I like this place... as far as "junkyards" go. The people are pretty nice, they've got a system that works, and their website gives you an idea of what you'll find there in the yard. DISCLAIMER: If you're looking at pics of a vehicle on their website and the availability date passed by more than a week, chances are that most of the "good stuff" has been pulled already by the pro squad. Don't show up expecting to pull that radio or those leather seats you see pictured. And expect to get dirty; the place looks like they hauled in moondust and just dumped it back there.

I need a door for a 2010 Chevy Colorado and there was 6 doors to choose from. For three dollars I was able to check all the vehicles for need parts..there are motors and transmissions on the rack waiting for you to pick up. I'll be there first thing in the morning to o pick my part. there are karts with four wheels to help with haul items to your vehicle. there hours are 7 days a week from 7 to 4:30. everyday. .

They gave a good price but won't come pickup, saying their distance limit is 40 miles, I'm 38 miles away but their system shows 41 miles, so after asking for a supervisor and not getting one, and telling me they can't change it and can't pick up, they hung up on me. No very professional.

Outstanding prices on their used body parts…… Example: A engine hood for a 2012 Toyota Camry in perfect condition - $30 + 10 core fee. Staff are very helpful, Knowledgeable, and friendly.

Fantastic selection and fantastic pricing. The associate at the counter, Ramz, was super helpful with figuring out what the system lists certain parts as. Pick Your Part continues to be the best place for strange car parts you don't want to pay an arm and a leg for on eBay. The parts pricing on the site is extremely clear about a lot of the things people are complaining about in previous reviews. The site has separate pricing for tires and wheels listed, as well as the cost for taking the tire off the wheel if you don't want it. So the guy complaining about being charged for a bald tire is his own enemy on that front. He did not read the site pricing and paid for it. I've had cashier 4948 int the past - the woman that another reviewer claimed was rude. I also declined the guarantee on my purchases and she joked with me that I can't come back and argue if it doesn't work. Empahsis on JOKE. She wasn't being rude to the other customer - she was bantering. When I had her I joked back and we had a little laugh. How other customers choose to respond to basic human interactions is clearly affecting how their day goes. And it's going poorly because they ruin their own day. That's not the cashier's fault you can't handle a joke. This Pick Your Part location is over 4 hrs from where I am and every time I've visited they have been phenomenal and friendly. The parts pricing is the pricing so if you don't want to pay $80 for a piston then maybe read the price list on the site and plan accordingly instead of assuming prices would be the same as they were ten years ago. As for people not answering the phone - it's a corporate line that does not ring to any individual locations. Search for your vehicle on the site, drive to the location, pay your $3 and take your chances. That's how it works. If you don't like it then don't shop at a junk yard. Pick Your Part has one of the best sites for searching inventory - use it and plan ahead.

Rams customer service was top notch. He was polite, personable, and super friendly.

I used to go here a decade or two ago and - back then - the folks who ran LKQ were very reasonable and helpful. I visited there yesterday to get two pistons for a project. Spent about an hour getting the pistons and expecting to pay 5 or 10 bucks a piece for them. When I finally got to the counter to pay, the old lady checking people out had to ask what the parts were that I had collected from the yard. I had to tell her that they were pistons and when she looked up "PISTON" in the computer, the default price was $81 a piece! I balked at this and then she asked me what I was expecting that they'd cost. I said about $5 a piece and then she gasped, "$5 for piston?" - twenty seconds ago she had no idea what they even were and now she was an expert on the market value of these hunks of metal? I can get these on Ebay for about $20; I just thought I could do the extraction myself and save a few bucks. I will never, ever, go back to that place for anything. If I need it, I will find it online somewhere for much less money and save my time, effort and busted knuckles. What follows is for the management, as I see that they read and respond to the bad reviews: i had to walk over and put the pistons back in the "I guess i don't want it, after finding out what they want for it" pile. Because I know how this business works, I know that those pistons will eventually be harvested as scrap metal because no one knows what vehicle they came from, and no one will buy them if they don't know what vehicle they fit. They might get 50 cent for the scrap metal value, when melted down. They could have got ten times that from me if they were reasonable, like the old staff used to be. Do better, or go the way of the dinosaur.

Went in a couple days ago with my wife we were looking for a tail gate for our truck and couldn’t find anything so we just grabbed a couple of small things and saw someone new his name I think was rams or something like that he was a really funny and sweet guy and tried his best to make me and my wife happy. The reason I’m writing this is because I’ve been going to this location for years with my wife and have never had a memorable experience like this hopefully he’s there every time

Would have given less stars but Rammes really helped me out FeliCa tried charging me 200 dollars for something that should have cost 20 bucks. Will not return if she is there.

