My experience was very exceptional. The sales representative ( excuse me I cannot remember his name) was very very helpful, explained everthing and was so thorough in the details of the trailer I was interested in. This impressed me. He was so knowledgeable of all the trailers. He was very friendly, easy to talk to and most importantly listen to what I was looking for. He didn't hide anything and told me things I did not know about the trailers in all their details. He was not aggressive in sales manner, I felt like I was talking to my friend. He introduced me to the finance manager Noah Daigen who was just as friendly to sit and talk with. He explained everything in detail and even to the time to talk with my fiance on speaker explaining everything to her as you all know every successful man has a great woman by his side. Her financial background makes her my advisor financially and spiritually. She felt very confident that the Noah provided complete and clear details of the transition giving me the go ahead to make the purchase. I would recommend Texas Trailers to anyone looking for a good trailer and friendly staff. I will be returning to purchase a dump trailer in the future.

The purchase was easy and they had the trailer that I was looking for. I got the salesman and discussed the price and financing. Once he was done entering my info into the computer he seemed uninterested and disappeared. The 2 ladies working the counter handled the rest ,even after saying that he needed to do it. They were fantastic asked questions and gave me info that I needed. If he gets paid by commission hopefully the ladies will receive it. I was in and out in a little over an hour and very happy with my purchase.

I highly recommend the Texas Trailer service department; if I could give them 6 stars, I would! They are friendly and professional and always deliver quality service on time. They not only do a great job on the routine stuff (e.g, bearings and seals) but also on more complicated jobs, for example, they identified and fixed a trailer brake problem that had eluded two other shops, and they fabricated custom brackets that greatly reinforced the frame of my off-road camping trailer. I’ve had to take my trailers to a number of other shops on my travels around the country — but Texas Trailers is by far the best.

I have purchased various trailers from Texas Trailers over the years. They have always been great when it came to service and repair as well as helping me through the process of picking the right trailer. Mario in sales and Cris in service have been extremely easy to work with. Would highly recycle to anyone looking for a trailer or trailer service. These are your guys 100%.

Everyone was very nice. The salesman and finance manager both gave me good information about the trailer I was looking for, a dump trailer. So I could decide which one fit my needs. Then they both patiently worked with me to secure some financing for part of the trailer cost. I appreciate them both spending all that time!

I was on shopping for a used GN stock trailer for my horses and cows, and found a Tx Trailer model for sale initially. When I researched the brand, I found I could get a new one custom built for just a little more. Plus, I get the five year warranty.
