Always a great experience. This was my 3rd time in 4 years I got a nail in my tire. Each time I just drive up, get welcomed at the check in, and my tire is taken care of by the time my sandwich is done. Everyone is very friendly and the waiting area has a cafe with great breakfast sandwiches. Prices are good and the people are even better. I will continue to go to Bob Lee’s for any tire needs.

I came to get a nail removed and a plug for my tire. They were courteous and efficient. I called ahead and asked the best times to come for a minimal wait. They told me and were right. I was in and out in 30 minutes. A few weeks later I was back with a nail in another tire. I had the same wonderful experience as the first time.

I'm highly impressed and that can take alot sometimes! 1st time there. I called, got the price (which was the least expensive I found for 4 new Coopers) called the next day at 1pm, they said bring it. I arrived 2 hours later, fully prepared to do 2 tires at a time because they close at 530, it was 3pm I dropped off. They said 2 hours. 5pm text message letting me know its ready. 5:25 they called me, Uber was delayed! I arrived 5:27, I asked a question about one of the sensors and the cashier called the guy on a old school pa phone to come inside to speak w me , he was inside in 15 seconds answered my question and finished The property is larger than it appears. Great business

I bring my bmw 328ix and my ladies bmw 320i for tires. Very good prices and fast service. The staff are amazing and if you get any service done, make sure you stop by the diner and get a burger!

Wouldn't go anywhere else for vehicle service. They offer very reasonable prices, good honest people. They offer free tire rotation with an oil change and fluid top off. Took my van for a flat tire repair and they had it done in no time.

Always a pleasure here. Pricing is the same or better than anywhere else and the cafe is hard to beat if you need to get some work done/be productive while they’re doing work. Only thing to know is they don’t do appointments. First come, first serve but they do give clear/accurate wait times.

Super friendly, fit me in the same day for tire repair and oil change. Only concern was the mechanic told the front desk that I needed a new serpentine belt and that it was the original one. However, I had a new belt installed 7 months earlier. Other than that, was great! I bought my tires there so the tire repair was covered under the tire warranty. Will use again.

I had the absolute BEST experience at Bob Lee’s Tire Pros in St. Pete. I originally had an 8 AM appointment at another tire shop in town, and when I showed up, they told me they couldn’t even do the work because they didn’t have the right equipment. Super frustrating start to the day. I called Bob Lee’s and they immediately said, “Come on down — we’ll get you in and out within an hour.” And they meant it. From the second I walked in, everyone was friendly, professional, and incredibly easy to work with. No runaround. No attitude. Just great customer service and a team that clearly knows what they’re doing. They fixed my tire quickly, made the whole process seamless, and completely turned my day around. They gained a customer for life. If you’re in St. Pete and need tire work, this is your place.

Bob Less is always our go to for anything car related. Old fashioned quality customer service like you don’t see anymore! Honesty and integrity… I love that they aren’t always trying to SELL me stuff, in fact, today whenI brought in my car for an oil change they told me it could wait because there was not that many miles since the last oil change. Love this place!!!

I found bob lees about a year ago and ihave not gone anywhere else since. They do really good work and the price is fair. Extremely friendly and helpful! Love the place- they take good care of my Lexus GS350

The crew at Bob Lees are so professional and the best in the business! They are our go to for any service for all of our cars (With 6 drivers, we are there a lot!) They are honest, respectful, quick and dependable!! There is no one we trust more with our cars!! 5 Stars!!

Great experience. Great price on a battery where I was quoted almost twice as much the day before. The work took 20 minutes and I was out the door. I highly recommend. I had an issue with my wipers yesterday at a different place. They said my type are a little different to install. They will order them for me and I will be very happy to drive across the county for their service. Update: Wipers were installed yesterday. Done in ten minutes.

The appointment process couldn’t be simpler. I showed up on time and was met by a courteous man at the front desk who took my car to fix my flat tire. He managed my expectations well and also found an issue with another tire that I was able to take care of before it became a problem. The prices for the tires and labor were more than fair and I had a very pleasant experience. I will return for any future tire needs. Highly recommend!

Bob Lee's automotive did a wonderful job of repair my vehicle. Everything was completed within the time promised. What is truly under rated is their cafe's Backyard Burger. The food is great. You don't need a car malfunction as an excuse to enjoy it. Worth trying.

I stopped by there to see if they could give me a second opinion about what the dealership told me my car needed. They were patient and kind and even watched my video from the dealership to see what they said I needed. They explained everything in a way that I understood and gave me pricing for each recommended service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I have been there many times, and it is always a great experience.

These guys are the best in the business. I run a automotive business that focus on exotic vehicles & I trust no one else to take care of my tire needs. Been doing business with them for years. Issac & Dave are my go to guys who always make sure I am taken care of. Wesley has some of the best food in the game. Ask him for his famous "Backyard smashburger" Absolutely phenomenal. The ladies up front are always kind and courteous, pleasant to deal with. Helps when you spend as much money as I do monthly here lol. Lennel is almost always my tire technician when I get stuff done & he knows what he is doing. Has exceptional experience in his craft. Also Mr.Bob Lee Jr. is an absolute gentlemen you will see him time to time walking around in his straw hat. These guys are a class act start to finish. Called and they said come in, first in first served… the receptionist was very pleasant! When I arrived, they were great… took care of everything - felt like white glove service, really! So efficient and friendly. While waiting… I sat in the BLT diner and had a great cup of coffee (forgot they served great food too! Darn!). Highly recommend Bob Lee’s Tires.

Brought in my vehicle to have my current tires mounted and balanced on rims that I purchased from the Internet and was very pleased with the outcome. While initially there was a little vibration in the steering wheel, I brought the car right back in and they doubled checked everything and rebalanced it right away to solve the issue. Bob Lee’s does a great communicating with you about your appointment and follows up if needed. This is a long standing family business and they treat their community well with great customer service.