Look the part up online and it said the part was in stock. Drove all the way out there the gentleman at the counter told me it was in stock and he told me where to go find it. I was charged $6 non-refundable entry fee and they don't even have the part not even the entire door looking for passenger side mirror. Don't waste your time. Get a better price online. Your entry fee definitely is not refunded even if they tell you they have the part in stock and they don't the place is a scam!

Ramz is an amazing worker he looks new because I come here often and I always see the same people but today I saw him and he was so respectful and understanding he made me think completely different of the store because definitely coming back

Fair pricing, typically 2-3weeks on vehicles being inventoried & they have a huge variety spread. Felicia at check out is the woman.

Black lady up front is very rude and tried to tell me the part I had was something it wasn't. She didn't want to listen to me. Also tried to charge new price for a part. I bought a new part for the same price.

Horrible place. I used to come as a kid and use to be a great time with my dad, very expensive and disorganized. Employees were very rude and unhelpful. Black cashier woman was very disrespectful, lied and then tried to up charge me. Parts prices are online just double check before checking out.

Horrible customer service won't answer the phones unless you are tryingto sell a car, and refuses to get you to anyone else. They barely speak English and their idea of putting someone on hold is to put their head set down and ignore you.

Sold my Honda accord to them and was offered a great price. They did deduct a fee to come and tow the car which was fine. From start to finish they were friendly and efficient. Will be back.

(THE PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUSLY HIGH) What a joke tried to charge almost 5$ a foot for battery cable. Wanted 115$ for 2x 12ft of 1 gauge wire. I can get 25ft 0 gauge 100% ofc copper in multiple colors and brand new for 100$ online with free shipping. They seem to for other items too charge like that are brand new for some crazy reason. Just buy it new or avoid it all together and go somewhere else. Nice place and well kept but not worth the overcharge, if their prices were actually reasonable and maybe it was more like 60-80 for the wire I’d understand but almost 5 a foot is wild.

I had an excellent experience. The prices were very good. Great service going in and checking out. Thank you

Awesome place from the people that checked me in to the person that cashed me out for my parts. They were the most friendly people I’ve met at a junkyard.

Bought a window control module, $50. Only $70 new but was in a pinch no biggy. Went to the parking lot, it didn’t work. Asked to swap it out for another. Black lady was rude as could be and said no warranty. A purchase made 5 mins ago, hadn’t even left the property. Crazy.

I used to come here as a kid, since these ppl took over its run tight, but too tight sorry. Searches, rudeness, and paying full price for used goods crazy but in a pinch it’s only place near Gainesville. Still, to pay $50 for this is crazy, at most before lkq bought it would have been $10-15. They literally were trying to charge me $4ft for old speaker wire. They want to charge for every piece on the bezel and you can buy all together for $50 it was over $100 so had to unscrew everything, they did lend the screw driver or more ways then one. So if you wanna get screwed, come on down.

What an absolute disorganized mess, never have I been to a junkyard so Disorganized in my entire life. The only way this place makes any money is on their three dollar entrance fee because they damn sure don’t have any inventory. And what they do have for inventory is so picked over you’d be lucky to find a seatbelt buckle or a radiator cap let alone anything important

It was open on Saturday, plenty of parking, the cashier was friendly, it was easy to navigate the area, and the price for the needed part was great. Did require a $3 per person entry fee.

All employees refuse to help two old men trying to get a truck frame. I’m surprised we didn’t die of heat stroke. I asked for help a number of times and I was refused You need more employees or employees that are willing to help your customers. I spent $1500 on a frame and I could not get one single person to lift the finger to help me. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this yard and possibly any other LKQ yards if it’s all the same

black lady cashier is rude. Cashier 4948. Couldn’t understand what she was asking so she yelled. Then I said no to the warranty and she says “ok no coming back and arguing with us” in a rude tone. They also never pick up phone. Won’t be back. They were searching people’s bags like it’s a prison. One person went to their car to get something and they searched a bag/purse without their consent while they were gone. Also realized later that I was charged almost $4 for an old rusted cigarette lighter that was screwed onto a center console trim. Also Bought a rim and was charged ridiculous price for the bald tire attached to it. Wanted the other 3 rims but I’m paying full price for bald uneven tires with metal showing that will be removed.

Went to complete a "mock" vehicle inspection (photos and basic vehicle info) for an online class, but the people at the counter weren't bright enough to figure out what I was doing and denied me entry into the yard. If I claimed to have needed a part, they would have let me right in. I've sold two vehicles to this yard, and have purchased various parts over the years. Never again. Look elsewhere.

Paid the best price for my 2008 Honda Civic,on top of that everyone was in a good mood.... smiles everywhere. April was training Frank on the process of buying vehicles who is new to the yard. He did a great job without any issues.Miss Angie has a great crew there and I missed a couple of people but they are good to deal with as well. This wasn't my first time here and I enjoy coming to this location.
