Quick Review for my worst case scenario. We are driving down Central and the tire pressure indicator goes off. 😳 I go flat almost immediately and park at the tile store almost a block away. The gentlemen their and a young mechanic were great enough to walk an air tank over!!! Tire reinflated so I could get it across the street. Had me patched up and ready to go in NO TIME! (Valve stem) To the point: I was already having a rough morning so I was fully ready to crash out over this. I had somewhere to be. They were telling me "I'm good to go!" before I even realized what happened. Thank you! Your card is on my fridge now. Salute to Pasedena Car Wash as well for sending me to these guys!

The guys at Pasadena Car Care are excellent! They provide excellent customer service, wonderful prices, and are so hospitable to their customers. Just as an example, yesterday, Dave literally bought me a water with money from his own wallet when I came in after walking from my house to pick up my car. The work on my car is always well done too. I have gotten work done here numerous times and always recommend them to others when their car is acting up.

Always very helpful and so happy to have them as our car repair guys. Dave went above and beyond!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Dave B involving my vehicle needing new struts as mine were beyond bad! He was amazing, very professional and took the time to explain in detail what was going on. We need more people like him in this world that care about the customers needs and making it a positive experience. My vehicle was ready in a few short hours! Definitely will be using Pasadena car Care for all my vehicle needs from now on!

In just two months I spent about $1,400 here on two re-manufactured starter replacements, and my Jeep is worse than when I dropped it off. New problems appeared immediately each time — after each install, the multiple warning lights came on and $900 worth of new repairs needed. They admitted the starter had come undone or disconnected? but didn’t know how, and still it needed full replacement again only two months later. They tried to bill me for warranty work ($80 more than the last remanufactured starter) until I questioned it and the warranty causing them to backtrack, used another shop’s paperwork left in my car to push upsells without properly inspecting it. If they had inspected what they tried to sell me on they would see it was brand new… had they looked. I received my vehicle back loosely reassembled with trash left inside, a malfunctioning screen, ZERO MILES logged for a test drive. They also violated multiple FDACS requirements, especially Florida Statute §559.911. My repair was completed Sept. 12, but I wasn’t given an invoice until Sept. 16 when I went in person. It was printed that day but backdated to Sept. 15. If they’re this careless on something so small, what other violations do you think they’re ignoring? Negligence, lack of accountability, and a willful disregard of professional repair standards defined my entire experience here, leaving me to pay the price.

The service was excellent! I had damage as a result of hitting a sign in the middle of the road. My damage was diagnosed and I was not charged.

Very pleased. I pulled up with a flat tire on new car. Dave was attentive and polite. Checked all my other tires for pressure and told me to return if the computer sensor doesn't turn off. I'm heading back this week. It was under $11 for the repair. Very impressed.

I’ve been coming here for a couple years now for my oil changes and they have always been top notch. They check my car for safety and inform me when things need to be done and when things can be put on the back burner for future repair. I love that they never pressure you and are always very knowledgeable and informative. Highly recommend them for good, reasonable and courteous service.

Pasadena car care was so great! My battery died and autozone wasn’t able to change Volkswagen batteries due to the computer coding it needed so they recommend I come here. They were so welcoming and nice here, got me in and out and did a great job with a great price! Would highly recommend!

Got referred here by a different place I called when I cranked my truck to leave Florida and gas poured out of the bottom. They recommended a tow company that was there for me very quick, and they called me to confirm the truck had arrived at their shop. The work was done the next day, and everything was explained to me as the process played out. Billy was great to deal with, and Bob explained what the shop had done in full detail when I picked it up. They were also honest and told me the best they could do was a temporary fix to get me home and that I should get Ford to do it properly. They did this instead of telling me “it’ll be a week to get the part” and letting it sit until the part came. They knew I wanted to get home, and they did what they could do to get me taken care of. If I ever have any more problems in the area, they’re the only ones I’m calling. Highly recommended.

