If I could leave 6 stars, I would. Mark is the most ethical business owner I have ever met. Worked with me diligently, and helped me through the whole process. If you’re in the Lakeland or any of the surrounding areas, this is your company.

I broke down 30 miles from my destination , cost 225$ with card . Literally the next week I broke down again 30 miles from my destination, this time they try to charge me 283$ . Didn't say a word about a price change until th e vehicle reached destination. That's illegal ..

Mario got to my truck within 20 minutes and was very knowledgeable. He helped me find the good from a bad situation. 1000% recommend.

I would use them again they are fast and friendly highly recommended

I cannot recommend Lakeland Wrecker enough. As a teenage girl getting hydroplaning in the rain, I was facing one of the scariest situations in my life. My tow truck driver, Bobby, was genuinely one of the kindest people I have ever encountered. He was so sweet and helped me laugh and calm down while he hooked my car up (in the rain!) He was a blessing, and got there so fast. I wasn’t able to get any other company nearby to come out that day, but it was no problem to get Lakeland Wrecker to come out. If you need a tow, give these guys a call.

Phenomenal service, great prices! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you ever need a tow no matter the reason this is definitely the company you want to call. My wife and children broke down on Christmas Eve, and they came to the rescue! Thank you guys for your great attitude and service!

I was referred to Lakeland Wrecker by Midas on South Florida Avenue in Lakeland. Lakeland Wrecker answered the call immediately. They scheduled me to be the next pickup by Scott. He arrived on site right on schedule and I appreciated how fast he got my truck loaded and secured. Prompt, Professional and Courteous all describe Lakeland Wrecker. Added their phone number to my contacts should there be a next time.

These guys have helped me out of a jam more than once and are always good for a few jokes while they do it.

Nobody ever wants to have to call a tow truck....I had too....this guy shows up from this Lakeland wrecker place....he was a awesome....he knew I was a grumpy old man ....he treated me like I was family....Kenny I think and hope was his name...he made a bad time good....big guy....he cared about the outcome......definitely went the extra mile to take care of me.....iam grateful and gold star five star review to this good old boy

Company was amazing! Start to finish! Very pleased with the process. Communication was easy, driver was there in less than the time quoted and price was as stated!

I was in a gas station parking lot last night with a flat tire, with two of my friends trying to get the bolts off to put my spare on. A Lakeland wrecker truck pulled up to one of the gas pumps and Sean came out of his truck and over to us as he realized we were struggling. He offered to loosen the bolts for us, but then the next thing I know he was sitting on the ground changing my tire for me. My friends and I were very appreciative and offered if we could pay him or get him anything from the gas station inside and he politely declined. Sean then explained to me how to drive with a spare tire as I have never done so before. Very thankful that the Lakeland wrecker truck was at that same gas station as me last night or we would’ve had a long night! Sean was great!

We got a flat tire on a rainy dark night and needed assistance loosening the lug nuts. We called Lakeland Wrecker and Shawn stopped by to help us on his way home. His service was outstanding and his customer service was top notch. Thank you for saving the day Shawn.

Bobby with Lakeland Wrecker was prompt, courteous and fair on price. He didn't try to take advantage of us just because we were stranded on the highway with no options. I highly recommend them if you need a tow.

Outstanding service, I highly recommend them. Our car lost coolant and needed to be towed. My wife was very happy with the service. Tommy was professional, thorough, helpful. Can't say enough about how pleased I am with their service. The dispatcher was also very helpful. Great, near new equipment, used modern text locating technology. They rescued me when AAA couldn't. Their cost per mile was also very competitive.

I hit a wall with my front left wheel on the highway near Lakeland and pulled off onto a gas station. My tire rim was bent and I didnt have a spare. Called them and talked to Mark and he found a spare for my Corolla and drove it over to me! I thought I might have to get towed somewhere but he they saved me so much time and money doing a service for me that honestly is pretty unusual and out of the ordinary. Thank you Lakeland Wrecker!

