I honestly can’t say enough good things about Gator Junk Junk Removal here in Gainesville. This was one of those rare experiences where everything went better than expected from start to finish. I reached out on a Sunday evening around 5 PM and sent over a picture of the junk I needed removed. Within under an hour, I already had a clear, fair quote in hand—which alone impressed me. What really blew me away was the turnaround. Even though I contacted them on a Sunday, they were able to get me scheduled first thing Monday morning at 9 AM. No delays, no runaround, no excuses—just solid communication and follow-through. Coy was the guy who came out, and he was awesome. Super friendly, professional, and you can immediately tell he’s a hard worker who takes pride in what he does. He showed up on time, got straight to work, and handled everything efficiently without cutting corners. The whole process was smooth, stress-free, and honestly just refreshing. I contacted them the day before my job and they said they needed photos which I sent in the morning and he quoted me a price. After I finish the cleanup he asked for more photos and raised the price by $200. Had me sit from 4:30 when he told me he was on the way until 9 o’clock at night. He never would answer me on what time he was showing up and I had other stuff that I needed to do but I was forced to sit in my house all day and wait. If your time is Precious definitely don’t use this company. After two hours of waiting he told me that his trailer was almost full with another job but when I spoke to him He said he was on the way. At 9 pm he called and whined that I was on the opposite side of town. If I was too far away then you shouldn’t have accepted the job at 4:30 and left me hanging all dayyyyyyy. Lazy and dishonest.

Communication was awesome, sent a picture of some stuff I had to pick up. Got my quote in minutes. Less than 24 hours and it was gone! Highly recommend!
