Everyone at this place are so friendly. They do great work and I trust what they tell me needs to be fixed or not fixed. They make sure its done right and keep you informed every step of the way.
Superb and quick brake service (rear pads & rotors) plus a tire plug for an embedded nail — all done in under an hour, late on Sunday afternoon! Elvis worked me in at 4:00pm on Sunday. Elvis (mgr) and Nate (mechanic) were friendly and accommodating, and the work was perfect. Highly recommended!!
Got to band practice and saw metal sticking out of my tire. Not good. Ran to the closest tire place and they wouldn’t help me. Drove over to Pep Boys and was in and out in 30 minutes and got back to practice in time to participate. This kind of service really matters and makes a bad situation turn out good! Thank you very much!
I was so stressed about my car. I had taken it to a mechanic and he told me I had a bad leak. I did not have enough $ to pay for it to be fixed right now. I decided to stop by Pep Boys just to see how much they would charge me to fix it. The guy there ... Elvis, was great. He had a guy in the back to check it out and I found out that I didnt even have a leak. They did fix what was needed and I was out of there within 30 minutes. It was less than half of what that mechanic was going to charge me. I would go back to Pep Boys in a heart beat. They are honest and definitely helpful. Thanks Pep Boys !
Had a great experience with them Elvis was very help and knowledgeable about why my tires were getting so bad and what tires would be best and affordable for my budget. Along with the tires I also had a oil change and filter change, they even checked my cabin filter which I didn't know I had.. overall very friendly and professional service. Made an appointment for a broken AC for first thing in the morning. Waited three hours during which they replaced the air filters. This did not solve the problem.
Made another appointment, was told I’d have to pay for an AC diagnostic. This is how I learned that one was not performed when I took the car in the first time. For a broken AC. They did eventually agree to waive the fee. Turns out it was a potentially catastrophic coolant leak.
I don’t know how difficult it was to identify this coolant leak, but I’m skeptical any due diligence was given at my first appointment. Glad I didn’t end up completely ruining my engine.
As a final cherry on top, the windshield wipers were both the wrong size and installed incorrectly.

I have had Positive experiences every time i've been there. Staff is great they give you a list of things your cars needs done after. They dont try to over sell repairs.
Amazing customer service. Listened thoroughly to me while I explained the issues I was having and gave me the attention I needed to get through the long laundry list of problems I had. Elvis was awesome! Excellent customer service and gave me a detailed explanation for the repairs that were made. Really impressed with the whole facility and everyone that I encouraged while my car was being serviced. I have recommender Pep Boys countless times in the last two weeks since getting my car back. My 2012 Chevy Traverse is running like she’s brand new!
Went in because my batt6light was flickering. I took it to be looked at. They told me I need a batter and front brakes plus some other things. The prices were out of sight so I just decided on the battery. After I asked how much is it and I was told 454 dollars!! I called another general repairs shop and they they would charge around 200 dollars! Pep boys is a total rip off! Your better off goi g to a regular repairs shop! I called back and I asked for some money back but they said come in and talk to the manager. I said he'll no im nor going in there because I paid way too much!! Don't go here! Your paying for the name!!
I arrived at Pep Boys around 8:45 a.m. and walked in, greeted Timmy and the larger gentleman at the desk. Timmy told me they were busy and would be with me shortly. After a few minutes, he asked what I was there for. I explained that I had an appointment for 9 a.m. He asked for my name, and when I gave it to him he said he didn’t see me on the list. He mentioned a few other names and then said there was someone “right behind” me, and actually reached over me to grab that person’s keys.
I told him my appointment was clearly my mistake, I thought it was for 9 when it was actually for 8 and he said they were already working on the actual 9 a.m. appointments, so I’d have to reschedule. I said that was fine and asked if he could reschedule it for me. He told me yes, just give him a few minutes. After waiting, he took my information and I left thinking we set it for next Wednesday.
When I got in the car and logged into my account, there was no appointment made at all.
I understand mornings can be busy, but the way this was handled was disappointing. I was barely greeted, spoken to abruptly, and literally reached over while trying to explain myself. And then to be told an appointment was made when it wasn’t? Completely unacceptable.
I don’t recommend this location based on the lack of basic customer service and courtesy. Management needs to be actively involved instead of allowing their team to treat customers this way.
Had a great experience with Elvis and Chris at Pep Boys in Eustis! My usual auto shop isn’t open on weekends and I took a chance and brought it here because my brakes were acting funny. They went above and beyond by having my car fixed in 48 hours, and even drove an hour to pick up some parts that were needed for the repair to ensure I had my vehicle back before Monday morning. The guys were very helpful and kind and I will definitely be using this location for any future car troubles!
This place could be better, I needed patch work done and they said it couldn’t be done cause I had 2 nails and it’s already been patched which is understandable. So they suggested a new tire and I asked them for a well priced tire because the 3 remaining tires I have are in really good condition I’ve only had them for a year and didn’t want to spend excessively on the 4th, when eventually I need to purchase 4 tires when I need them. The guy quoted me 225 for 1 tire, I told him I think I could get a better priced tire elsewhere he shrugged his shoulders. I also asked if they changed the battery fob keys he was quick to say no until his coworker grabbed my key and said let me see, he had them ordered for me and installed he was awesome. I would have to say there is a giant contrast between these 2 individuals one was ready to listen and look for solutions, the other didn’t make a sell and his disappointment filled the room. I did go to tire kingdom instead and they helped me right away, i paid 140 dollars for the tire and recieved great customer service. They were welcoming and engaged. I know were im going when im due for my tires to be swapped out and its not pep boys.

