DESTROYED my power steering unit. Thanks a lot guys. Real nice. Called them, they said they are not liable. Great.
Long lines, staff is rude. Way to many buyers fees. Just all around bad experience. They had a temporary employee who was crying because staff was mean to her last time I was there. Not a good place to do business with.
I left my title with my car insurance and they told me to go here to pick it up. Per their policy any cars they received that has the plates are removed and stored. They were able to return my plates without a hassle.
I only give it 1 star because it wouldn’t let me leave 0 stars. I am positive that no body who was here on 12-16-19 would disagree. Sitting here for 3 hours and still waiting. Poorly managed location. I would rather go sit at the DMV. Don’t buy your cars here. There is way better managed and run Copart’s.

I have been in customer service for a automotive manufacturer for many years and have not seen too many people with Leslie's skills!
WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I sold my car and received a check. Not only did they misspell my name but the customer service was terrible. I felt uncomfortable the entire time. On top of dealing with bad service, complications came up when I tried to cash my check. My bank was holding my check because they weren’t sure the check would take out of their bank. I’ll be a week without electricity if it takes the 2 weeks that it says it takes to clear. Thank you copart scam. Please people stay away from this place.
For the unfortunate situation that brought us there (totaled car), the experience was pleasant. The office staff was helpful and quick, as was the outdoor staff. We turned in our paperwork and collected our personal belongings with no hassle and in much less time than we expected.
