Midas is my go to for car maintenance. They’re easy to work with, explain what needs to be done, and get the job done on time. Pricing has been fair in my experience, and I haven’t had any issues with the work they’ve done. Solid, reliable service overall.

Jen and Chris helped my boyfriend and I. Out the kindness of their heart they helped us at no charge. They are really life savers and truly are great.

I had an excellent experience with the Midas shop manager, Chris, and the rest of the staff. They were fairly priced, professional, and truly attentive to my needs. The service was quick, and they went above and beyond to get me what I needed and back on the road as soon as possible. What really stood out was how courteous and accommodating they were, especially helping me with a ride to work, which in my experience is rare for repair shops. Highly recommend this location for honest, reliable service and great customer care!

Best experience with a mechanic ever! Went in having a general idea of what was wrong with my car, and they explained to me exactly what was happening and even let me take my own photos of the problem areas. On top of that, they emailed me an entire list of everything else that needs attention. They have been nothing but kind to me while helping me though financing options and ensuring I could get the repair I needed. Everyone at the front desk is so amazing, and the manager will go above and beyond for you every time. Will be taking my car here for any future issues that arise!!

Midas did a great job with my service and made the whole process easy. They checked my tires, fluids, and other basics, and it was all included in the fee, which I really appreciated. I’m not sure what the final total will be yet, but so far I’m very satisfied with the experience.

OMG!!!! Chris & his team are the BEST. I was in Gainesville for an appointment, but on the way out my car started acting up BADLY. Wouldn't shift into gear, etc. Stopped by Midas just find out the transmission was GONE, but these men told me what I needed to get for my car from the auto shop ( guaranteeing nothing, yet very worried for me ). I did as told, in we made it home to Clearwater Fl safely. Thank you Jesus!!! They also told me to make sure I called to let them know we made it safe. These Men are the BESTEAT EVER!!! Thank you :-)

My very honest review ! We towed in our Jeep renegade that would not start I called in before coming in and was met with a very cheerful friendly voice, Chris. He assured me they would take care of us and they did. I dont think I’ve felt so welcomed and cared for as I did there. I was emailed pictures of everything that had an issue and needed to be fixed. Loved that. The whole team are great people I cant remember everyone’s name. Chris, you are a gem, please never change. 10/10 service! (The Archer Rd location)

Hands down one of the best oil change experiences I’ve had. The crew was welcoming, thorough, and respectful of my time. They checked everything, kept me informed, and had me back on the road in no time. Five stars all the way!

Had an appointment for 1oclock for an oil change. Not busy at all no customers in building. Here it is 257 and my truck is still being lifted, I’ve been told atleast 3xs that it will be 5 mins and I’m still here. Definitely my last time coming this is horrible. Guy doing my oil has to be working on 2 vehicles at once. All I see is him talking and laughing

After visiting several places before finally calling Midas, it was the very first phone conversation that made my decision easy. Chris answered and immediately stood out. He was genuinely eager to help without being pushy at all. In less than a minute, he had earned my trust and made me feel confident bringing my car in. If anyone ever needs a master in customer service, call Chris. When I dropped the car off for the diagnostic, John was just as impressive. He was quick to begin and didn’t just tell me what was wrong. He sent clear photos and videos to show me and explain it clearly, which made the whole process feel honest and transparent. I also really appreciated that they offered me a student discount. A small thing, but it meant a lot and showed they care about their customers. Out of every customer service experience I’ve had in any service industry, Midas ranks at the top. Going forward, any time I need car service, Midas will be my first call. I will gladly bring not only my business to this location, but my family and friends as well. Very well done.

Checked with 3 different auto repair facilities in town. We got 3 quotes, and Midas was not only the fastest to get back with a quote, but they were open to helping out financially in any way they could. They beat the lowest price quote. The customer service with Carson and Nick were 5 stars. The car was brought over to them and within 24 hours , they had the part, had it replaced, and had the car running better than it ever had run. I cannot find 1 negative aspect if the whole transaction from start to finish with Midas on Archer Road. It's so hard these days to find honest and reliable people to help with car repairs, but the folks at Midas showed us that we don't have to search anymore. Thank you guys so much!!