I called these people they dispatched a mechanic to me right away. They couldn't start my truck but I got a phone call from a gentleman at their company a few hours later asking me if I needed anything else and offered me a different solution I thank you very very much I highly recommend these people!!❤️

These guys were quick to act and gave me a quote right away. Friendly service and even called to let me know how far they were when picking up and when they dropped my car at the repair shop. Solid team and solid service. 10/10 would recommend. No one wants to have to call for a tow, but if you do- these guys are the best in town

I cannot give enough thanks to Mark and Lakeland Wrecker. Check engine light and other warning lights came on so I got to the main Lakeland exit. Turned the car off and it wouldn't start, steering wheel was locked and couldn't get the gear shift out of park. My mom and dog were with me so my options to get home were limited. Lakeland Mazda referred me to Lakeland Wrecker and man did they save the day. Mark worked with me to do some troubleshooting to see if I could get the car started up, his instruction worked and car started then the gear shift got stuck again. After two calls speaking with Mark he saved the day so I was able to get the car to the dealership. He could have easily just come out to tow the car to the dealership but worked with me instead. He knew what the problem was and that helped when I spoke with the dealership the next day. Otherwise I'd not have known any better. Saved me money and my sanity!! I would absolutely call Lakeland Wrecker for future towing needs. THANK YOU MARK!!

I was in an accident with my 2 kids and it was the worst day ever. While waiting for my car to get towed away, I was fully expecting the tow truck driver to be grumpy and bitter and just “over” the fact that they had to tow a car again. I was very very wrong. Mark showed up and was extremely kind to my family. He gave us plenty of time to clean out the car before he loaded it up. He even talked us through the process of what was going to happen with insurance, etc and gave us some really nice advice in that moment and later over the phone. When my car got declared totaled, I went to get my license plate off of it, and instead of just saying “eh, it’s over there, go get it”, Mark was called and met me in the office and escorted me to my car. He also removed my license plate for me and helped with releasing my car the insurance to take, right there. He offered more advice and told some great stories. His kindness never went away and I never felt like I was a burden to him. Excellent customer service and definitely made a horrible situation better, just by being so kind.

Awesome service and quality work. I had some problems with my truck and trailer spoke to Rocky he did some great work. Good person down to earth and really knows what he is doing makes towing look easy. Great customer care and great price for service. I'm definitely calling again when I need towing done.

Great customer service and price compared to other competitors. We misplaced the key to the wheel lock and couldn’t get the spare on to drive the car home. Mark came to our rescue, was extremely friendly and honest! Due to traffic and time of day, he couldn’t get to us within a 45 minute time frame. No big deal, I left with another ride. But I was concerned leaving my car unattended and not knowing how long it would take. Mark called ever so often to update how far out he was from picking up the car and then the house. He towed the car home and did everything he could to unlock the flat tire. Lakeland Wrecker serves in and outside of Central Florida, not exclusively to Lakeland or Polk County. Definitely saving their number down in case we run into another car problem. Thanks Mark!

Mark helped me with my tow he was extremely professional. I called at 8 and by 9:30 my car was here. He took very good care of my car and even offered his ear to hear about what was wrong with it. These guys are great! Thanks again lakeland wrecker! The trucks are slick too!

The best towing service I ever worked with! After breaking down in my C class RV, I'm so happy I called this place They! They got to my location in less than an hour, exactly when they said they would be there. Mark arrived and was super knowledgeable and helpful with the situation. We were towed and our vechical arrived at our specified location. Mark was the most friendly and calming person that we could have possibly gotten! 10/10 recommend!

My user name might throw off who I am, so he may not recognize me, but this company/owner came and towed my old bus in the middle of the night and took me to a shop that he called to ensure they could work on it fairly quickly. I have a number of dogs with me, and being in Florida I needed somewhere to get me going fast to keep the dogs from overheating. So he found someone for me. He was fast, on time, professional, and very personable. I highly recommend their services. You'll already be having a bad day by the time you need a tow truck. This experience will make you feel better.
