👀👀 They said they were working with me and my concerns, seems to be riding worse after a full day of being serviced. 🔍🔎 😲 😔 So many questions❓ praying for the best. This is my personal experience in real time. (Saturday February 8th, 2025. Had a conversation yesterday with owner, 😞😮The car 🚗 won't go into gear, won't engage into driving positions. Humming sound only, loud burning smell (4 days now since date 📅 of purchase).. his response was to give it a couple of days and see what happens, Sir, the car is undrivable, as in parked in the driveway. " The ball in his court now, I'm still counting on Him being a man of Integrity and doing the right thing! 💯
The main question ⁉️❓ everyone has been asking me for the past few days, is did you read the reviews before purchase, and the answer is NO, I did not read the reviews until after I started having concerns. As of Monday, today March 3rd, 2025. Update........👀😳😲 Finally secured my tag, But to sum things up, drove said car for 4 days before it had to be parked, Was told by Lisa to "take my review down and they would help me. " , and then Was told by owner. "It's my car 🚗 and my problem, because I tried to stab him in the back by giving him one star and a bad review" No I didn't try to, I was still counting on either you guys paying for repairs or giving me a refund, partial or something.... I tried for the last several weeks, since purchase, to give them the opportunity to correct the circumstances and help my situation. Continued to be professional and polite at each encounter. Finally taking it to a reputable mechanic 🧰. And after Day 7 and full diagnosis it was discovered that the transmission fluid was black, ( and transmission fluid is red mind you) and full of metal. And I have to replace the transmission. From my personal experience with this dealership. I totally would not recommend. And I forgive them still for all I've had to go through. Spending 4K on a car 🚗 sitting in the driveway, and now another 4K for a new transmission. And like I said before, because of my personal experience.. I WOULD 🚫 NOT BE ABLE TO RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.😕 Or intimidated by all your ppl.
It was emergency on the spot that I needed a vehicle at the time they were the only one open closes to me..
And I went here and lisa was a great and terrific on helping me to the fullest that I had no knowledge of do anything transferring all my paperwork she took care of every little detail under an hr...all I did was hand here my driver license and $3,000 cash and drove with a new vehicle to move me around..GodBless here..and my GodBless everyone...
I would not recommend doing business with establishment! My mom was recently in a car accident and with what she received she got a car from these guys. As a 50+ woman i feel like they took advantage her given her lack of knowledge of cars and car parts. Before anything was signed the owner reassured my mom she would have a 30 day warranty with her as-is vehicle; soon after documents were signed and she received the vehicle she purchased she began smelling burning fumes as well as having shakes while driving as little as 30 miles an hour. My mom went and got a diagnostic ran turns out it has a bad transmission smh. When she called to try and reach out, instead of honoring the 30 day warranty they let her know her only option was to bring it back to be checked and looked out! And THEN went ahead and told her they no longer were going to help her only under the circumstance she removed her review listing what she was experiencing. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!
I brought a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe from here 07 /03/23 and it's already towed back to them after the motor and transmission is shot and the owner could give a tinkers damn about me I gave them my last after just losing everything I had in a car and even tho it's as is ..they sell you a dream of o we got a mechanic and no worries he fixed it ...B.S.i got receipts I've been having issues with that car since I drove it off the lot called the next morning and yes I'll admit I can say sometimes I was at fault when Lisa would tell me to bring it to the mechanic as I continued to complain I asked for a ride and that was my only problem then when I have ride mechanic tied up or out sick or just not there..but after thre months I'm walking
I helped my son purchase a car from this shady operation. Within a month the car was having major oil leaks, transmission needed changed, upon further inspection from some garages near me it was found to have much more damage than major oil leaks and transmission problems. We tried to trade it in and the dealer we went to said it was totaled and maybe that’s why they aren’t calling you back about the title. They never sent us the title and after playing phone tag for a month they said it’s all electronic now. Stay away, they are thieves.
Don't waste your money here. I purchased a vehicle from them and within 2 months of driving it the transmission started having major problems. Along with the vehicle coming with 4 blown out shocks, a crushed oil pan, major oil leaks that they said were fixed. Lower ball joints were no good, radiator was leaking, front crank seal leaking, rear axels leaking, had over heating codes, and the drivers headlight bulb would not work. Battery terminals were also very loose and would sometimes disconnect from the battery while driving. They also never told me the vehicle was previously totaled. I highly recommend not going here.