The shop when I pulled up was very clean need and organized representative came out and attentively took the information I needed regarding the service of alignment for my car. I already entered a request for service and that was at 9:00 I showed up at 8:30. They took me right away. They also gave detailed information via text in regards to what services they have for the future for me on my car that I need. They also have water and coffee for you to sit in a comfortable chair while you wait. The staff was very knowledgeable and very friendly. They also work well together and seem to have a good time as they do the work! They offered different online coupons for any service needs.Thank you guys it was a great experience!

I had a great experience at Mitas Oil Change. The staff was friendly, professional, and very efficient. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. My oil change was done quickly, and the price was fair. The shop was clean and well-organized, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Mitas Oil Change to anyone looking for fast and reliable service.

I have been here numerous times, I’m always treated with respect and shown exactly what’s wrong and told exactly what they’re doing to fix it. I brought my car in for an oil change yesterday and noticed an issue later that day after they were closed. I called as soon as they opened and they got me in immediately and fixed it with no qualms. I have never had a poor experience here, and know that my car is in good hands. Can’t recommend enough

Avery handled my issue in a friendly, timely, and professional way, and it honestly helped restore my trust in car shops. I have come to this Midas for my oil changes and have had a great experience each time. This time Avery was outstanding. He was not only helpful with this oil change but listened to the random questions I asked about my Mothers vehicle and answered to the best of his ability without ever seeing the car. I am most certainly not and don’t want to sound like a Karen writing this but it is what must be done. If there was an option to give zero stars, I would give that. Brought my vehicle in for one specific purpose told them where to look and showed them a video of where the noise is coming from and they did the exact opposite. Their young mechanic aggressively drove my car down the street to where I could hear the engine high revving from the lobby, obviously frustrated. I went to ask the mechanic simply to see if he heard the noise, he completely ignored me and I had other staff telling me to get out of the garage area. Understandable because of their liability of customers being on the garage floor. Fine, so I went behind the garage standing outside to where my vehicle was close and viewable to ask the mechanic again if heard the noise. Completely ignores me. At this point, I’m getting incredibly more frustrated by the minute of being ignored and frankly disrespected. The manager comes over and they spot a small noise coming from the left front wheel completely opposite of where I told them to look. My vehicle has 250,000 miles. I would be surprised if you didn’t hear a noise anywhere on it. I just wanted them to fix the squeak and they couldn’t handle this simple task. If we just wanted to point out noises, we would’ve been out there for 6 hours. The manager was ignoring my request and so was the mechanic. I asked them again to please look in the location of why I brought it in and what I’m paying them for and I got a response of “I’ve been doing this for 30 years” from the manager! This place is for complete suckers. I would 100% recommend going somewhere else. Also, I just want to add. I made a reservation for 3 o’clock and it took them an hour and a half just for them to drive my car aggressively around the block. Embarrassing service with complete lack of care of customers. I hope that manage will enjoy another 30 years working in the shop! Good luck

Incredible service! The people who run this place go above and beyond. I’m impressed for how well they do in such a tough location where most don’t last. They are very responsive about appointments, follow up and overalls issues with your car. I never got the feeling of getting ripped off from the start, which I certainly appreciate. Overall the best mechanic in the area.

Absolutely wonderful service! Brought our two family cars in for oil changes as a walk in and they had them both finished in less than two hours. Gave detailed reports and images of vehicle inspections and recommended services. 10/10 recommed this place!

Was in this shop the other day. The front desk workers are very nice and work with you to make sure you have a great experience. Was there when the person who wrote the last 1-star review was there. He did not get any work done and cussed the front desk worker out for just telling him the price. My personal experience with Emily was great and I highly recommend them for any work.
