Mark is a real one, he tested my battery for me right at opening time and went through some hoops just to search the warranty on my battery which u bought from them last than yet years ago. He found the warranty info and replaced and rechecked my battery. Incredible polite service despite not actually making money from my visit. God bless Mark and the safe here! Thank you so much!

ALWAYS, ALWAYS helpful with advice and product knowledge. More than helpful with knowledge of vehicle's repair needs. I will ALWAYS choose this store, over all other auto parts locations. Everyone should, in my opinion. Very professional staff -- every visit.

My husband went in today and he speaks broken English, first language is Spanish. But nothing a Google translator and a picture of the item he needs can’t fix. For starters, My husband went in greeting an older man who works here saying “hello how are you” in English and the older man didn’t greet back, just ignores him. Then my husband proceeded to show a picture of what he needed and he just sent him to the back instead of going to go and help him, another women who works there was able to help him and actually helped look for the item. But the older man had no type of customer service and my husband felt like he just got shooed away. it’s not a good feeling when you’re looked down upon for not knowing English well but my husband tried his hardest and everything felt racially motivated.

I love this store. Tara and her crew exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. I used to think highly of Autozone, but from highly priced non-OEM parts ftom China that don't even fit your vehicle and staff that are no longer really knowledgable about automobiles. I think the company has become officially a corporate mega company that only offers its customers the bottom line of parts and service that pushes its own non-OEM, after market parts which costs more than original OEM parts that you can order online. This is a recipe for diasaster.

I stopped by AutoZone Store #2406 to drop off some flyers for our upcoming car show fundraiser, and the team couldn’t have been more supportive! They not only welcomed the event but even donated a raffle bucket to help us raise funds. Their kindness and community spirit really stood out. I went into this location store 2406 and the store manager Mary was nothing but amazing. I'm a true believer in God and when I say Mary blessed me she did just that. I thank you for having her in your store. She shows great management skills and she has wonderful and outstanding customer service. I wish we had more people like her in the management industry. When another nearby auto store wouldn’t put in one of their own batteries for us, we went to Autozone where Mark was a great help in getting the autozone battery installed in our vehicle.

Came in at 7:50 am July 25. Extremely grateful for Brandon Rose! When I walked it he was ready to assist me! I needed my battery changed ASAP. When he was changing my battery very friendly. He was having slight difficulty and it was good to see good team work. His coworker with the half dyed hair, didn’t get his name, came and assisted and the battery was changed in no time. Thanks Brandon!! You rock!!

The hours of operation are from 7:39 to 9 pm I went today at 8:56 and the store was already locked and the guy there wouldn’t want to help me, I do t know why do they offer scheduled hours if they’re not going to follow them

I stopped in to AutoZone recently, and as always, the team was incredibly kind and welcoming. Ed went above and beyond to help me. He was knowledgeable, patient and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service. I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of parts.

First class service! Picked up an alternator tonight with a problem Ed fixed the problem. I have a 50-year-old car with a V-8 in it. I show them the parts they know what I need. It’s just great service. always a good experience at that store . I drive out of my way just to go to that AutoZone . Everybody has a great attitude and they always help you don’t see that nowadays. Thanks Ed and the rest of the crew they should do a commercial at your store.

Manager Ed is absolutely amazing I made a call about my 2018 ford escape and he jumped right into action. Helping me diagnose all problems and helping me find the best affordable parts. My family and I were out on vacation when we ran into some car problems so I’m glad I went to this auto zone and met Ed. Honestly this man deserves all the accommodations that can be given. I had a nice experience today while at the AutoZone in Eustis. The young man that helped me was so nice, and helpful. He even went to my car and showed me step by step what to do, as he knew I would be doing it myself ( keep in mind I'm female and 60ish ). I looked at his name tag to get his name and JOE is also the GENERAL MANAGER, so I asked Joe who I should speak to give JOE a big thumbs up and some recognition for going above and beyond in his customer service skills. JOE seemed to think he was just doing his job. But I think JOE went above and beyond and want to make sure he is recognized. ******Thanks for making my day easier and not making me feel foolish when you realized the mistake I had made.

Several months ago, we purchased an ignition coil from AutoZone for a customer's vehicle. Due to the customer's limited funds, we marked the ignition coil to ensure we could identify which one had been replaced and was still under warranty. Today, when a second ignition coil went out, we returned to AutoZone to purchase a new one. While replacing the spark plugs and the new ignition coil, the same cylinder from the previous service failed again. Since the original coil was still under warranty, we went to your store to request a warranty replacement. Tara was extremely uncooperative from the beginning and falsely accused us of attempting to swap out the coil. She claimed that the coil we brought in did not have the Duralast brand on it, despite our technician pointing out that the C1670 ignition coil, which we purchased, does not feature the Duralast branding. Instead of addressing this calmly, Tara insisted that there were additional numbers or letters on the coil, accusing our technician of lying. If there were additional numbers or markings, this would have been an issue originating from AutoZone's supply chain, as this is the part that was provided to us. Tara's dismissive and confrontational attitude only escalated the situation, and she refused to acknowledge the validity of our warranty claim. The situation worsened when I called in to follow up on why our technician was charged an additional fee instead of being able to use the warranty. Tara failed to explain the discrepancy properly and neglected to mention her initial claim about the Duralast logo. Instead, she only stated that the part number was different, which was not the case. I clarified that I had all the correct information, and nothing was different, but Tara continued to make the process unnecessarily difficult. This experience was not only frustrating but also extremely disappointing. There was no apology for the confusion or any effort to make the situation right. Instead of resolving the issue promptly, we were subjected to poor customer service and an unprofessional attitude. If we had been attempting to fraudulently replace a part, we would have done so earlier in the day and not during our second trip which was a waste of both time, money, and energy. I am deeply dissatisfied with the way this situation was handled as we have never experienced treatment like this in the past. My hope is that in the future no one experiences this type of treatment from your staff and that this type of behavior is addressed.

Great expirence! Had check engine light on my new to me used vehicle. Was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable sales man who quickly diagnosed with a code reader. He had the part in stock and gave guidance for a diy repair. Saved me from a $350+ shop bill on a 40$ part and spared me the stress and hassle.

So Today at the Auto Zone off Bay St in Eustis; I was returning a wheel hub that was the wrong part; When I walked in Luis, Store Manager, greeted me immediately with a kind smile. He was quick to help me even when I didn’t have the debit card I purchased the hub with on me 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ To my absolute surprise, Luis didn’t think twice to over ride the return and give me cash!!! Luis, thanks again buddy. Definitely visiting your store next time 🫵🏽🫶🏽☺️

Lisa and Store Manager Louis were awesome! I had my battery checked, purchased, and installed quickly and efficiently. They made me feel very welcome. I'll definitely go there for all of my mechanical needs, and I highly recommend everyone to do the same.
