I have been dealing with them for a long time about 15 years only had 2 problems in that time but they were Johnny on the spot and had me fixed up same day no extra charge. Will not take my transmissions to nobody else. Thankyou Chad and julie.

I've used Transmission Physician twice. The first time they rebuilt my transmission for my Buick Verano and this time they replaced my husband's clutch in his Chevy Cruze. They do good, honest, work for a fair price and Julie in the office has exceptional customer service.

Had to have a 68RFE switch out. Aiden got me taken care of quickly and did the job right the first time and Julie spent the time to make sure the repair order was spot on. So, got it done quickly, correctly, and at a great price. Small town feel in a shop that knows what they’re doing; highly recommend. Thanks guys.

The whole crew is very nice.. They fixed everything that was wrong with my suv. They also put a water pump on my truck which I didn't have to pay for. That was incredible nice of them. I would definitely recommend them to my friends & family

Wow. They replaced the clutch on my 23 year old truck and its running like new. They also fixed the hood latch which wasn't closing due to an accident. Can't say enough about these guys.

I had a wonderful experience using Transmission Physician to repair an oil leak in my 2015 Silverado. Their professionalism from start to finish was above and beyond. The repairs needed were explained in detail and a very fair estimate was provided. My truck was even ready one day earlier than initially determined. Julie is definitely the face of the business and is one of the nicest people I’ve ever dealt with - especially in the auto repair field. I am not related to anyone who works here-just a happy customer!

What a great experience. The communication was prompt and in depth. The front office people were friendly and helpful. My car was sadly on it's last leg. I did not get a repair. I would definitely use this shop and recommend to friends.

Great people up here at the shop! Brought in my ford 2018 10 speed within the same day Julie was able to give me quotes on a rebuild or new transmission. Very reasonably priced so we decided to go with it and within 4 days I had my truck back. The work speaks for itself! Just had a follow up done on the truck for leaks too! Highly recommended!

I scheduled my appointment for Monday and someone canceled on Friday I had to have my Lead Frame replaced dropped it off at eight and had my truck fixed and ready the same day. I highly recommend them.

It's rare to find such high standards of service these days—I'm thoroughly impressed and highly recommend them.

Called and talked to Julie on the phone about my transmission acting funny. She told me to drop it off to do an inspection. Turned out everything was OK . I had thrown a code on my throttle body that was resulting in my transmission performance. She redirected me to someone to take care of this issue to get repaired. In the end there shop did me right not charging me what I intended to pay. I will be returning if anything else comes to repairs on any of my vehicles. Awsome customer service and very honest people.

Chad & the whole crew is awesome! I came all the way from Ocala I heard Chad was the best and he did not disappoint! Got my truck back up and running in a timely manner and we really appreciate his hard work & expertise in giving our 1993 Chevy a new transmission to keep it running beautifully!

I got my transmission rebuild a couple months ago and they did Fantastic and shifts amazing. I’ve gotten many of complaints with passengers riding in my truck. I have a f350 diesel with a decent amount of power and Chad recommended the “4x4 Heavy Duty” rebuild and that was the best decision I made. They were pretty quick with my rebuild and kept me updated with every step in the process. If you want your transmission rebuilt these are the people to go to. The price was pretty fair, can’t complain. They have warranties and their are a man of their word. Julie and Chad did amazing and I will forever recommend transmission work to them.

My 2014 ram 2500 decided it wanted all gears to be neutrals. Dropped her off at the transmission physician on a Monday. Diagnostic was quick and I had a written estimate within a few hours. I use the truck daily for work so a short downtime is critical. I was given a two week time frame for a full heavy duty rebuild. I got the call she was ready two days shy of the quoted time. Price was reasonable and communication was amazing. The truck is running great and I would highly recommend Transmission Physician. Thank you!!!!
