Great experience! The towing company was quick to respond, professional, and handled my vehicle with care. Preston picked it up without any issues and delivered it safely to the shop. Preston was friendly and made a stressful situation much easier. I definitely recommend their services!

Preston, at Gainesville Towing Services, is the best! He showed up on time and got busy maneuvering my vehicle onto the flat bed truck, which was pretty tricky. He was very professional and personable and had a lot of patience. He called me once he got my car to the dealer to let me know it arrived safe and sound! Overall I couldn’t have been happier!

Preston was all the way in Orange Park and called to give an ETA, giving a realistic expectation of how long I’d have to wait, which made the situation less stressful. He was understanding, and very polite. He arrived and had the vehicle loaded and off to the mechanic in no time. I appreciate all your help Preston!!

Had my 23 Nissan Rogue towed to the Gainesville Nissan dealership. Service by Preston was effortless, he was very knowledgeable at what he was doing and ran through the diagnostics first and identified the issue. He was also very supportive and communicative during the entire time. Overall, great experience with Preston on getting my vehicle towed to the dealership with no issues.

My technician that was dispatched, Jamal Vann, made a long day at Shands and then a breakdown on Archer rd a MILE from Shands, a great ending to a terrible day. Preston was great and such a gentleman. He opened the door for me to get in and out was very kind and patient as I grabbed my things out the car. He was truly a light on the start of a cloudy morning. Wish more tow truck drivers were like him and if I ever need a tow (Lord forbid I do lol) I hope he is the one to help me out again.

I have been towed 3-4 times in two months, each by GTS here in Gainesville because the dealership does not know what they are doing when fixing my jeep. Each time I never waited more than an hour for a tow. Each service man was very professional and took great care of my vehicle. Most recently Jamal Vann came to jump my vehicle. He arrived within 15 minutes of my call and got me on my way. He was also very knowledgeable about various AAA benefits that I found useful. Thank you. You all have been a lifesaver over the last few months.

We have AAA and needed to tow our vehicle to Orlando to the dealerships mechanic. The address we received was incorrect from the dealership. Jamal called and told us he got the correct address and was on his way there with the vehicle. Talk about going above and beyond. After a bad accident my car was originally towed by another towing company and ended up in another towing yard. Whoever was from the first towing company just shoveled all the road debris and random car parts in the back of my car; even the other dude’s parts. We met Preston from Gainesville Towing Service (GTS) at the other tow yard and let me tell you from the start he was so thoughtful. He knew I was grieving the loss of my beautiful car (Volvo 240 wagon). I was out there crying with my husband and he was extremely sensitive to the situation- also commenting that he hopes I will feel better and that it was a great car. We felt heard by him. He carefully placed my car in my yard and made sure everything was good to go. Gestures like this even if it’s a part of his job goes above and beyond. I appreciated it so much. It made that process quick and painless. He was extremely responsive on the communication of where he was and when he was going to get there. We will definitely call him again if we are ever in need!

I have been asked to write a review and agreed because I have had the utmost pleasure working with this group, in spite of the woes that brought me to them in the first place. Shyline - Most amazing customer service (and incredibly personable) Samantha - Not my favorite customer service personnel; not friendly, cordial, or helpful to any aspect, really, just an answer questions type with very little else to offer Shyline’s Husband (UNKNOWN NAME) - Incredibly helpful, courteous, patient, and polite Dwayne Jr. & a few other gentleman - Super helpful, courteous, willing to help, and always polite Sean - Upon scheduling with AAA, Sean called to get all details checked out with me when we realized the extra charge. He told me how he would take care of it, as he was simply contracted by AAA, I appreciate his attentiveness and the details he provided me to know how to move forward. His kind, courteous, and respectful manner meant a great deal. Preston - Also contracted by AAA, was finally able to get my car to her home. We went through all of the same details that AAA contracted drivers go over, he got my car here safely, I met him outside [I saw him coming through my sliding glass door], he asked me where I wanted my car parked, we went over it a few times, he explained to me how he was going to tackle the job. Midway through I offered to help, we finished parking the car together (my steering and his pushing) and I couldn’t be more pleased! In summary, GTS - Gainesville Towing Service has been such a pleasure to work with. Their customer service is impeccable and the service that they provide is truly outstanding.

Scheduled an appointment through AAA to have our vehicle towed for service and Preston communicated throughout the process. He also let me know when the vehicle was dropped off at the destination. Highly recommend!

Jamal was incredible. He was super kind and helpful. We got into an accident with our Tesla and he was able to load it up on his truck and drive it to the Tesla center. We were in a sketchy area and he helped us get to a safer area while we waited for our ride to pick us up. He really went above and beyond for us.

Preston called letting me know how far he was away. Upon arrival he quickly loaded the car onto the flatbed, assuring I had nothing to worry about. He proceeded to inform me he would call once the vehicle was dropped off, which he did, over an hour later. He was friendly and very professional.

The driver was efficient, careful with my vehicle to insure no extra damage was done. Even though the car wasn’t in the best shape to be towed. He was polite even while working in cold harsh conditions of Weather. Well satisfied with my towing experience thanks to Jamal Vann.

Jamal responded to my call over a popped tire. He was on scene within 10 minutes, friendly, confident..He took the time to let my son watch/explain what he was doing, which made my son’s night end positively. If you’re looking for the review that makes you feel like it’s the right choice, this is the one. I won’t call another tow service while in Gainesville

I give this company a 5/5 and if i could give more stars I honestly would. This is the only company I request when any of my vechiles needs towing and been dealing with them for 9+ years. Today 1/16/2026 I want to thank GTS driver Preston was amazing he make sure to communicate with me before during and after transition with my vehicle to destination. Also made sure he assured me my vehicle was in good condition as when he picked it to drop off. I will be continuing using this company for my towing service; give them a try I promise you will be glad you did.

My 2004 Lexus RX 330 started heating up about a week ago spiking my thermostat thru the roof. I was referred by my AAA Membership team to Gainsville Towing Service. Technician Jamal came to the rescue super fast and was both empathetic and professional. Today, after getting an estimate from a local repair shop in town. I was again greeted by Jamal again to tow my vehicle to their main shop for safekeeping and to be repaired further.
