These guys know what they are doing! I had a dead battery and they were the quickest to respond. The wrecker showed up on the interstate to jump my truck! The alternator drained the battery and I was stuck on the side of the road until they showed up! Will save this number. Fair priced too!
I had to be towed in a company truck and trailer from Bushnell Fl to Lake Wales Fl. The gentlemen was very nice and professional. He showed up got everything broken down and hooked up in no time. That young man has skills and is very knowledgeable. Keep him around he's definitely a great asset to your company! I was super tired and so freaking irritated by the way my employer handled business. That I forgot to ask him his name. However I do remember complimenting him on his skill set and saying thank you!
Proof that a 4.8 rating can be deceiving, I found this company for my mom after she got in a wreck and the entire situation turned into an entire hassle. Being fifty miles away and not able to leave work to help, I used the reviews and regret it. The call went in at 9am with the tow truck driver getting lost and being argumentative upon arrival after 11. Driver was more worried about making phone calls about a fallen tree instead of getting her and the car safely to destination. Driver even gave different price of charges which conflicted with the women in the office, however, they did only charge her for what the driver said was the amount for the service. Disappointed in their lack of professionalism and would not recommend them based on this experience.
I called mid morning today to get three vehicles towed(two work vans and a forklift). Bobby had this done by 2PM! He was great to work with and communicated very well. Will be sure to use them in the future!

10/10 recommend! My tire blew while driving down i4 and they were to me in 20 min! Really incredible people. I wish they were my first call unfortunately three companies offered to help but they were the fastest and really clean equipment. They’re local and Bobby was absolutely great! Would have given a better rating but when I walked into this plc there were two co workers talking and didn’t even try to help or say hello, it took an older man coming out of the back office to ask us if we needed help… wow and then they send a condescending reply email. The absolute best wrecker tow company in Polk County FL. My company box truck needed a tow and found this company. Mark was easy to work with and Anthony was super professional. I highly recommend them. If I ever need a tow in the future they are my go to!!!
I called from out of state regarding one of our commercial trucks that was broke down in Lakeland. I spoke with Mark and told him I needed my sleeper truck and trailer needed to be towed to the Kenworth dealer. He asked me what the issue was with the truck, and I explained the driver could not get it to go in gear. Mark made suggestion to try while we waited on him to arrive and if it worked, to call him back and he would cancel the call. Much to my surprise, the advice he gave me worked for my driver!! This not only saved me a large towing bill, but also saved me from having to rent a sleeper truck in Florida. We still need to have the issue repaired, but Mark's advice got my driver out of the road and saved our company a ton of money. Not many towing companies will give good-will advice and risk a towing opportunity but he did and was happy for us that it worked out.
What excellent service we received. We contacted Lakeland Wrecker Service and spoke to Mark. We needed to have our SUV towed from our body shop, across town to our mechanic. Mark showed up as promised, picked up the vehicle and safely delivered to our mechanic. The price very reasonable, in fact I was shocked at the value! LWS is our new tow service from this point on!! Great customer service, I called in for a tow and after a couple of questions the worker who helped me figured out that the car only needed a jump start. I appreciate the honesty because they could have taken advantage of me and charged for a higher priced service.

I cannot recommend Lakeland Wrecker enough. As a teenage girl getting hydroplaning in the rain, I was facing one of the scariest situations in my life. My tow truck driver, Bobby, was genuinely one of the kindest people I have ever encountered. He was so sweet and helped me laugh and calm down while he hooked my car up (in the rain!) He was a blessing, and got there so fast. I wasn’t able to get any other company nearby to come out that day, but it was no problem to get Lakeland Wrecker to come out. If you need a tow, give these guys a call.
I cannot give enough thanks to Mark and Lakeland Wrecker. Check engine light and other warning lights came on so I got to the main Lakeland exit. Turned the car off and it wouldn't start, steering wheel was locked and couldn't get the gear shift out of park. My mom and dog were with me so my options to get home were limited. Lakeland Mazda referred me to Lakeland Wrecker and man did they save the day. Mark worked with me to do some troubleshooting to see if I could get the car started up, his instruction worked and car started then the gear shift got stuck again. After two calls speaking with Mark he saved the day so I was able to get the car to the dealership. He could have easily just come out to tow the car to the dealership but worked with me instead. He knew what the problem was and that helped when I spoke with the dealership the next day. Otherwise I'd not have known any better. Saved me money and my sanity!! I would absolutely call Lakeland Wrecker for future towing needs. THANK YOU MARK!!
I was in an accident with my 2 kids and it was the worst day ever. While waiting for my car to get towed away, I was fully expecting the tow truck driver to be grumpy and bitter and just “over” the fact that they had to tow a car again. I was very very wrong. Mark showed up and was extremely kind to my family. He gave us plenty of time to clean out the car before he loaded it up. He even talked us through the process of what was going to happen with insurance, etc and gave us some really nice advice in that moment and later over the phone. When my car got declared totaled, I went to get my license plate off of it, and instead of just saying “eh, it’s over there, go get it”, Mark was called and met me in the office and escorted me to my car. He also removed my license plate for me and helped with releasing my car the insurance to take, right there. He offered more advice and told some great stories. His kindness never went away and I never felt like I was a burden to him. Excellent customer service and definitely made a horrible situation better, just by being so kind.
These guys were quick to act and gave me a quote right away. Friendly service and even called to let me know how far they were when picking up and when they dropped my car at the repair shop. Solid team and solid service. 10/10 would recommend. No one wants to have to call for a tow, but if you do- these guys are the best in town

The best towing service I ever worked with! After breaking down in my C class RV, I'm so happy I called this place They! They got to my location in less than an hour, exactly when they said they would be there. Mark arrived and was super knowledgeable and helpful with the situation. We were towed and our vechical arrived at our specified location. Mark was the most friendly and calming person that we could have possibly gotten! 10/10 recommend!
Wow! Wow! Wow! Super friendly, FAST, and reasonably priced service! I called for my son-in-law who was broke down on the interstate. I called him a little over an hour later to see if the tow truck had arrived yet (because that's AT LEAST a typical wait time for a tow truck). Outstanding service, I highly recommend them. Our car lost coolant and needed to be towed. My wife was very happy with the service. Tommy was professional, thorough, helpful. Can't say enough about how pleased I am with their service. The dispatcher was also very helpful. Great, near new equipment, used modern text locating technology. They rescued me when AAA couldn't. Their cost per mile was also very competitive.
Awesome service and quality work. I had some problems with my truck and trailer spoke to Rocky he did some great work. After waiting to be picked up by Black Sheep Towing, Inc, (was assigned to me by my insurance company) to tow my car from Highway side to my mechanic shop. (under 30 miles total)

When I fed up waiting, I call back my insurance company and told them that I'm still on the highway and I need to be towed, my insurance company assigned me to Lakeland Wrecker.

3. New equipment. Clean, polished and smells good.

Great customer service and price compared to other competitors. We misplaced the key to the wheel lock and couldn’t get the spare on to drive the car home. Mark came to our rescue, was extremely friendly and honest! Due to traffic and time of day, he couldn’t get to us within a 45 minute time frame. No big deal, I left with another ride. But I was concerned leaving my car unattended and not knowing how long it would take. Mark called ever so often to update how far out he was from picking up the car and then the house. He towed the car home and did everything he could to unlock the flat tire. Lakeland Wrecker serves in and outside of Central Florida, not exclusively to Lakeland or Polk County. Definitely saving their number down in case we run into another car problem. Thanks Mark!