Definitely do not recommend the worse dealership in eustis very pushy Steve is very very rude and the cars are no good didn't have my truck for 3 weeks and had to put a transmission in it just by far the worse
I love them they are God sent peoples to me I have been looking and I was led to them. Oh iam Soo happy. The boss picked me up And it was eazy and grate peoples Lisa was so nice and if I need her she is right there for me and the needs of this vehicle. And Steven is also me thank you Steven you are a very good man. Keep it up. I loved the conversation on our way to BSS auto Thank you. Simply put. I've bought 2 vehicles from the dealership. Sale process was very easy. Come in with a valid DL, Cash and be able acquire insurance for the car you get and your good to go.
Bought a car from them the beginning of July 2021 and a few days later I was having a hard time starting the car, went to auto zone and found out what was wrong and went back to them and they fixed the problem and said if I have anymore problems bring it back and it did it again and I called them and they said to bring it back in and they would look at it, they found out the problem and fixed it with no cost to me at all and my car run just fine now, so I would recommend them. All the people there was very nice everytime I talked with them.
I bought a vehicle. And i got home 20 miles away the car was extremely overheating. Took it back they said it was fixed. For me to get home and find out it has the same issue. Meanwhile there salesman Brian told me that till the car is foxed i didn't have to give them any money. Well they used that with the high.late fees to repossess the vehicle.
Terrible place to buy a car. They sold me a Limon the next day the car was undrivable. At the dealer I noticed some problems the owner told me 3 different times the car was fixed in the same day after having test driving and noticing something. After trusting it was okay the next day my car wouldn't work lost $3,000, plus they get there parts from the junk yard. Unreliable dealership.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Does not work well with customers, MONEY HUNGRY , very nasty and rude receptionist named Lisa !!! They tore my car apart under the hood & denied it then called me out of my name through texts & calls. Did not try to accommodate or help me at all just wanted more money then threatened to come get my car . Hated this experience NEVER AGAIN . thanks to Browns Auto Sales i am riding nice and i love the staff there go check them out in Leesburg Florida 🤞🏾
So far so good. Nice people. Car runs as should. People tend to forget this is a As Is Dealer. You get what you see. We love our new car. Overall impressed with the ease to get the car, prices, and service.

My husband John Fearon and myself cannot recommend this business enough!! Lisa (the office manager) is such a pleasure to work with. Everyone who works there is so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Most of all they go above and beyond in order to help out a customer. Our vehicle was in an accident and the car (also a BSS vehicle...the BEST CAR WE'VE EVER HAD BY THE WAY...we still miss that 2003 Nissan Murano) was totalled by the insurance company, we went back to see Lisa and her team, she (and everyone) is so honest, really knows the needs of my husband, me and our family, we test drove a Dodge Journey SUV, this fit the bill. The best thing in the world is that they are willing to work with you. All the way from a down payment, to payments and MOST OF ALL REPAIRS!!! We had the crank shaft sensor replaced for an UNBELIEVABLY reasonable price, the mechanic had the bad one out and the brand new one in within 45 minutes!!!! Fantastic work!!! They had also helped me in an emergency with an over heating problem, without a giving me a line of stories, no hemming and hawing. Lisa even gave me a ride home because the car really wasn't usable. THEY EVEN HAD THE SUV/CAR FIXED BY THE NEXT DAY!!!! One of the wonderful guys who works there even brought the vehicle back to our home!!! We honestly are so impressed after dealing with not so honest people in the past, bad mechanic work in the past...just dealing with BSS AUTO SALES is a pleasure...honestly and truly a pleasure. Why would I or my family really go anywhere else? That would be insane....WE STAND BY BSS AUTO SALES 1000000%. P.S. the vehicle/suv hasn't over heated since....not one problem...the vehicle/suv is super nice to drive...also gives us piece of mind since I work over an hour away 5 days a week :) :) :)
I am buying a car now from them the firdat two weeks radiator blew got it for one hour before it did it again they finally fixed after three weeks charge me out the a** to fix got behind o payment was paying everyday and I stopped cause all im doing is killing myself over this car now they want it back guy blocked me in at drive thru threatening to call cops and have me and kids removed from car they haven't got the car yet just waiting for that one time till they do
Run dont walk away! All their cars are junk with a shine! We've got two cars from them. Both were barely taped together. As for their customer service? Laughable! I was late one time. My fault, I forgot to call in the payment. The "lady" (and I say that loosely ) threatened to come get the car, not even a week late. Not, hey you forgot your payment...no, we're getting the car! I can not wait to drop this piece of crap off at there door!
BUYER BEWARE!! The lady that works there plays super nice but don't fall for it. They don't give a d*** about you once something goes wrong with the car. They put the cars together good enough to run for a limited amount of time. The rigged my car to the point of where some pieces were hanging from wires. If you look at some of the parts in thew cars you'll see marks from her "guy across the street". Not to mention her "boss" is never there but i can tell you from the minor conversations I've had with the lady there hes a real d***. They need to drop one S from the name of the company.
