U have to end up standing in a long line to check out..

It's a pretty AWESOME place..
If you have patience to look through the racks, I found awesome clothing from brand names for extremely cheap prices. Tuesdays and Thursdays the less busy days.
Haven't been here in 10 years and let me let you, to hot in there,no size signs, everything goes by colors and all different sizes way too hard to look through every single solitary white t-shirt for my size,alot of stained clothes and took to long

We are going on a trip to Tennessee for the holidays and needed cold weather clothing. This store has quality clothing and is clean. We were able to find several jackets that were in a like new condition. The workers are also very pleasant. I highly recommend this thrift store.
Very bad customer service and racist my mom went there and the manager was talking very rude with her then started laughing at her with his coworkers i dont appreciate this that was on monday oct 6th at between 1pm and 2pm we have been going there for years and just because her card wasnt working this time and her english wasnt very good she was made fun of and laughed at very unprofessional and i will be speaking to corporate about this and filing a complaint about this location horrible service from manager and staff never going there again
workers are nice , pretty affordable stuff , everything ive seen inside of the store was in good condition i got a pair of boots for my 2 yr old that was worth $55 but i only paid $2.99 and i seen this kids playset that was $14.99 but they usually are sold for $200 so its definitely a steal deal at this place i love this store
I have only ever had AMAZING experiences here! Wonderful customer service! The manager and employees are always so kind and helpful! The selection is very good too, lots of variety! I can't recommend this place enough, this is THE best salvation army in the area!!!! ❤️

But as for the company they are price gouging the hell out of people this place is supposed to help the people that are poor and getting on their feet or have children and the prices are ridiculously high now.
Not to mention who has time to go to the thrift store Monday through Friday.You're supposed to go on the weekends when you're off work because you barely have enough money to get by so you have to work everyday and then you go in and get price gouged.
If you have a day off work because you're closed on the weekends.This corporation is turning terribly greedy.

Cool beans today was half price everything in the store end of year I am retired and go every Monday for senior citizens half price day and every Wednesday for everybody's half-price day on clothing! What a fantastic place to find Value ! My favorite place in the whole wide world to go on Mondays naturally it's seniors 50% off! I love it that you can buy La LaRue for half price these are Mark 399 so I got them for a dollar fifty so come on down to your local Salvation Army on Mondays old people half-price that's half price on clothes and bric-a-brac. Wednesday's everybody half price on clothes and Thursdays half price on brick a Brack for everybody. The staff is awesome JUDY AND JEN are the best

I live in Palm Coast on the other side of Florida and I visit my daughter in Clearwater every 3 months. My first destination on Mondays is the salvation army at this location. Thank you for making this occasion such a fun and thrilling experience as I never know what I will find at your store!!!?
I was overcharged for my items, cashier rang me up for $12, my bank notified me of the charge after I left, and it was actually $17.94?
I would have turned around and gone back, but the cashier and some of the other customers were lowkey creeping me out, and I didn’t think to ask for a receipt
needless to say I won’t be returning, the place is seedy, more worried that my card info got skimmed than the money spent
Stopped in and found brand new crutches for just five bucks, such a great deal. I check this spot every now and then and usually find what I need at a great price. Got a $400 dehumidifier once for $100, brand new. Worth checking before paying full price anywhere else. #ThriftFinds #StPete #Spora
Please staple shirts/blouses on the thick part of the collar! Perfect items ruined by incompetence by stapling huge holes on shirts. And not only creating two holes, but 4 holes by stapling the shirt folded!!!
I love this thrift store - it’s thoughtfully organized, they do fun deals, and I’ve found some great items. The woman with the colorful hair is always helpful and nice. The rest of the staff as well, I enjoy the banter/conversation we have made and they often help me find things and do a wonderful job of organizing.
However —
I felt it wasn’t my place to mention until now, but the place has been awfully hot for a while. Today in particular, it was so terribly hot I asked my partner to drive my car home I was so dizzy. I then proceeded to vomit once home after blasting the air and sipping on vitamin water.
I’d normally not leave a ‘poor’ review, hence the five stars I do love the place and don’t intend to upset the rating, but for the sake of the workers there and the elderly — please fix your AC soon. I’m sure it is under wraps and on its way but I’ve noticed the heat on occasions prior - this was particularly bad. I hope Salvation Army is finding the best ways they can to keep their employees hydrated and comfortable. I understand you do not legally need AC in Florida, but again, voicing merely out of concern.
I have shopping/donating at this store for years. It really has improved in appearance, cleanliness, and helpfulness in recent months. Every department I browsed in the store associates had great attitudes. The furniture department could compete with any consignment shop. I was flabbergasted by the awesome selections. Kudos to the staff / management at this location.
A very busy Monday with the 1/2 off senior deals. I went with my mother, so It paid off. I found a few items, though did not really search the entire store.
This is a fantastic thrift store. There are weekly sales offered and they move their inventory quickly so that it’s not the same items sitting around . Two of the managers there were SO helpful with my recent furniture purchase. Here is a picture of the lovely chaise lounge I bought there in March 2024- looks great in my living room. !! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND a visit to this store
Salvation Army is packed on Mondays and I understand that; however, 50% of the registers are closed. Out of four registers only two are open. Each photo shows lines to each end of the building simultaneously. I do enjoy the browsing and trying to not sound like an entitled person but this is the second week in a row my husband and I put up a cart of items because we waited in line longer than we did browsing-with hardly any movement. It’s so bad now, after a few of weeks of observation, we just don’t want to come here. There are employees that will constantly bring stock out and cleaning the aisles but it would be a massive improvement if more registers were manned. At least to help how congested it is when there’s a sea of shoppers in line to check out. There has to be at least another employee that can man another register…
Over heated and pulled into parking lot. Employee was very gracious and filled my jug with water for me. I in turn did some looking around and picked up a nice set of ornaments
I'm a plus size girl and I found some torrid items, I was so ecstatic!! I just wish they had things sorted by size instead of color, especially the dresses.
Today the friendly ones weren't even that. I guessed sobriety isn't what they needed. People should be humble regardless. Not one bit. The big queen in the mens dept is bitter of age and because of his orientation. Just bring thick skin and you'll live.