I had a litany of issues with my Volvo. I had an appointment with the VW dealer in my area, thinking they would know what to do with a European car. They refused to work on it because the electronic system was involved and it wasn't a VW. I went straight from VW to Pep Boys, reviewed my needs, and they knocked it out. The bill was a little rich, but they did so much more than I originally went for. EUSTIS FLORIDA
Had a flat I took tire off dropped it off the guy up front was really not wanting to be there I told him I'd leave it with him to fix but to let me know how much it would be well 1/2 hr later he texted and said it was ready get there he said it would be 37.00 and some change then they. Said they did a comp check up on my vehicle they never had my car I couldn't believe 37 Dollars they only had to take tire off and patch the guy at counter said he only had two guys and they work at there own pace he really didn't care and he said he told me usually it's around 40..to 50 bucks he never said that to me I really feel like I was ripped off never go to pep boys without getting it in writing and hope you don't have to deal with that guy....the tire shop one mile down the road after I went to pep went in and ask how much to patch a tire that's already off the car he said 15.00 so I feel like I was ripped off.
I needed a tire replaced on my rim and was in a big crunch for time. They accommodated me within 30 minutes and I was so appreciative. I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman that waited on me so I could give a proper thanks through this post.
Excellent service, great price. They didn’t have the tires we ordered upon arrival. To make good on that they gave us a price adjustment on a better set. They completed a thorough review of the car, and didn’t pressure us into buying everything. Instead, they helped us prioritize what was important.
I’m not going anywhere else.
My go to spot for car repairs. The gentlemen. That work the front desk are all a pleasure to work with. They will always steer you in the right direction. I have never had a problem with their work. I have used them multiple times for all of my vehicles.
Pep boys was one of my favorite parts stores. They only do auto service now as far as I can tell but this place was spot on. I wish I knew the 2 guys name’s that helped me so I could give them a shout out. They were friendly. They were helpful and they got the job done on both of my cars in a very timely matter. I have two more cars that I’ll be bringing here in the future. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs service done on their car and want a good experience. You guys rock! Thank you for being so professional and quick. Even my 2 infants were entertained and we were in and out so fast they didn’t get cranky. Again thank you for the service. A+

Do not recommend! After taking a break from this location, I decided to give them another try as they were under new management. Sorry I did.. first, I had stopped going previously because it was discovered that were were never rotating my tires even though that was one of the main reasons I would bring my car in for service. After purchasing two new front tires, I was told that the two tires would be put on the back. Hate myself for not checking when they pulled the car around but what would be discovered when I returned home was the new tires were put on the front and therefore the back tires were not rotated again!! Next, just a few weeks after having the car serviced my car was not performing properly. I felt something was wrong and pulled over. A gentleman stopped and helped me only to discover I had zero coolant in my car. The report from Pep Boys stated it was slightly discolored and no action was needed. After allowing the car to cool down, the gentleman helped me with the coolant situation. Thinking maybe there was a leak I’ve been checking daily and the coolant is still there. The gentleman did say I could have done damage to my car or head gasket thanks to the neglect of Pep Boys. I will obviously not be returning.
Not a great phone experience, they cancelled my appointment by email the day before, saying I missed the appointment. This is not possible because I do not own a time machine Girlfriend paid extra for tire rotation when she went, apparently they did not rotate her tires as she had marked the wheels. Too bad because at other locations I have had excellent service and excellent experiences. With so many options, it's my suggestion to pass on Pep Boys
You cannot fix this with me. I'm done. But you can fix it for future customers and I'd suggest starting there
Absolutely one of the best experiences with ANY shop I've ever dealt with. Fun environment. Quick service. Great at explaining things to you. Not everyone is a mechanic. Very reasonable prices too.

I had 4 tires put on my car today.
I got a flat tire and didn't have a spare so I had it towed to this location. I normally go to my home store in Leesburg that Mr. Dave runs. I had some initial worries but Mr. Evan gave me the best deal and was professional. He made me feel comfortable and I felt safe.
As a woman, you can never truly know if the prices are too high or if they are doing what is right but Mr. Evan took care of me. I recommend this store.
