The guys there are really nice, and I would go there again. I had a slow leak in my rear driver's side tire, the mechanic did a quick test and found d my valve stem may just need to be tighter down. Sure enough, that fixed it! Quick and courteous!
Chaz was so polite , knowledgeable and friendly . He helped me out quicker than ANY other local business would have and at a very fair price . I drive all over lake county for work and have used many local tire shops in the past : This one is the best . Thank you !
This is a "good old boys", small town, tire and auto repair place in downtown Eustis. I have gotten all of my tires here for several years, a brake job, a rotor replacement, and more... and always felt that they took good care of me and the price was always fair. I'll keep coming back.
Finally, a competent repair shop with reasonable rates. I have now used them several times, and in every case, I left with it fixed and my pocket book still intact. Yes, I do recommend them to my friends.

They really helped me out in one of my worst times! Had a salty ex slash 3 of my tires and Charles really hooked me up! He was really a Blessing to me and I'll refer people to that shop until I'm blue in the face ! 😭
We love Chaz! He’s helped us with our trouble maker Tiguan for the last two years. We are finally selling the car but even when we get something else THIS IS OUT MECHANIC. He’s great.

Dropped a tire off for repair. Was told 1 hr. Came back 1hr 15 minutes and they were just starting on it. Waited 20 minutes for it. Checked before I put it back on and still leaked. They redid it while I waited but forgot the valve stem cap.
Stopped by about a week ago, and I was very disappointed. The owner/ manager was inappropriate with me! Not only was he inappropriate.. his overall attitude towards his staff was appealing! I’m surprised he has anyone willing to work for him! Won’t go back!!
I was lucky enough to be referred to this shop by a fellow antique car enthusiast. I have a '62 corvette and had an engine fire. This place helped me get the car there and did a marvelous job. I've been back three times for various maintenance items and it has been a great experience every time.
Even after showing up later than expected he stayed until after closing to change tires after it was originally supposed to be just a swap from spare tire to bad tire. He put the spare on the rim that the bad tire was on so could have the proper lug nuts securing it to my vehicle. His price for doing all of this was still reasonable than other places and he thankfully had the lug nut key to take my tire off the vehicle when I was unable to find mine. He was friendly, courteous and very well knowledgeable for his craft. I have no problem with doing business there again if and when needed. Also once he got started it didn't take long at all for doing everything that was eventually done.
I have never had such a pleasant experience with an auto repair shop! Chaz was kind, courteous and very knowledgeable! Fixed my mom's vehicle really fast. Will definitely trust them again in the future
I have to preface this review with the fact that I really hate getting tires. It's a necessary evil like root canals or colonoscopies. I drove up to J and J and was greeted by an employee outside. Spoke with Rick, found my tires and was told it would be an hour for 4 new tires. Walked a block up to downtown Eustis, walked around, made a few business calls and walked back down to the shop. My car was ready in 1 hr. Very happy with the service and price. Bonus was supporting a local run business, instead of a chain. Have already recommended the shop to 2 friends.
This place has the kindest service. I got a flat across the street with my 4 yr old grandson with me. They fixed the tire, didn't charge me and just asked that I send people their way. Needed a tire 2 weeks ago, I sent my husband to them, he got a great deal and great service! I highly recommend them!!!
Always done right by me. I've taken three different vehicles to them for different issues and always let me know if had another issue than what I came in for but never pressured me into doing more than what I came for to start with. Prices are fantastic and will continue to come back.
Honest, kind, & reasonably priced. I came here for 4 tires; hands down, their prices were the best. Paul, the young man who installed my tires, had a great attitude and clearly has much pride in his work. He proudly shared his knowledge of tires. Owner Jimmy was very welcoming and made me feel like family.
They’re awesome. Both times I’ve had a nail in my tire they were able to help me out in 10 minutes or less. I seriously drove up and before I was even out of my seat they greeted me with a jack under my car. Would definitely recommend them for quick and easy tire repairs.
Changed all 4 tires on my truck for a great price. I have custom rims and they went above & beyond to acquire the right tools to get the job done! I Spent some time inside with the Owner while waiting for this, and so I was able to personally witness him being fair and honest with each and every customer who came in or called on the phone. It's hard to find honest mechanics these days, so it was refreshing to witness this coming from the OWNER here. I live far away but I will definitely travel here from now on whenever I need something for my truck!
If you ever need tires replaced in a hurry I highly recommend J & J to be your first call! The response time was immediate and the professionalism from Dolphi was highly impressive! I was stranded from a blow out after I hit a curb on my way to work. I was totally stranded. I hit the AcuraLink assist button and they said yes, they would tow me but to the closest dealer (in Sanford) I declined as I needed my car to stay local and I knew that would take days and extra money to get back. J & J Tire Shop in Eustis and they replaced my tire and I was able to pick it up the same day! I was also able to keep my business local and not in Sanford which would've been a hassle to pick up and in the long run cost way more for the tire/parts. All the employees of J & J Tire and Service Center are always super accommodating and highly customer service oriented. A Huge thank you to J & J Tire Shop for saving my day!