Pasadena Car care made my day today. After getting ripped off by Jiffy Lube in the past. I dread going into have any work done. Today I went to Pasadena car care and not only was the service outstanding, but the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I pulled into the shop because my oil light went off randomly. The staff was so great to take care of me on the spot just before closing time! I appreciate their kindness so much. They have a new customer for sure!

I was recommended here for new tires. This place is so friendly with fresh coffee while you wait. I overheard one of the mechanics explaining EVERYTHING in detail to a happy customer. I thought to myself, full disclosure and transparency, exactly what costumers in this industry want and deserve from their mechanic. I highly recommend this place if you’re a woman like me, managing your car maintenance!

Wow I just received a call from Dave over ar Pasadena car care. Even though they didn't get the business from me(do to me having to make a quick decision and closer shop nothingtodowithPasadena)Dave still took the time to make sure I had gotten the problem solved. We had a mechanic on St Pete Beach, Nettie, forever and when he retired he sent our family to Pasadena Car Care. It's a thriving business, and I was used to dealing with one person...but Pasadena Car Care...as busy as they are...always has time for my questions and concerns. They are fantastic and I feel confident driving long distances in my 2008 Sienna because they take such good care of my van.

Waited, all day for an oil change and to have my AC looked at. At the end of the day I got a call. ThatI need a brakes. For $350 The AC was an air compressor for over $1500. And a simple oil change for $50 turned into $209. I didn’t even want them to look at the brakes. There was no noise coming from them now there is feel like it cost me an awful lot to have my brake screwed up. Feel like I was ripped off will not be returned customer.

I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I had a grinding sound and they checked all the brakes, tires, bearings and steering. Took it for a ride, even had me come over and ride along with them. Must have been something stuck underneath that freed itself up. They spent some time looking but couldn't find anything. Wouldn't take any money when I tried to pay them. Really good honest outfit. I dealt with Dave and he was great. Pasadena Car Care was the only place that would accommodate me for same day service. They are friendly and honest which is important in this type of business. I would highly recommend them!

We have had several good experiences with Pasadena Car care but not this time. We made an appointment 5 days in advance for new brakes and an oil/filter change. We were told to bring it in at noon on Friday. We brought the vehicle in at 8:00 a.m. At about 1:30, we were called and told the vehicle was done and they quoted a very low price. My husband questioned this and they said they had called the wrong person. At 3:00, they called and said we needed brakes but they didn’t have time to do them and wouldn’t get to it until Monday leaving us with no vehicle for the weekend. Why did we make an appointment? We picked up the vehicle and went elsewhere. This is not the service we expected from them.

This place helped me out when I was stranded in Pass-A-Grill with a failing alternator. Not only did they get me back on the road in a few hours, they made me feel welcome and in some ways like family. It was clear watching other customers that this place cares and goes the extra mile to take care of their customers. I just wish I lived close enough to make my regulars service stop.

Brought it my ole '04 Highlander for a braking issue. Needed my booster and brake master cylinder replaced. Called around and the pricing was in line with other local area shops. Pasadena Car Care Center was recommended to me by a friend so I was sold. Turned out I worked with one of the advisors at another shop. The experience was great, friendly staff. Happy to report my car brakes smoothly. Will go back for any other issues I may have. Highly recommend.

Per my history, I rarely give 5 star reviews. Pasadena Car Care are a solid choice for all your car care needs. They are dependable, practical, and will work with you to help you save money. I have used them several times and have yet to be disappointed. Their pricing is straight forward and I haven't heard many negatives from others that have used them.

We are visiting from Ontario and experienced a rubbing, scraping noise coming from the left front of the car. We asked for the name of a repair shop at our hotel and they recommended Pasadena Car Care Center. We were so pleased with the prompt response, the service (courtesy pickup) and the reasonable cost. In addition, they checked our rear brakes and insured they were repaired for a safe journey home. We highly recommend them. 5 plus stars!!!

Went in for a tire issue. Billy (and Super Dave) took me through what was going and got a great deal on a replacement. Quick, straight shooting and friendly. As a bonus, while I was waiting I witnessed how they took great care of an elderly customer who had her hands full with her companion who was ailing. Got them sorted and on their way with compassion. Highly recommended these folks.
