Bought a brand new battery from here drove home car didn’t crank when I got home and installed new battery took batter to autozone to get tested battery read 26% very bad battery came back to exchange battery which they exchanged and ended up giving me another bad battery.. if you don’t want to waste time or money just avoid going here

I further searched for cheaper solutions and found The Battery Exchange which was less than 3 miles from where I live in St. Petersburg. I pulled up and was somewhat intimidated because it was full and buzzing with customers. I stood and watched a young man rotating his attention very smoothly among all of the people. Even with the hustle and bustle he noticed me and told me he would be right with me with a smile! I waited paitently and was impressed with ease and professionalism he handeled each customer. I found out his name was Dino, as the patron before me was so thankful for his service that he mad it a point to ask his name. When it was my turn, Mr. Dino quickly tested my battery and determined it was low. He showed me his instrument and educated me on what the normal range of a battery should be. What was even better he drove the same vehicle and educated me on the best performing battery :-). Mr. Dino knows his Craft and has Excellent Customer Service! Turns out I paid a fraction of what I would have paid if I went to other outlets; but what's more important than price is finding a Business that is Honest, Excellent, and has Integrity! Mr. Dino is Exemplary and is the embodiment of the saying "Hone Skills and Earn Your Chops". I will refer The Battery Exchange and will be a repeat Customer :-)

Great place to get affordable refurbished batteries. Got a battery there and it died few months later cause of a shortcut in my car. They replaced it since it was under the year warranty, no questions asked.

I swapped a battery asking a non English speaking dude there if this doesn’t work can I take it back. Well it turns out the guy that speaks English there that wasn’t there when I was says no and the spanish guy says si. I brought it back within 30 mins. No refund. Now they have both batteries because they are no good to me and I am out $55. Seriously just keep driving down to walmart and get the cheap battery there with an actual return policy. This place is trash.

When you don't have the money for a new $275, this is a lifesaver. 4 stars, it was a little busy and chaotic at first. It was hard to tell who was next in line when people were just standing around. Same with who was working there or not. Overall if it gets us 6 months until I get a new one I'll be happy 😊😁
Called and texted and was told they had the correct size battery for my car I paid for it had my roommate pick it up and went about my day. They gave the incorrect battery and told me they won’t give me my money back and actually never had the correct battery in stock to begin with. NEVER go here. Rip off and a waste of time and money. This place has awful reviews but I figured I’d give it a shot and see for myself and learned the hard way. Praying for a swift downfall of this place

I needed a battery and had been scrambling around to schedule a tow truck and getting my car up to their store all day. I finally got it towed and I made it to the store on Saturday right before they closed at 3pm. Will, I believe was the guy who approached me, he took a look at it and was able to get me a battery, and him and the other technician installed it within 10mins right before they closed!!! The customer service here was absolutely wonderful! "Will" took the time out to answer any questions I had and when I told him that I just needed a battery that worked and preferably the cheapest one you have, that's exactly what he did for me... He blessed me with a good battery for my money's worth! My hood prop wasn't staying in place right and he took the extra time out to make sure that was fixed for me as well when he didn't have too. Great customer service doesn't go unnoticed with me and I appreciate it! Also "Lamar" took the time out to help answer any questions or concerns I had along with "Will." You guys should definitely make it to where these guys get tips from every customer included in the total of what the battery cost because these gentlemen where great! Thank you again!
