We are moving and donated items from our home. The movers were respectful and did a great job moving the large bulky items.

Spent my last 35 bucks to come all the way down here from tarpon springs for a job interview. Someone didn't give out the information they should have that disqualified me automatically. That part is fine but come on. Do your job. Now I can't get home. Walking from here to Tarpon Springs. Not even offered a way home. Disgusting.

This place saved my life! Anyone lost in alcoholism or addiction should not hesitate to come in!

The people running this place have NO compassion, I broke down and was able to put put my vehicle here to seek help... They came at me yelling and threatening me.... If you want help or want to help people, AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE IT IS!!! Edit: I will NEVER go here unless the director AND the manager are no longer there as they traumatized me by threatening to take everything I own because I went there to seek help! The manager even got happy when I broke down in the middle of traffic right in front of the thrift store building and scrambled to figure out how to get it started again before everything I owned was towed from me.... Do not donate a penny to this place until the people running it are long gone and someone who cares starts working there... I got a feeling they're ONLY setup for grant reception and if you don't come with a grant (aka you make them more $ than they'll ever spend on you) they mistreat you and wish you ill

I will never forget my time at this precious place! I walked in broken, lost, pending criminal charges and a heart that needed purpose! A was always a believer. I had a good family that raised me from right and wrong. When I walked into the bubble, I did not know what to expect. It was tough at first, living in close quarters and working in the environment is not easy. It was a lot easier and nicer than where I was sleeping on the streets with nothing. Alone and miserable. I made not just friends, I met FAMILY that I will remember and love for the rest of my life! When I look back at my time at this center, I realize how much fun I was having. How much healing came into my life mentally and physically. Healing into my heart. I realized the people around me did not just want to just help me, they wanted to save my soul. They wanted me to be happy and the best version of me. They lifted me to a place of true self-worth and happiness I did not know. Growing up I was a aspiring professional athlete. I got hurt and realized my dreams we're not a reality. I joined the United States Army and serve my country overseas for over 3 years. I discharged honorably and came home. I started to isolate and party. It is a long story, I ended up with criminal charges for stealing to support my habit. I was court-ordered to this program. I met many of men who were there on their own free will. Either way, however you arrive. It just matters that you make it through the door and never give up. I have not been perfect since leaving and had my slips. I can say, I love my life and I am still fighting the good fight! Happy and connected! Never think you are alone. The people that operate the center have all gone through the program! They all have different experiences, lean on them as they lean on you! If you really want help, REALLY want it! Show up! Let God use the love of this place. It will take you to a place far greater than you could ever ask or imagine. It may be difficult to adjust in the beginning, there might be people half your age or double your age. I became family with all those I met. I am forever grateful for the precious time and the relationship I found with my higher power. The relationship I cherish so very much to this day almost 10 years later! You will work, that's what adults do! They will take you to fun places, maybe to a Lightning game or a Rays game as well. Maybe a concert or a spiritual retreat camp with sports, worship and fun! There will be negative people there who are not there for the right reasons. Put a gap in between yourself and those. Lean on the ones that are reflecting the light of sobriety and happiness. If you go, embrace it, all of it. The good with the bad! Do it for YOURSELF, you will have a time of your life. Trust in HIM. -JOSHUA 1:9- Thank you St. Pete ARC! Love all of you.

I've never went through the ARC here but I did go through the one in Orlando florida and two of the staff members that currently work for the Saint pete ARC worked for the Orlando ARC when I was in there. They are some great guys. Will & Kevin Kruluts they were tough and they didn't talorte any nonsense from anyone especially when they saw promise and potential in a person. I needed thar from them guys. Saint Pete Captains are great people also never met them but I've heard nothing but good about them. They are tough but that's what most of us need when coming into a program. Much love and respect for the salvation army

Your clearwater store is selling a bike thats almost not even ridable for 100$ And then can only drop down to 60$ After asking to lower the price. If you saw how the bottom bracket and back hub perform, I believe you would agree that this is a huge rip off to anyone that trys to buy the bike. Im serious, the bearings are shot, and its only a matter of time after someone starts riding it that they break down. And then the 60$ you spent will have gotten you a bike thats not working anymore. Is this fair to the customers of your company? This is equivalent to used cars being bought and by people who know whats wrong with the vehicle but hide the truth from you. I do understand that this is a donated item. So Salvation army is making 100 percent profit. Thag goes to helping the homeless and rehab guests and their a non profit. This is a matter of integrity. To expect someone to purchase a vehicle like this for that asking price is no doing the most good. Its scamming.

Nice prices but starting to price up like Goodwill. Fair variety of items. Check out was a bit slow today, but there was an issue with one of the registers. Generally a decent store.

The Salvation Army showed me how to truly live, love, and find happiness. If you or someone you know is struggling and wants to live again this is the place to go. Words can't describe how grateful I am for everything that I've gotten from the entire organization.

A my boyfriend is there getting help. I am able to drop money and items off to him. The first 30 days you can't leave. It is a good program. So far he is doing well he has been in 3 weeks. He will be there for 6 months if all goes well.

Very unprofessional workers who randomly scream out to communucate across the floor . it was very startling initially..thinking thete was a fight. Totally unnecessary. Its just rude. Never answer the phone when ive called to check on specials. STOP YELLING EVEN MNGMNT DIES THIS. Very weird behavior. One guy yelled to a co worker while i was facing him ...hury my ears. I asked him why he did that and he replied cuz we have to ....he seemed put out that i asked him not to yell in my face. Atleast step aside and do it. Just a silly store...but plz stop yelling and making a disturbance ppl. The mng encourages it...goes around like a drill sergeant making stupid talk to other workers for fun i guess.
